The property was clean and well equipped. Those extra thoughtful things like the provision of toiletries, hair dryer, adaptors, tea towels, dish sponge, guide books in different languages, phrase sheets (things that not all properties provide) - just made all the difference.

Difficult to say as Sam really went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had asked for extra towels and pillows which he provided and even followed up with a text after 24 hours to see if everything was ok for us. We felt welcomed and valued. 😀

Once the door sorted, brilliant

Good facility and comfortable

We had a problem operating the door which were electricity controlled. It would be worth making this clearer to visitors from the uk as it is not a common system there, ie explain that what looks like a key fob is actually a key. Some coffee pods would have been nice

Not going back

It was in a walking distance to all the attractions but old beds, bedsheets,not entirely clean.. washing room was locked when i called and asked them to open they gave the keys but washer machine and dryer was full of dirty and wet towels.. property owner told us if we want to use washer and dryer we have to empty it , so we didn’t even touch. It was a strange house all the walls painted in dark gray color.. we didnt feel safe or comfortable..

Super Comfy and handy for the city, really good value including parking

Walkable to city, secure parking, super friendly host happy to recommend a restaurant and checked up to see if we were happy and had everything we needed. Apartment was well equipped and comfy! Has a great nights sleep on the massive bed!

Didnt really affect us too much but the apartment was quite hot (heatwave!) and there is a massive building project right next door so we didnt really like to keep the windows open...but there were fans and this helped a lot!

Owner, cleanliness, kitchen, utensils, devices. Owner is very helpful. Centrally located. Very near to Brussels Nord. Perfect location for an apartment. Car parking and lift available.

The insulation of the apartment is not so good. Room was getting colder very quick. Maybe good for summers but colder during fall and winters.

Everything went great! The apartment was spacious, clean and overall very nice. The host was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for 3-4 people.

Spacious apartment with 2 big bedrooms and a small balcony in a quiet office area.

Apartment was very spacious. Huge television. Very comfortable beds. A basic set for spices, tea and coffee available. All questions we had where quickly answered by the owner.

Lightning in the bathroom not sufficient. Very low pressure water. No teapot.

Spacious apartment with great kitchen

We really liked the kitchen. Also the space in the appartment is really good. We also liked the central location and walked many times to the city center.

We did smell some smoke, but this probably had to do with people who smoked on the balcony. The apartment is also not completely silent, we did hear some noises from the surroundings.

Spacious and pretty fine.

Spacious flat with everything you need, good and easy contact with the host, quick access to the city centre by foot, interesting area during daytime. Parking included which is very good.

Heat in the appartement that wouldn't go away but i guess that's due to the building and not the fault of the host. There are fans in the rooms though. Some rough and though creatures at night in the area.

Všechno fungovalo tak, jak bylo domluveno. Majitel komunikoval velmi rychle, instrukce byly dobře srozumitelné. Když jsme cokoli potřebovali, ochotně a rychle nám vyšel vstříc.

La cercanía a la estación de tren que conectaba con todos los puntos de Bélgica que queríamos visitar. Se podía ir andando. El tamaño del alojamiento, en comparación con todo lo que miré era bastante grande y bien equipado.

Solo tenía una ducha y un WC, para cuatro adultos quizás un poco corto.

Très grand appartement, bien équipé proche de la gare de Bruxelles-Nord. Les transports en communs sont faciles d'accès. L'hôte est serviable et de bons conseils. Il a aussi été flexible sur les horaires.

Le logement n'était pas parfaitement propre mais rien de catastrophique.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Brüssel

Großes Appartement mit allem was man benötigt. Tiefgarage, zwar etwas eng aber Auto steht sicher. Innenstadt in 25min zu Fuß oder Bushaltestelle 5min bzw. Metro 8min. Fahrstuhl im Gebäude. Netter Vermieter, der schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Doppelbett zu weich.
