Didn't live up to expectations

Good location and generally nice

Advertised as " Breakfast included " There was 3 liters of long life milk on the counter and 2 bags of unidentifiable cereal in a cupboard, 2 tubs of margerine and 5 small portion sized pots of jam in the fridge, the water pressure in the shower is non existent, the tap on the sink in the small toilet was missing, most of the lamps were dangling from the ceiling by the wiring, there was a Nespresso coffee maker, but no capsules, ground coffee, but no press and instant coffee with about 6 teaspoons worth of coffee left, the kettle was defective and couldn't be turned off, as well as the lid couldn't close. Most of the cupboards were full of ceramic objects and the waste paper bowl was more than half full of empty toilet rolls. The address was also changed a day before arrival for some reason... We have to wait for a long time to get the key while he also stayed inside the accomodation. The smell is so bad like bathroom or bedroom especially in towels.

Super pleasant stay !

It was a cozy stay, the location is in a lively district where it's easy to find stuff to do/visit. It was clean and looked well-maintained both inside and outside. Host was super responsive and friendly.

The apartment is in front of a bar, it can be noisy in the evening if you let the windows opened but otherwise it's very calm inside the building. Balcony is super narrow but it's nice to have it.

price wasn’t too high for 2 beds apartment, the building is new, it’s easy to get to the center city

we chose this apartment among others at the same price only because of the breakfast. but there is no breakfast, just some random opened food, it wasn’t clear when it was opened and how it was used i was there with friend and we needed two separate beds, but there was only one set of bed linen, so we had to sleep together towels were dirty, there were other people's hairs left in them the floor in the bathroom was dirty the cutlery was also dirty, there was only an old rag and some detergent in the apartment the owner of the apartment could not tell the exact address of the apartment for a long time, because he did not indicate it on booking, communication was really weird opposite the apartment there is a cafe with a dubious audience that works until late, it is very loud and feels unsafe

Poor.

The location was good for us, mid way between city centre and ING Arena, My wife and I were there for a conference travelling with three colleagues. The fridge was well stocked on arrival with choices for breakfast. Also, the flat was a good size for the 5 of us.

The bedroom set up was not as advertised. Our booking stated 1 x Double and 2 x Bunks in the two other bedrooms. We had 2 x doubles and 1 x single. This would mean two of our colleagues sharing a double bed. We moved the sofa bed from the living room to the second bedroom but the host did not have any bedding. This was subsequently provided on the second night. The bedding was clean bur not ironed. Some of the pillows were cushions in Pillow cases. The towels were poor quality and too small. There were no hand towels in either bathroom and no bath mats. There were not enough mugs and no cereal bowls in the kitchen. There were no saucepans. This was reported to the host and subsequently put right. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The oven was dirty and there was a pan with oil in it in the oven some of which had spilled into the bottom of the oven, this was dangerous. The floor had been hoovered but not cleaned our feet / socks became dirty when walking on it. There was no WIFI as advertised. All in all unsatisfactory, embarrassing for me as the organiser. I would like to request some financial compensation.

Honteux

C’est un hôtel avec du personnel incompétent, c’est honteux ce qu’ils m’ont fait, ils annulent alors que je me trouve sur le chemin sur le trajet alors que j’ai déjà engagé des frais, j’ai déjà payé mon séjour à la dernière minute, on m’annule sous prétexte que c’est 1 sur réservation, c’est inacceptable, c’est honteux, José espéré que cet avis sera ravi de tout le monde et que les gens feront demi-tour et ne viendront pas dans votre hôtel.

Sejurul la aceasta proprietate a fost dezgustator și dezamăgitor.

Nu mi-a placut nimic, a fost o bataie de joc.

Curatenia a lasat de dorit, incepand cu baia, cabina de dus, vasul de toaleta si chiuveta au fost murdare. De asemenea, pe peretele de langa chiuveta era mucegai si varul era cazut. In bucatarie toata vesela era murdara si iti era scarba sa o folosesti. Lenjeria de pe pat nu parea sa fi fost schimbata, avea un miros neplacut si fire de par pe perna si cearsaf. Gazda ne-a lasat in baie 2 prosoape, care la fel nu erau spalate si aveau un miros neplacut. Peretii dormitorului erau murdari si totul era plin de praf. De asemenea, era specificat ca micul dejun este inclus, ceea ce a fost o gluma proasta, nu poti numi mic dejun 2 pungi de cereale incepute, alte resturi de alimente si o cutie de lapte, nu este normal sa ti se ofere produse despre nu stii cand au fost desfacute si cine a mancat din ele. In plus, facilitatile care sunt specificate in anuntul Booking, nu corespund cu realitatea, in sensul ca nu exista bideu, uscator de rufe, dressing etc, adica nu se ofera ceea ce se prezinta.Proprietatea este situata la periferia orasului, noaptea iti era teama sa mergi pe strada intrucat erau oameni foarte ciudati si se simtea un miros de droguri constant. A fost cea mai slaba cazare pe care am rezervat-o prin aplicatia Booking.

Accommodatie was ruim en volledig ingericht. Schoonmaak liet te wensen over, niet echt vies maar zeker niet brandschoon

Het was incl ontbijt dit was echt een lachertje Overblijfselen met wat nieuwe verpakkingen vormden het ontbijt. Prima als er geen ontbijt bij zit maar adverteer dan niet incl ontbijt Zie foto’s voor wat zij een simpel ontbijt noemen. Koffie/thee/melk was er in overvloed

Buen apartamento pero zona insegura

En mi opinión es un apartamento muy limpio y completo y el anfitrión es muy amable

Está algo lejos del centro pero en si no hay problema porque el metro está cerca y es rápido el problema es que es inseguro pasamos dos noches allí y en el primer día bien pero en el segundo nos intentaron robar sobre el medio día nada más en el mismo portal del apartamento tuvimos la suerte que coincidimos con unos vecinos de la finca y hicieron que se marcharan pero nos tocó decidir no salir en todo el día hasta el siguiente y no pudimos ver la ciudad como queríamos el próximo que vaya que esté atento a pasar los más mínimo posible sobre una cafetería cerca de uno de los portales porque allí hay gente que solo se dedica a observar y por la noche hacen algo de ruido y se ve desde el balcón

De buurt . Je kon je gordijnen niet opendoen want dan zag je een bende die aan het dealen waren, of dronken of onder invloed. Zij kunnen je ook zien zitten of staan. Bij gesloten gordijnen was het niet gezellig of donker.dan moet je licht aandoen om 18 u als het nog buiten licht is.

El apartamento era muy bonito por dentro y la cama era súper cómoda.

Está en una zona un poco dejada, ya que está en la periferia del centro de Bruselas. Daba un poco de miedo andar por la calle a ciertas horas del día.

Sobrevivimos a pesar de todo.

Éramos cuatro personas e íbamos a estar cinco días. Las fotos de la web no se corresponden exactamente con este apartamento, son un mix de los que disponen. El desayuno gratis no era tal. Había en la nevera varios bricks de leche de varios tipos, dos de zumo y otro de batido de chocolate. También había un paquete de galletas para cuatro personas y cinco días de estancia. Había potes de crema de cacao, cajas de cereales, miel y otras cosas, todos ellos abiertos con anterioridad. Había un pote de crema de cacao sin abrir y otro de mermelada sin abrir que fueron los que usamos. El apartamento estaba sin limpiar (había una caja de bombones tirada bajo una de las camas y se notaba que no habían pasado ni la escoba) Lo mismo que la cocina. El horno no se podía usar por la suciedad. En el lavaplatos había vajilla sucia de un uso anterior y los pequeños electrodomésticos estaban en un estado deplorable. En el baño grande la cisterna no funcionaba y no había cortina en la ducha. El baño pequeño era poco más que un cuarto de escobas con un inodoro y un lavabo de 30x15 centímetros con el grifo roto y sin agua. No había fregona por si se nos caía algo al suelo. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto con el encargado para comentar lo del lavaplatos y la suciedad de la cocina y el horno , la respuesta fue que no los usáramos, lo mismo que la lavadora y la secadora. Que fregásemos la vajilla a mano porque había platos suficientes, cosa que no era del todo cierto si no se fregaba lo del lavaplatos.. Sus razones fueron que había habido usuarios que usaban el lavaplatos para un solo servicio y la lavadora para una sola prenda y que por eso nos lo limitaban a nosotros. Nos ofrecían una rebaja en el precio por las molestias o marcharnos. Puestos en contacto con Booking, ellos fueron los que solucionaron el asunto tramitando la rebaja en el precio porque la otra opción era inviable.

Un bon rapport qualité prix

Le petit déjeuner est un gros plus quand on voyage juste le temps d'un WE. Merci. L'appartement et l'immeuble sont comme neufs. L'hôte a été patient et très réactif, nous l'en remercions. Bien situé quand on veut aller voire l'Atomium (ligne tramway).
