De locatie was vlak bij de bruisende Dansaertstraat en Place Catherine. We waren aangenaam verrast door de gezellige terrasjes en sfeer.
In de studio was er koffie, thee en water aanwezig bij aankomst. De bedden waren netjes gedekt en de handdoeken waren mooi opgevouwen klaargelegd.
Enige minpuntje was misschien de hygiëne. Op de vloer lagen er wat haren van vorige bezoekers. De eerste indruk van de gevel was ook niet zo sterk. De inrichting en sfeer van de studio zelf echter, maakte dat weer goed.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut.
Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr hellhörig (vgl. dünne Außenwände, man hört die Menschen auf der Straße reden). Die Fenster können nicht gekippt werden und bei offenem Fenster hat man das Gefühl auf der Straße zu sitzen.

La localisation, le quartier Ste Catherine est agréable et tout près du centre-ville
L’appartement à ete rénové , il est clair , vaste et très propre , dans une rue calme .
Joli canapé, chambre et salle de bain très fonctionnels
Le parquet en bois grince beaucoup
Le débit d’eau côté cuisine était extrêmement faible ( difficile pour faire une vaisselle)
La chaudière a été très bruyante les 2 premières nuits ( elle a tourné toute la nuit , vibration importante ) par conséquent 2 nuit blanches . Les jours suivants la chaudière ayant atteint son régime nominal , le bruit nocturne a disparu .
Nous vous signalons par ailleurs qu’il n’y avait pas de grandes tasses pour le petit déjeuner
