good location. super simple & cozy ambient, very confortable. clean. Wifi works fast. Keyless access is a premium. The apartment has A/C unit. Good water pressure in the shower , very hot water (i love it) . hair dryer (my wife love it)

I will appreciate to have something on hand to clean like a vaccum, broom. and instructions to take out the rubbish. will be nice to have cleaning services per request even if i have to pay the extra.

Нам все очень понравилось, было чисто, тепло, есть все необходимое: посуда, кастрюли, сковородка,чайник, кофеварка, тостер, чай, кофе, сахар. Есть даже гладильная доска и утюг. Так как нас было четверо нам выдали два комплекта постельного и два одеяла. Читала отзывы и писали, что не было постельного или было холодно. Нам повезло, у нас все было отлично. Единственное с чем соглашусь, диван не удобный для сна и полы местами немного прогибаются, а так все остальное супер. Интернет есть, работал отлично. Локализация отличная , 15 минут пешком до Grand Place. Если возникнут какие-то вопросы, хозяйка отвечает быстро. В общем мы остались довольны, если ехать в Брюссель, однозначно останавливаться в этих апартаментах.

L'appartamento è in posizione comoda per arrivare ai mezzi e in centro. Appartamento all'ultimo piano della palazzina ma carino e confortevole. L'accesso smart sulle porte principali risulta molto comodo

Appartamento curato e pulito. Posizione ottimale, tutto vicino.

Un po’ rumoroso, soprattutto quando gli altri ospiti degli appartamenti al piano superiore del palazzo ritentavano si sentiva tanto.

Le séjour aurait été fantastique si la chaudière n’avait pas été bruyante les 2 premiers jours

La localisation, le quartier Ste Catherine est agréable et tout près du centre-ville L’appartement à ete rénové , il est clair , vaste et très propre , dans une rue calme . Joli canapé, chambre et salle de bain très fonctionnels

Le parquet en bois grince beaucoup Le débit d’eau côté cuisine était extrêmement faible ( difficile pour faire une vaisselle) La chaudière a été très bruyante les 2 premières nuits ( elle a tourné toute la nuit , vibration importante ) par conséquent 2 nuit blanches . Les jours suivants la chaudière ayant atteint son régime nominal , le bruit nocturne a disparu . Nous vous signalons par ailleurs qu’il n’y avait pas de grandes tasses pour le petit déjeuner

Muy recomendable

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, era muy cómodo y estaba muy bien situado. Se proporcionaban jabones, papel de cocina, cafe, bombones, etc... Todo un detalle.

Había alguna zona del apartamento donde el parquet no estaba muy bien puesto, y faltaban algunas cositas, como elementos de limpieza. Se lo comuniqué al propietario y me contestó muy agradecido.

Πολύ καλή λύση για ζευγάρια

Σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις για μια παρέα ή ένα ζευγάρι. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στο Μετρό και στα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα.

Απρόσωπη επικοινωνία, μόνο μέσω μηνυμάτων με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Την μια μέρα είχε βλάβη στη θέρμανση και δεν απαντούσε στις κλήσεις μας για να μιλήσουμε αλλά μόνο στα μηνύματα. Μας έστειλε ένα video σε άλλη γλώσσα για να επιδιορθωθεί η βλάβη από εμάς. Το κατάλυμα δεν καλύπτει τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας με μεγάλα παιδιά καθώς ο καναπές είναι άβολος για ύπνο.

Appartement entièrement rénové, très propre et bien situé proche du centre de Bruxelles. Plutôt pour un couple ou une famille car la salle de bain et les toilettes ne sont accessibles que par la chambre.

Froid et sans charme. Il manquait des bols, des verres à eau et un saladier. Le canapé dans le salon fait canapé lit mais peu confortable.

Nel complesso, tutto Ok, ci tornerei tranquillamente.

La posizione comoda, vicino ad una fermata della metro e il centro è raggiungile tranquillamente anche a piedi. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla e silenziosa. I locali si presentano bene, sono moderni e funzionali. Inoltre abbiamo trovato: acqua, caffè in cialde, the, biscotti, ecc. Internet veloce, Netflix disponibile gratuitamente.

A noi non ha creato problemi, ma per altre persone un terzo piano senza ascensore potrebbe rappresentare un ostacolo non da poco. Un altro piccolo problema è lo scricchiolio del pavimento in legno in alcune aree del soggiorno, che potrebbe dare fastidio, in particolare, a chi si trova nel piano sottostante.

la posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, vicinissimo al centro e brlla la zona. appartamento stupendo come nelle foto e super pulito. la proprietaria super gentile e disponibile (e ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo caffè, tè, biscotti e acqua).

内装がモダンでとても清潔でした。冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカー、コーヒーポッドまで備え付けてあり、必要なものはなんでもありました。主要な観光名所も徒歩圏内でとても便利。

電子レンジが冷蔵庫の上の棚にあり、背が低い人は椅子にのって使う必要がありました。洗濯機と乾燥機はアパート内ではなく建物地下の共有部にあり少し不便ですが、それ以外は快適でした。

Het was fantastisch

De locatie is perfect, dichtbij het centrum maar ver genoeg om rust te vinden. Onder andere de self-check in, complete keuken, badkamer en televisie met verschillende (streaming)diensten, zorgden voor een ontspannen verblijf.

Er is geen beddengoed voor het tweede bed en zowel het bed als de slaapbank zijn hard waardoor ze oncomfortabel zijn. Er zijn geen schoonmaakspullen zoals theedoeken.
