Great location, but the flat shows noticeable signs of wear and tear.

Very central, in an area full of restaurants and only 15 minutes walk ti central station.

The were few things needing maintenance: the curtains need to have an extra privacy curtain letting in the light. There is only one which is also broken. The fixed shower nozzle is clogged and sprays water everywhere. The tap is also misleading to which nozzle is active.

Logement luxueux is not a fair description, but quite workable unit in general.

Central location to pedestrian part of Brussels. Unit was very functional and included good amenities, i.e. kitchen equipment, laundry facilities,and access to Netflix. Unit was very clean upon arrival though very warm because of loaded clothes dryer probably.

VERY noisy on the weekend nights - make sure you have ear plugs. Bed a bit soft for our taste, and no comfortable seating… best suited for folks under age 40.

Good Stay

The proximity to tourist activities/places is 5-15mins walk. Area felt safe even at night. Place looks exactly as captured in the photos. Instructions were clear enough to follow without need to reach out to the host.

From day 2, there was Sewage smells from the bathroom and sink drain. Mattress is squishy soft. Not so much a problem for me but consider placing a microwave on the kitchen counter for extra ease.

It did not live up to expectations.

It was very dark in the corridor and we lost 1 bag down the steps and Joe almost fell down the stairs as well as he didn’t see them - quite a danger! TV remote had flat batteries. No free to air TV - as described in property summary. You could only watch pay TV with your own a/c. Hair Dryer did not work. There is a slow leak in bathroom as there was a pool of water in front of Toilet each morning. There was no microwave, no ironing board/drying rack or air con (it did have 2 small fans) The sinks had no plugs.

The location, close to all the good stuff! The owner, Alice, responds promptly to all messages.

Pretty much everything, except the location! The fact that the apartment was so hot, even when it was cool outside, made us avoid it during the day. The flimsy blinds on the west-facing windows were totally inadequate and were up when we arrived, plus both the washer and dryer were operating with the previous occupants’ sheets and towels, adding to the heat (this stuff should be done offsite). We sweltered through three uncomfortable and sweaty nights. There’s a portable AC unit, which requires opening a window and sticking an outlet hose through it - an open window in Brussels on a Saturday night in June? I don’t think so! The next problem was storage, or the complete lack of it. We had to move the couch so that we had somewhere to put our suitcases.

I would highly recommend the apartment.

The location was superb. A few blocks from the centre. If needed, various forms of public transportation nearby. The apartment was attractive and very clean. Full of light with 2 large windows. Upon arrival, we had one question of the owner. She replied to us in just a few minutes with the answer.

Nothing. We loved it. As we were 2 friends, it would have been convenient to have 2 sets of keys.

Nice apartment right in the city center!

Very nice apartment right in the city center. Looked exactly as expected from the images here on booking. Everything was clean. Kitchen seemed well-equiped, but I cant say too much about it because we did not actually use it during our stay (too many delicious restaurants in the city!). Coffee machine with coffee was there. A thing I always appreciate as a guest :) Two big windows with a nice view and they let in lots of light.

Its very central and some bars are quite close by. So sleeping with the window open might not be possible for some people who do not have such a deep sleep. But I guess that is to be expected (a bit) from such a central location. With windows closed you did not hear anything anymore - so very will isolated against the noise.

Nice little apartment for a stay in the centre of Brussels.

Owner was very good with entry instructions and property details. Location was about a 10 min walk from Grande Place and easily found by Uber. The accommodation was clean, very secure and perfectly adequate for 2 sharing (bed and sofa bed). Nice bathroom and enough white goods to satisfy a longer stay.

Washing machine was on when we arrived (previous occupant's bedding?) and there was quite a lot of street noise until the early hours of the morning - not too bad with the windows shut.

Lovely Modern Space

We liked the location, the decor, lovely bathroom, and modern kitchen.

The kitchen faucet had the thinnest stream of water. Also a chefs or paring knife would have been nice. Overall though we loved the place and could easily overlook these minor details.

La ubicación excelente. El mensaje recibido con las normas y las explicaciones de check-in muy aclaratorio.

Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba sin limpiar: - Papel en la taza del water, - Las sábanos con restos de los anteriores clientes. Tuvimos que cambiar las sábanas en cuanto llegamos. - La lavadora anterior estaba en pausa y la tuvimos que poner - La basura del anterior cliente si recoger. - En el lavavajillas había cubiertos usados y sucios - La clave de WIFI no coincidía ni con la apuntada en el router ni con la que nos mando por email Escribimos a la propietaria, le mandamos vídeos y no nos ha respondido aunque hemos esperado una semana su respuesta.

Que no nos permitieran dejar las valijas cuando arribamos y que tuvieramos que pagar en la estación de trenes para poder recorrer hasta que se hiciera la hora del checkin Nos dejaron ropa mojada en el lavarropas que nos ocupamos de secarla para no dejarla mojada durante nuestra estadía.

O elevador é um pouco antigo e parou algumas vezes até chegar no andar… preferimos as escadas.
