Good location. Generally quiet but you could hear people in the rooms above. Easy access with door code. Secure.
It was far too dark. Poor lighting in the room and bathroom made it difficult generally. Bed was uncomfortable for me, but hubby didn’t agree and thought it was fine.

It is in a great location. 10 minute walk from train station, 5 minute walk to Grand Place. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, but we had no issues with check-in/check-out and picking up the keys and accessing the room. The bed was clean and very cozy, and the complex was relatively quiet.
The hot water in the shower doesn't last very long - however if you turn off the shower, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on, the hot water will come back.

We chose this place because of the price the day before going to Belgium and due to its location. We didn't expect it to be that good! The place was in the middle of everything, less than 10 minutes from the Central Station. Super comfortable, easy to get and to have self-checking and check-out is super convenient. The bed was incredibly comfy too. It was quiet and temperature was perfect (very cold outside!)
The shower door doesn't hold the water inside and I did a bit of a mess, but we had enough towels to solve it! Most likely it was me being distracted.

Location was amazing. Room was small but decent. Quiet, clean and comfy.
Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Nice spacious rooms with flair.
The direct neighborhood was extremely smelly and loud. Hard to sleep with heat and windows closed. The inside of the property was not smelly. My teenage daughter and I did not feel safe in the direct surroundings. It is a shame because the accommodation is really nice.

The location was amazing, and the room very comfortable and celan
It is extremely hot. I didn't expect an AC but at least a fan

Location great. Value for money great which was really important for my daughter.
We had patchy email access leading up to the booking so it made it harder to get access but things were easily sorted with a couple of back up phone no.s to use.

Location - good for walking to places. C Communication from staff before the visit was good and instructions were clear. Clean,
Location - yet another city that doesn’t sleep, the street was obviously a walkthrough for people going home after a night of reverie. Very noisy til 4 am ish.
There were no fans ( temp was 29c, 20c at night) and the window wouldn’t fully open due to the position of the blind at the window.

Location was okay. Shower was good, modern and clean. Quiet area.
The decor definitely needed attention, very dull and dreary. The room was Very poorly furnished. Nor very spacious. There was a big black blind covering the window, not ideal . Window overlooked a wall , not very inviting. No unit in bathroom to put toiletries, nothing except the floor. The price charged for that room was way too much. I will not be recommending this room.

Excellent location super close to Beurs and Old Town with Grande Place although the alley was a little sketchy and apparently frequently used as a toilet by night.
The stairs might be an issue for older people but was fine for us.

Clean and excellently located room. Anna was a very nice and responsive hostess, we wish her success. We will look for the same place to stay in Brussels again

The room was very spacious and the bed reasonably comfortable. The shower was good. The shared kitchen on the ground floor was a real bonus (we Brits like our tea in the morning!) The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Location very good, just a few minutes walk from the main square, on a quiet street. Check in/out was very easy, keys left in keybox. It's not luxurious but you get what you pay for.
Only that it was quite noisy. You could hear much noise from other rooms, such as people talking, coughing, sneezing and dropping things. It was also very noisy when people walked on the stairs. Luckily there were no guests partying when we were there.

The location was excellent for walking and accessing public transit. It’s off a very quiet side street, so no traffic noise. The room was generally comfortable, with extra pillows and a fan available. I liked the rustic charm of the building. Check in/out was smooth with clear instructions sent well in advance. I appreciated the full shared kitchen with pretty much everything I needed to store and prepare food.
The soundproofing was dreadful, I could hear everything out in the hallway and through the ceiling coming from the room above me. Earplugs were a must. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and one of the flush buttons on the toilet didn’t work. I was surprised there were no staff when I arrived, and despite there being a telephone number to call I don’t have a working phone as I’m travelling and many other people wouldn’t as well. Thankfully nothing went wrong.

The location was amazing, it was cosy. Felt very safe.
The shower was broken but still worked ok, a few things broken and need fixing.

The unit is located in a great location - a 10 minute walk to Central station and walking distance to all of the central Brussels highlights.
The unit itself had three compartments for the bed, dining room, and bathroom. It's situated in a side alley, so there is very little traffic and minimal noise.
Bathroom amenities were good and there is a complimentary supply of tea and coffee in the foyer.
The shower was not hot at all. I turned it up to the highest setting and it took a few minutes to become lukewarm. I couldn't be bothered having a shower on the 2nd night due to the low temperature.
Though the side alley is quiet, there was a street light that was quite bright and the window blinds couldn't cover it completely.
The room surfaces were all clean, though the blankets still had some lint and there were a few cobwebs in the rafters.
The internal stairs are quite steep, so anyone with large luggage would struggle.

Great location.
Was exceptionally clean in room, entrance hall, stairwell.
Host explained everything clearly.
Was a separate kitchen on ground floor available for guests to use if required.
Teas and coffee making facilities available to use in kitchen.
Would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room

The location was good and the room was very nice.
A little more light in the shower room and bedroom I think.

Cheap and clean room
Shower pressure was non-existent, the door had a strange latch that you had to turn the key twice - there was no sign saying this so we had to return to the room to unlock for another guest. Towels were wet on arrival

Location
No AC stairs are too narrow

Central.
Could be cleaner, for example the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. Coffee maker didn't work. The lobby is used as a junk room - there were planks of wood just left leaning against the wall. There is no terrace, which is probably just as well as it looked like a death trap. The hard wooden floors provide no sound insulation so it sounded like guests in the upstairs room were moving furniture around during the night.

The property is in a good location close to the city center. The host was
available to answer our first call for the entry code 😀.
The room #1 is smaller than it appears in the photos. It was quite warm in the room which doesn’t have air conditioning. Thankfully a fan was available to circulate air.

This hotel is really a small one bedroom apartment and it is very cute and quaint. I had my own little kitchenette which I didn't expect, the windows are charming and look out onto the Brussels streets and flower gardens, and the location cannot be beat. It's RIGHT next to a very lively neighborhood but the apartment itself is still quiet and it's like a 5 minute walk from the square with all of the important buildings to see.
The bathroom is small and a bit stuffy and it can get kind of muggy.

I like the room, is clean and spacious. And the easy acces to the auberge.
The communication with the person responsable was too short, he seem to be in a hurry, I wanted to ask questions but he apparently did not have time

Very central location, kind staff, clean room. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out
Thin walls, so you can hear the guests neighbouring rooms talking/playing music

The apartment is located in old town, very close to the Grand-Place and bus stop, as well as shopping area, its location is in that regard excellent. Our host was very hospitable and allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby for several hours after check-out. The flat is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfy. The kitchen was adequately equipped, I was pleased to see there was tea provided for guests. Highly recommended!
In case there are loud neighbours in a room above or across from yours on the same storey, you'll most probably hear them loud and clear.

The location is great. The auberge is very nice. Our only problem was the lock on our door. The key turned but would not come out of the lock w/o a fight.
