I wouldn't stay here again

I liked that it was on the ground floor and it was convenient for me to come in and out . I liked that there was apps like Netflix and Disney+ on the TV.

I didn't like the fact that the kitchen was outside I didn't feel comfortable to share it so I didn't use it at all only to get the iron. Also the bedsheets didn't smell washed and the towels .

Great property clean, quiet and modern

The property had nice easy to understand access, and the space was lovely clean and fresh. Shops and bars only 10 mins walk and great access to the expo. Would definitely try and get it again if coming back to expo

Only thing which would have made it better would be a mini fridge in the room.

Bruyant ( on entend les voisins à côté et au dessus) Chauffage inexistant et inaccessible ( géré par l hôte) Coupure de courant dans la nuit… rétablie le matin !

Angenehme Wohnung in der Nähe des Atomiums

Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet und insgesamt sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Bad ist zum Teil stark verkalkt und könnte eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Um die Küche zu erreichen, muss man über eine offene Terrasse gehen - das fand ich nicht praktisch.

Uitstekende plek dichtbij de ING Arena!

Uitstekende plek op korte afstand van de ING Arena en op loopafstand van het Atomium. Gratis parkeren voor de deur (als er plek is) en anders een klein stukje verderop in de straat.

Vreemde buurt, maar volkomen veilig. Geen standaard appartement, maar een woonkamer en slaapkamer (met badkamer) en een gedeelde keuken die je buitenom bereikt.

Inquietante, dormire è stato davvero difficile.

Non particolarmente pulito per quanto riguarda i pavimenti e in generale aveva un po’ l’aria del cantiere. Tuttavia quello che davvero ci ha impressionati è la porta d’entrata che non sembra neanche a prova di infante e l’enorme finestra accanto al letto direttamente sulla strada che permette un la bella vista ai passanti e la porta finestra nella sala priva di serratura che è possibile aprire da dentro senza neanche bloccare con la maniglia che funziona come quelle delle porte piuttosto che quelle delle finestre.

La taille de la salle d'eau (et en particulier du lavabo 😉), la propreté relative de la cuisine collective, les photos qui induisent en erreur (la photo de la salle d'eau présentée en premier n'était pas la nôtre...), le rideau peu occultant de la chambre. Le manque de commerce de proximité. L'accès au 2e par un escalier étroit.

Niestety z rodziną trafiliśmy na totalną porażkę. Zaczynając od stanu podwórka: Podwórko to kompletna ruina ,stare i brudne krzesła ogrodowe - stół, zarośnięte podwórko. Wchodząc do ,, apartamentu,, można przeżyć szok( dziecko przeżyło ,aż się poplakalo) . Pościel na łóżku nie zmieniona i śmierdząca, w kuchni zostawione puszki po napojach,a w lodówce pozostawione jedzenie po wcześniejszych lokatorach oraz niedopałki po papierosach,które leżały na tarasie. Niezabudowane estetycznie kable od wifi i innych rzeczy ,które ciągły się po podłodze. Za okna od ulicy miał być ładny widok na ulicę- niestety ,duża trawa i krzaki . Parking ogólnie dostepny- ja znalazłam dopiero 200 m od posesji. Kontaktując się z właścicielem lokalu napisał (stwierdził) ,że to wina ekipy sprzątającej oraz bookingu ( bo nie ma wpływu na to co booking wstawia ,pisze o lokalu). Spędziłam tam tylko godzinę ,aby znaleźć inny nocleg. Po wymianie korespondencji poprosiłam o zwrot kosztów .Do tej pory nie otrzymałam ,żadnej informacji od właściciela lokalu,ani zwrotu kosztów. Osobiście nie polecam! !!

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis trifft auf eine exzellente Lage.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut für Messe-Besuchende. Ich kenne niemanden, der so einen kurzen Heimweg nach den Messetagen hatte. Der Service war exzellent. Noah hat sogar im Nachhinein angerufen, um trotz des geschlossenen Chats noch die Rechnung für mich erstellen zu können. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gleichzeitig preislich sehr attraktiv. Alles war super vorbereitet und die Räume sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Vor allem das Bad ist mir sehr positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Gleichzeitig war die Anleitung, um die vielen Türen bis zur Wohnung zu überwinden, sehr hilfreich und präzise.

L’appartement était superbement bien équipé, bien situé près de l’Atomium comme nous le voulions, quartier quand même relativement calme, hôte au petit soin, c’était vraiment superbe !

Stationnement interdit dans la rue, alors nous étions un peu embêter par rapport à ça, mais nous avons trouvé une solution à ce soucis !

Zimmer ok, Eingang , Aussenbereich sehr ungepflegt. Wir haben abends das Licht in der Küche nicht eingeschaltete bekommen …. , keine Anweisungen . Kochuntensilien wenig vorhanden für 3 Parteien.Geschirr nicht sauber.

Dir Zimmertür hat sich von aussen nicht gur schliessen gelassen . Assenberiech wat wie auf dem Bau. Keine Decke , Kissen für eine 3 Person vorhanden , onwohl wir zu 3 angemeldet waren . Geräusche der Decke der Oberen Wohnung , alter holzboden , hat uns den Schlaf geraubt .

Le bruit du voisin jusqu a 4h du matin. J ai prévenu rapidement le propriétaire sans effet. L état de l appartement est moyen.

Pratique et confortable !

Le logement était très propre et confortable, parfait pour notre voyage à 3 ! La zone était très calme ce qui était agréable et le logement n’est pas très loin du centre de Bruxelles en voiture donc super !

Logement inachevé, où le manque d’entretien et de finitions nuit fortement au confort.

Seuls points positifs : la proximité avec le Palais 12 – ING Arena, un matelas correct et une bonne pression d’eau chaude suffisante pour deux personnes. L’idée d’un logement simple et convivial dans une maison ancienne était séduisante, dommage qu’elle ne soit pas aboutie.

Le bien présente, à ce stade, de nombreuses lacunes qui nuisent à la première impression et à la perception globale de qualité. Le cadre extérieur (jardinet, passage latéral, cour) est visiblement à l’abandon, ce qui donne une image négligée dès l’arrivée. J’ai d’ailleurs hésité à entrer, tant l’extérieur laisse penser que le chantier est toujours en cours. À l’intérieur, plusieurs finitions sont inachevées ou posent problème : La porte d’entrée n’est pas bien ajustée, ce qui nuit à la sécurité et au confort thermique. Le cache de la hotte est manquant, ce qui donne une impression de bricolage non terminé. L’éclairage dans la cuisine commune est absent ou hors service, ce qui la rend peu fonctionnelle, surtout en fin de journée. L’isolation phonique est insuffisante avec le logement du dessus, ce qui pose problème dans un contexte de cohabitation. La maison semble avoir été transformée en colocation avec des chambres individuelles et des espaces partagés, mais l’ensemble donne le sentiment d’un aménagement précipité, sans finalisation complète. En l’état actuel, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant : le bien apparaît trop cher au vu des travaux encore nécessaires pour garantir un cadre de vie confortable et abouti.
