Do not recommend to anyone!

Upon our arrival, the house was extremely cold, and none of the radiators were turned on. We switched them all on ourselves; however, they did not begin to heat properly. We contacted the property owner and had to wait over an hour for the radiators to warm up. Due to dirt on the floor, we were unable to sleep in the smaller room. As a result, three of us chose to sleep in the larger room. Unfortunately, only a small radiator was functioning, while the larger one was not working at all. We contacted the property owner once again for assistance. He informed us that he would bring a heater and asked us to wait a little longer. However, the small radiator was clearly insufficient to warm the room. After approximately 45 minutes, he brought a small electric heater and warned us not to leave it on continuously due to fire risk. Because of the persistent cold, we were unable to sleep properly and had to sleep wearing our coats. The toilet was located downstairs and was not clean. After using it, we had to go upstairs to wash our hands in the kitchen sink, as there was no other sink available. The shower was also located in the kitchen, and there were spiderwebs on the ceiling. Additionally, the downstairs room had a strong smell of urine. Although a coffee maker was listed in the property description, there was only a rusty and extremely dirty French press. There was also someone else’s laundry in the private washing machine within our rental area, which prevented us from using it. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment could be good, but unfortunately it's not.

Location was great , shops restaurant in the area easy to park with car etc etc .. If we write to the landlord he answer back fast !

The apartment I think need a big renovation ! It s look s nice in the pictures but i think they don t do anything with the apartment in the last years after renovation … And the badest thing is you can t regulate the heating for yourself! The apartment is really cold in this days !!!

The place is in a nice neighbourhood, quiet at night, and feels safe. Shopping is nearby.

The top floor has a bit old/taddy carpets. It would be a real changer wit a new floor/carpet.

Een goede omgeving en veilig, de host was vriendelijk en hij ging op tijd reageren en er waren ook veel parkeerplaatsen.

De locatie en de bedden

Waterkoker kapot. Geen koffie. Slaapkamerdeur kan niet dicht. Je kan niet op het toilet zitten! ( wanneer je langer dan 1.80 bent)Bovendien moet je dan eerst een trap af. Geen wastafel. Je moet dan bij de gootsteen staan...

- Toilette sehr klein und auf einem extra Stockwerk und ohne Waschbecken. - Dusche nur über Küche erreichbar und schlecht zu lüften. - Kein Badezimmer; einziges Waschbecken in der Küche. - Boden teilweise uneben und kaputt. - Türen der Küchenschränke schlecht befestigt/wackelig. - Kopfkissen dick und hart. - Fluglärm auch nachts.

Proximité Atomium, Mini Europe ( 40 minutes à pied sans difficulté), Literie confortable, Le linge de lit et le linge de toilette sont fournis, Confort général du logement.

L'aménagement atypique du logement et son état général. L'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement général ( Sol dégradé, velux extrêmement sale qui ne se verrouille pas, ....)

Mooi appartement op de bovenste verdieping met alle gemakken voorzien. Leuke speeltuin tegenover het appartement. Bedden zijn goed!

De douche was erg klein en nodigde niet uit om uitgebreid in te douchen.

L'emplacement top le confort des lits la gentillesse et la réactivité de l'hôte les petites attentions avec tous les petits accessoires proposés

Le bruit des avions mais nous sommes habitués à la campagne et le manque de rideaux et deux chaises en plus pour manger ensemble. Bref juste des finitions c'est un bon gîte pour découvrir Bruxelles
