Cosy place near Atomium with parking

De netheid van de accommodatie, de snelle reactie van de verhuurder, de aanwezigheid van heel veel spullen, onder andere alle keuken spullen die je maar kon bedenken, bad spullen, wc spullen, en dekbedden en dekens, uitstekend. de locatie was prima dichtbij Atomium en centrum. De speelplein recht tegenover het huis was ook erg leuk voor mijn kinderen. Internet was prima.

De Wc was beneden en dat was niet handig voor de kinderen voor de midden nacht als ze naar de wc moesten, we geloven dat het ook gedeeld was met een andere unit, maar omdat we maar een nachtje verbleven hebben we niemand feitelijk gezien. we kwamen rond 8 uur aan en vertrokken morgens vroeg om 07:30, du s een nauwkeurige review kunnen we niet geven. De deur beneden ging niet op slot, ik moest een ijzeren dunne staaf tussenin leggen zodat we op een betere gevoel kunnen slapen, achteraf blijkt nu dat het toch veilig was maar als een deur niet dicht gaat heb je constant een onveilig gevoel voor je gezien. hierdoor heb ik de hele nacht als man zijnde niet goed kunnen slapen. De vloer was van vinyl en op heel veel plekken kapot. De koud water in de keuken kwam met heel laag druk maar de warme heel snel, de douche had deze probleem niet. parkeren moest op straat, wat totaal niet erg was maar we dachten aan een eigen parkeerplek of een plek op eigen oprit.

Good location and also that it was outside of the Brussel Low Emission Zone, so didn't need to pay extra to stay there.

It was good to have a washing machine, but it was very squeaky! It was warm in there, we had our own fan with us. Maybe providing one for the property when it's warm for future visitors?

The apartment is very usefully located in a quiet area, easy to get to from the ring road with good amenities nearby and links to the city. The hosts have created a fantastic guide to the local area to help with this as well. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well priced which reflects its limitations whilst still remaining good value. It was very well equipped with anything we might have needed or wanted. Also had decent pillows compared to a lot of accommodation I've stayed in recently. The host was communicative and provided useful information to make access easy. It's not luxury accommodation, but for the cost and location was definitely worthwhile for our short stay while passing through the area.

My main disappointment was the lack of any curtains or blinds for the roof light which let in a lot of light early in the morning. There is some aircraft noise from the airport, which I can't really hold against the apartment, but the bright early light made it harder to sleep through it. The décor is quite tired and not in the best shape as others have highlighted and there are some quirks like sticky doors, but the price seems to reflect this and it was actually very well equipped. The apartment has an unusual layout with the toilet on the floor below in a very small room, but again this was a minor issue for us and outweighed by the value - plus the host actually acknowledges and apologises for the toilet location in the information booklet!

Diciamo che la posizione era passabile, non in centro, ma non troppo lontano, solo che per raggiungere alcuni mezzi pubblici verso il centro era necessario camminare un quarto d'ora. Però è ben collegato con l'aeroporto B. Zavendam. Ultima cosa, di fronte c'è un piccolo parco giochi e mio figlio ha apprezzato.

Pulizia terribile se non inesistente, scomodità del bagno e della doccia, mobili rotti, pavimento e alcuni soffitti rovinati. Se ti accontenti, giusto per dormire una notte o due, te lo fai andare bene. Totalmente sconsigliato per soggiorni più lunghi.
