Would be excellent if it didn’t smell of cigarettes.

Location is good, the picture are a fair representation. Shared bathroom is as described and as expected. No issues there. Bed was comfy. Parking is on street which isn’t what I expected, but not a problem. Host was very welcoming and friendly. Good value for money.

The only negative was that the property smelt very badly of stale cigarette smoke. I came away with my clothes also smelling of cigarettes. As a non-smoker this wasn’t great for me. Fine for one night, but this would’ve been a deal breaker for me. If you smoke this probably won’t bother you.

Easy and beautiful stay in Brussels

Everything was as expected in the description and even better. Jessica is very approachable and flexible, as well as helpful with everything. The bed was really comfortable. You have a nice view from the room of trees and the lake that are nearby. There is a filtered coffee machine and a sink in the room, as the bathroom is shared. There is also an extra shower in a different room which makes it all even easier. The tram gets you within 3 minutes of the house. There is even a piano in the living room, those who know how to play will appreciate.

The location, the host and the house were beautiful!

Shared toilet - no hand soap or hand towel. Shared bathroom living and kitchen, not entirely private, which I didn't expect from the description.

Very pleasant stay in relaxing green location, conveneintly connected to downtown in 20'

Location is perfect! Lots of relaxing green and little lake just across the road, while the apartment remains conveniently connected to downtown by either metro or tram in 20' ride. Spotlessly clean, quiet with triple glazing, and the host Jessica is super kind and friendly.

Being the bathroom/ shower in common with other guests, an additional shower (I believe planned) would be helpful to avoid potential morning queues. Some details on minor maintenance, such as the front door keyway, could further boost the overall appearance and perceived value.

Nice and charming place with beautiful surroundings

We such a nice stay at this place and Jessica is such an amazing host and kind personality. If you like to stay at a place with a personal touch where you can make yourself feel like home using the ammenities available such as kitchen, living room, outdoor space etc don't hesitate to book yourself a stay here. Wonderful surroundings in the immediate proximity of parks, water and just a short walk from the local village (Wiener stop on the tram line). There is a tram stop close to the residence and the Metro is quite close as well (end-stop on Line 5 Herrman-Detroux) in addition to buses.

Capelli nelle lenzuola

Il salotto era ben arredato e molto accogliente La posizione molto comoda e vicino alla metro

Al nostro arrivo nel letto abbiamo trovato diversi capelli sia nelle lenzuola che sotto ai cuscini, inoltre c'erano anche delle chiazze. Si vedeva che il letto era stato fatto molto velocemente senza un minimo di pulizia. Abbiamo subito contattato la proprietaria che ci ha risposto dopo 4 ore, ci ha fornito le lenzuola "pulite", ma anche quelle si sono rivelate essere sporche con capelli.

Très bon accueil de Jessica mais des lacunes dans la gestion.

J'ai demandé en arrivant le vendredi s'il était possible d'avoir un petit-déjeuner le samedi matin, le brunch auquel j'étais invitée ne commençant qu'à 13h. Jessica m'a proposé de préparer un petit-déjeuner pour 8h30 le samedi, mais je n'ai pas eu de petit-déjeuner, Jessica ayant eu une panne d'oreiller et dormi plus tard que prévu.

Malgré le triple vitrage, la circulation sur le boulevard très passant est bien audible la nuit. Un des 2 rideaux était tombé avec ses fixations le matin même aux dires de Jessica et elle devait le refixer. Cela n'a pas été fait. Une des 2 fenêtres de la chambre est donc restée sans rideau, laissant passer les lumières des réverbères, les phares de voiture, la lumière du jour le matin.

C'ETAIT PARFAIT!

Tout étais parfait, je suis venu seulement pour une nuit, mais l'accueil de Jessica était très chaleureux. la chambre est très confortable et reposante. étant venu pour le travail il est idéalement situer proche centre ville sans avoir les dérangement de ce dernier. Merci Jessica.
