Location was great. In the center of everything. Stairs little bit steep for elderly. Can be communicated better or on booking. Com.

Only the steep staircase. Very Beautiful though. Like the wood.

Comfortable, clean, and great location. Easy check-in. Felt like I was at home. Would stay again.

A nice place to stay in Brussels. Not a central location, but also not too far. I'd say it is within an easy walking distance to key attrations, and it is rather well communicated by public transport. A decent-sized room, quite modern and new, with a well-equipped kitchenette, and a small bathroom. The bed was rather hard = comfortable for us. We liked that the neighbourhood was rather quiet, which was mainly due to not-too-central location (so, an asset, I'd say). The A/C was a life-saver, given the July heat wave we got when in Brussels.

The flat is on a second floor and the stairs are nice, renowated uncovered wood, but kind of steep and narrow, so anyone with reduced mobility/ small kids/ bulky luggage should take that into account. The view from the window is currently not too attractive, as it fives on a construction site (nothing was happening there, just an empty lot after a demolished building). As it is often in those rental flats, the bathroom was small with not too much space for comfortably keeping your stuff, like cosmetics or clothes to put on. Hated the tiny table top basin. Those are just never practical. How invented this stuff? It just looks nice. Please, get rid of it when renovating the bathroom in the future. :)

The property was in a good location near to the train station and central to the city. We had 2 nice apartments which were clean and well presented.

The shower in our room was poor and water not very hot, so if you like a good shower this is not the place for you. Also we had an issue where the host changed the door locks part way through our stay and we came back from a day out to find the door to our place wide open with all our belongings there for everyone to see. Then we found that the door lock was not functioning and so we couldn’t leave the apartment as we would have been locked out (once the door was locked you could only open from the inside). Then we had to move our stuff into our friend’s apartment the next day when we went out as we were unsure if we would be able to access it once we had locked the door, as the host said someone would be along to look at it at some point in the morning. We also asked if the lock could be left on the second apartment as the first had caused so much concern, however the host proceeded to tell us that had been changed and then changed back as it was not functioning. All in all it was a very stressful 24hrs when we should have been enjoying our break.
