The perfect crash-pad for a short (or long) stay in beautiful Brussels!

Beautiful, period building - in the heart of town. Within easy reach of historic Grand Square, and vibrant Rue Dansaart/St Catherine/Flanders. Great food and drink options. Apartment was clean, characterful and well equipped to make for a comfortable, memorable stay. We met one of the hosts, Daniel, briefly upon our arrival. He was kind and helpful.

The only minor issue I had was that my sleeping quarters on the mezzanine had a window with no curtains. There was a small, freestanding screen - but this did not adequately cover the window, and meant it got very light in there - early on. This was not conducive to a holiday lie-in. I am a light sleeper, so perhaps it’s not such an issue for folks who have no trouble falling/staying asleep.

City break Rempart Brussels

Fantastic location for all the Xmas markets, Grand Place etc Cute, quirky apartment with everything you need for a city break. Extremely friendly and very helpful. Great direction on how to get there, entering the property and a box full of what to do while you're there.

Not much apart from a little noisy from the 2 bars located directly outside. Closed around 1am

Well equipped studio with attractive antique and retro furniture and deciration. It was very well located with good bars and restaurants around the area and an easy walk to the Grand Place.

Beautiful,clean studio,15 minute walk from central station

Beautiful,characterful well-designed studio,15 minute walk from the Central station. Some lovely restaurants & bars in the area,though very quiet at night plus a good mattress = a good night's sleep! Fantastic shower too! We stayed 1 night so didn't use the kitchen though it looked like it had everything you needed. Great,prompt communication from Daniel,he even allowed us to leave some luggage there after check out time which was really kind and very useful! Highly recommend!

You may want ear plugs for the early risers in the building as it's an incredible old place with the expected slight lack of noise insulation.

A great base for exploring Brussels within easy reach of the metro and central stations.

This is a lovely quirky property and the room was very comfortable. The location is excellent too for the city centre attractions, but very close to bars that stay open quite late. Great if you want to sample a wide range of beers in a lively atmosphere. Not so great if you want to get an early night.

The WiFi kept cutting out, as did the TV. Probably an issue for the area rather than the property itself, though.

Beautiful studio near the main square

The place wad so cozy, very well put and we had experienced Brussels in quite a vintage way. So many details, photos, amenities... It was just perfect. Daniel was also very responsive, and he made sure that we receive all the necessary instructions. Thank you!

Charming, quirky attic flat with character & a good location.

Charming, quirky, comfortable & well located property on the edge of the central historic area. It was close enough to the centre to easily walk to but also, and this worked well for us, far enough away from the bustle of the centre to be quieter & good to to relax in between sightseeing sessions. The outdoor terrace was charming & every time we sat down the friendly cat next door would stop by for a visit. The nearby St Catherine’s Square area is also with a visit. Charming with plenty of restaurants & a bit quieter than the very touristy central district.

The original wooden spiral staircase up to the property is a bit of a challenge with luggage & needs to be approached with care. Likewise the ladder to the upper bedroom area best for the young & fit, but that is flagged up clearly in advance so we allocated that room accordingly.

Fabulous!

It was brilliantly located, just on the edge of the city. It was a great size and had everything we needed for a family of 4, with 15 & 17 year old girls. It was a lovely, quirky apartment and the roof terrace was a lovely added bonus

the toilette is so small i could barely fit in. the house is very noisy everytime someone walk the stairs everything is cricking. there is no black out curtains and sun rise super early in summer

Location was great close to restaurants and bars, included shampoo and conditioner, nice decor, felt safe and homely.

It was on the ground floor with no windows, very damp smell and no AC, only a ceiling fan, opposite to what was advertised. There are 5 studios in the building apparently, and the one I got did not match the pictures I saw when booking.

The location was absolutely ideal. Very nice street around the corner with restaurants and shops. Great area!

I am so sorry, I am sure the other rooms must be better since we chose this place on its ratings. But we had the ground floor without windows to the outside, it smelled very bad/humid and was very hot because we could not open a window. We did not sleep at all.
