- Excellente situation géographique (très central, proche de toutes les activités touristiques principales) - appartement très calme et spacieux - terrasse agréable
- il y a un réel manque d’entretien dans cet appartement qui ne correspond pas au prix de l’appartement : robinets en mauvais état, fenêtres et porte-fenêtre dans un état pitoyable (fonctionnement défaillant), accroches de rideaux cassés, cendrier de la terrasse non vidé, mobilier de la terrasse à renouveler (et plus généralement pas d’entretien de la terrasse), poubelles sales et cassées (cuisine, toilette) - chaudière éteinte à notre arrivée - absence de micro-onde (peu compréhensible au vu de la taille de la cuisine)

Très bel appartement, lumineux et offrant de belles prestations. La terrasse est un véritable atout, avec une superbe vue sur les principaux monuments de Bruxelles. Les pièces sont spacieuses, la literie est confortable et l'appartement est parfaitement équipé. La climatisation est également très appréciable, surtout par temps chaud. Je recommande sans hésiter !
L'ascenseur est ancien et les escaliers sont raides, sans que cela m'ait dérangé. Les rideaux laissent passer la lumière, ce qui peut gêner certaines personnes pour dormir.
