Nice stay in a Brussels way of life.

Easy to find, good connected to the center and other locations (ex. Leopold park). Comfortable apartment, well equipped. The owner was really nice and fair.

We were a little stressed because of the deposit and the cleaning (the information on the cleaning - that we have to clean the apartment or pay 40€ for the cleaning - was given to us after the booking, when we could not cancel anymore), but at the end everything was fine and fair. We suggest to the owner to give the information at the reservation, so people can decide what to do or raise the price for the cleaning expenses. Anyway a good experience.

Very spacious, bright, modern and clean apartment, in very practical location.

Good location for access to public transport, food shopping and local restaurants.

Sometime a bit noisy in the living room due to ambulances passing by. And narrow staircase making a bit difficult with luggage. But all very small issues compared to all the positive.

All good! But a bit noisy from the street. The owner is friendly!

Availability of shampoo, hair dryer; availability of sugar, tee, spices, etc. It was warm in the apartment!

Toilet was not working very good. After the rain it was water (which was removed, but some signs were available)

Spacious Loft. Just a beautiful apartment located in a calm and pleasant district. You have some amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, but it’s located like 10min from the old town. Would recommend 10/10.

A well presented, spacious and comfortable apartment in a convenient part of Brussels. Noelle was a welcoming host. Recommended.

The apartment fronts onto the street so there is noise from passing traffic and tram but the bedroom is situated at the back and is very quiet.

Exceptional

Carine was a great host, she welcomed us because Nöelle was away. Communication with her was super easy, she gave us info on transport, where to eat, what to see... We had posibillity of leaving our bags on the day of leaving until our flight, which was late at night. Apartment has superb location - tram station is 150m from it and you can easily reach central/midi station (where most of tourist sights are located). Apartment is well equiped - from hairdryer to coffe. Room is spacious, living room huge. Kids friendly - my boy got a strumpf bedsheet and he was very exicted to sleep there, there are puzzles, big teddy. I would go again there definitely!

Location in a very good neighborhood Right across the street is the tram staition to the city center.The host very froendly and communication very easy and helpful

No toiletries.Not enough towels,one big one and a small one for two people. Only one quarter of a toilet paper roll...buy i guess times are hard and toilet paper sparse

Not suitable for a B&B

The location is quite convenient, if you're interested in that part of town (still NOT central, NOT close to shopping district, and NOT close to EU institutions)

we booked for four, the listing mentioned a sofa bed, which was in fact two sort of pouf convertible into beds (we had to convert them, and to prepare the beds ourselves, as the host didn't do anything in advance), all the sheets we non ironed, everywhere it was super full of stuff (food, appliances etc) left by the previous occupants: not really ideal in COVID times. At checkout we had to undo the beds ourselves to get our guarantee back. The acces to the apartment is really unconfortable (very seet and narrow stairs, there is no terrace, the door of the toilet is SUPER noisy, and the floor in the kitchen is super squeaky. All in all is really a run down apartment, not suitable to be proposed as a B&B.

The apartment is very functional to stay and has a very pleasant ambience. It is in a great location only 20 minutes away from the center. Trams 3,4 and 92 take you directly to the heart of the city. The stations are a few seconds walk from the apartment. The owner is very kind. I recommend a holiday apartment.

Buena opción en Bruselas. Lejos del centro pero bien comunicado

Piso muy amplio y cómodo. Mucha luz. Bien comunicado por tranvía-metro para ir a la estación Midi y al centro. Se nota renovado hace poco. Barrio tranquilo.

Algunas cosas de ela cocina se veían algo sucias, como la jarra de agua, pero en general bastante limpio.

Размер квартиры большой и интересной планировки, всё есть необходимое. Я также оценила винтажный декор. Милый вид из спальни, я почему-то по фото думала, там балкон, но нет, и открывается только 1 дверка из 2х, так что настеж не удастся сделать. Там отличная кровать, на которой я высыпалась наконец. Тихо в квартире. Удобное местоположение с кучей трамваев. И район красивый. Хорошо, что рядом был хоть 1 маленький магазин продуктовый.

1) залог. В целом, в залоге ничего плохого нет, но хозяйка не предоставила никакого подтверждения, что взяла залог, хотя бы от руки написанную расписку. Я очень волновалась, не обманут ли меня. И тряслась за каждую вещь в доме, которые итак разваливаются. Но хозяйка всё вернула. 2) старая техника, поломанная и очень грязная (добавила пару фото)

Superbe appartement très bien équipé, situation très commode.

Très bel appartement, traversant. Le salon donne sur l'avenue Bruggmann, la chambre à l'arrière, sur les jardinets (elle est donc tranquille). La cuisine avec îlot est entre-deux. L'appartement est très chic, mobilier élégant et de couleur claire, moderne. Très belle déco. L'équipement (cuisine, salle de bain, tout) est extrêmement complet. Il y a même trois gradations de capsules de café (décaféiné, léger, fort) pour la machine! La situation, à Forest (un peu au sud du "Pentagone" central de Bruxelles), est très commode, tout près de l'arrêt de tram Vanderkindere (lignes 4, 7, 10 et 92) qui permettent d'aller au centre, àux gares (p.ex. Gare du Midi en dix minutes), et à peu près n'importe où très facilement. Le quartier aussi est élégant, assez cossu, avec des supérettes, des cafés et des restaurants non loin.

Un détail: j'aurais aimé une armoire accessible où ranger mes affaires (mais je n'ai pas pris le temps de chercher vraiment!)

L'immeuble bien situé et l'appartement est nickel sans oublié Noelle tout simplement géniale !!!

Noelle était présente et accessible à tout moment. l'appartement est génial et bien rangé. Mes enfants avait des couchage adaptés et sont ravis de ce séjour. A renouveler surement A ne pas oublier de visiter au rez-de-chaussée la super boutique de Noelle. Vous trouverez surement des merveilles !!!
