L'emplacement est idéal avec un tramway à 7 min à pied qui dessert le centre ville (92 , Monts des Arts). Le quartier est très agréable avec une bonne boulangerie et du choix de restos. Le mercredi soir un marché très sympa sur la place . J'ai adoré l'ambiance du quartier + la situation idéale pour les amateurs de façades Art Nouveau ,Horta etc...
Rien à redire. C'était parfait. A la limite 2 oreillers de plus dans la chambre.

La localisation de l' appartement est idéale: commerces, restaurants et bars à proximité. Chambre à l'arrière du bâtiment pour permettre le repos.
La maintenance du bien loué n'est pas assurée : frigo en panne, ampoules de spots non remplacées, fuite à la sortie de la douche, radiateur de sdb rouillé, bouchons des éviers cuisine et sdb qui fuient, pas de produit de vaisselle, taches de doigts restees sur les inox... images sur le net qui ne reflètent pas la réalité.
