Characteristic apartment in great area

Charming apartment in a great location! Nice hosts, lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the place. Comfortable and characteristic stay. Would love to stay again!

Not suitable for family and room heating issues

The room heating system is extremely inconvenient and poorly designed. The room heaters constantly switch on and off, forcing guests to manually turn them on and readjust the temperature multiple times throughout the night. The hot water in the shower was also not working at all. When we reported these problems, we were told that this is simply “how the system works” and that guests are expected to turn it on and off manually every time, which is completely unacceptable. The property is also poorly maintained. The bread toaster was dirty, and the electric kettle had heavy limescale buildup inside. Overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. The bathroom is very small, with no proper space to bend or move comfortably. Additionally, the nearest public transport is a 7–9 minute walk away, which was inconvenient for us.

Comfortable stylish apartment in nice neighbourhood

The American Loft is a beautiful apartment in a very nice neighbourhood in Brussels. It was comfortable, clean and stylish. There are plenty of food options close by and the area has a vibrant atmosphere. Our host was readily available and quick to respond when information or help was needed.

It didn't meet my expectations

The host was welcoming and kind, and the studio is located in a good area with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

There are no screens on the windows, and there were a few flies in the apartment when we arrived. The toilet needed to be disinfected and cleaned before use. We ran out of hand soap in the bathroom on the first day and had to use shower gel to wash our hands. The central heating unit is in the bedroom and is quite noisy. Both interior doors squeak very loudly.

Cosy place for city break, with great restaurants nearby. Save neighborhood, good connection to city center or train station (alternative: 30min walk and sightseeing to Grand Place).

Can I move in for good, please?

Located in the very heart of the Chatelain with all its nigtlife, bars and restaurants, this accommodation allows you insight into a Brussels university student's dream condo :-) A living room with a fully fledged kitchen, a separate bedroom with the adjacent bathroom - there is enough space for a young couple. Even a mini balcony with a small chair and miniature table. The furniture is modern and reasonably new. The host, Nathanael will meet you with the key, and he is also available on multiple platforms if you have problems. (He helped me find the thermostat to turn up the heating.)

I certainly loved the whole experience and would like to come back soon :-)

Parfait pour profiter de la vie bruxelloise !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier, plein de boutiques et animé mais pas bruyant pour autant. L'appartement est tout à fait fonctionnel, propre et très joliment décoré. On s'y sent bien ! Idéal pour notre séjour bruxellois !

Bardzo ładny, dobrze zaopatrzony apartament, blisko do centrum

Bardzo ładny apartament niedaleko centrum, ok 30 minut na nogach. Zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzebne. Spokojna okolica, sklepy, lokale gastronomiczne na tej samej ulicy. Bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz.

Posizione e pulizia. Noi eravamo in 4 adulti.

Bagno un pò piccolo (soprattutto il lavandino), e il divano letto non molto comodo (si staccava facilmente una doga e si affossava nel mezzo); comunque nel suo complesso consigliato.

Un rincón elegante y recomendable para descubrir Bruselas

El apartamento está en un barrio fantástico, tranquilo, para pasear, y con posibilidad de restaurantes. Bien comunicado. Las fotos son muy precisas y tiene todo lo necesario. El dueño nos atendió él mismo, nos dio consejos, estuvo muy atento y puntual. Recomendamos el alojamiento y repetiríamos sin duda.

La unica parte que podría mejorarse es el baño, un poco pequeño y algo gastado. No tenemos posibilidad de compararlo con otros alojamientos. Pero estaba muy limpio y equipado.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Gut mit der Tram zu erreichen, im coolsten Viertel. Viele Cafés, Shops und Supermarkt direkt ums Eck.

Appartement bien situé et joliment décoré, mais les lits étaient inconfortables et le prix ne se justifie pas.

L’emplacement est top et l’appartement est bien décoré.

Les lits n’étaient pas confortables (les lattes du canapé-lit faisaient que de tomber) et la douche ainsi que le lavabo était trop petits

Parfait

Accueil sympa , bien situé, calme et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Logement bien équipé. Canapé et lit confortable. Cuisine complète. Le propriétaire a laissé le minimum ( café sucre sel etc) ce qui est agréable quand on arrive.

La chaudière est bruyante. contrainte du parking limité dans le temps et cher dans la rue.
