It is located opposite a rather noisy bar and as it is on the first floor you can’t really open the curtains without everyone seeing what you’re doing

A couple of hours of misery while I tried to find last minute accommodation resulting in an expensiv

On the morning of my journey to Brussels I emailed the owner to ask for the address ie house number. No reply. When I arrived in Brussels I went to the street and phoned to ask for access details. The person answering the phone said he would phone back. He didn't. Then I received an email message saying that unfortunately I could not stay because of problems with plumbing. So I was left in the street with no where to stay. I have written to ask Booking.com how to get my money back but haven't had a reply. Needless to say I had to spend a significant amount of money finding alternative accommodation in a hotel. I suggest Booking.com needs to examine this address and take them off your website. Very unhappy with what happened to me.

Neue Wohnung mit hellen Räumen.

* kein Esstisch * keine Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer * schmutzige Möbel (Haare, Staub) * schmutziges Sofa ( Brösel, Haare) * Frühstück bestand für 4 Personen in 4 Tagen: geöffnete Müslisäckchen, 1Liter Apfelsaft, 1 Liter Milch, bereits benutzte Butter und Süßaufstrich), Löskaffee (wo das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum überschritten war) * Kaffeemaschine ungereinigt - ohne Kaffeetabs * Pflegeartikel bestand aus einem Duschgel, dass nur zu 1/4 befühlt war * schmutzige Ofentür und Arbeitsplatte * Geschirrspüler war befühlt mit schmutzigen Geschirr (wahrscheinlich von die vorigen Gästen) * defekte Lampen in Vorraum und Wohnzimmer * fehlende Leuchten in Vorzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küchenwand, Kinderzimmer * staubige Böden * nur 3 Gabeln (1 davon defekt) * schmutzige Küchenutensilien * Bilder im Booking.com nicht ident mit bereitgestellter Wohnung!!!!

Apartamento nuevo, pero muy sucio

Apartamento prácticamente nuevo con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Estancias amplias en un barrio tranquilo.

De los 2 baños que había, en unos no funcionaba la cisterna y en el otro el grifo estaba roto. La cocina estaba bastante sucia, utensilios y electrodomésticos sucios, al igual que el suelo, techo y armarios. En la terraza estaban las colillas de los huéspedes anteriores. Abrías cualquier armario o mirabas debajo de las camas y estaba lleno de bolas de polvo. En la habitación de la cama doble no había donde dejar la ropa, tan solo disponía de un perchero portátil.

L'appartement était bien, bien placé dans un quartier calme. Et la personne qui nous a reçu a été très gentille et disponible.. la literie est très bonne.

L'annonce faisait état d un hôtel et non d'un hôte, les photographies de l'appartement ne correspondent en rien à la réalité...question propreté ça laisse à desirer.. .l equipement est minimalisme (assiettes, couverts etc, éponge )

Pas de petits déjeuner payé pourtant. Pas de grille-pain, pas de sèche cheveux Pas de micro ondes Pas lave vaisselle (en panne) adresse indiquée inexacte. Bref, je ne reviendrai pas et ne le conseillerai pas . Cdt
