I liked it

The rooms were nicer than I expected considering the location and other interiors of the place.

There was a lack of mirrors in the rooms which is hard for 3 girls traveling. Also there was a domestic dispute while we were checking out which the police came too but still very unnerving.

the worst stay ever, do not even bother ruining your vacay by coming to this hotel

- The welcoming was very bad, we should have been checked in by 3pm, but they told us that the rooms were not ready yet and to come back at 8pm, and be out of the room by 10am, so not even half a day I was just off a very long travel day just to stay out in the cold for hours just to clean the room when people get out of there in the morning, it’s unacceptable, insane and very rude of them - you could hear everything going on in the rooms next to mine and the rooms were facing a garden and since the curtains do not close up entirely everyone was in our business - no fence over the windows so we couldn’t open them without being scared of someone getting in, since it’s all on the base floor - the location is very far away from the city centre, in the north of brx - the kitchen did not have everything it needed to make an easy a simple recipe, so it was useless with almost to none cutlery - the beds were so uncomfortable

The room was in very poor condition. The walls were dirty, full of footprints, and even damaged/cracked, and the curtains had mud stains and shoe marks on them. The only clean thing seemed to be the bed sheets. The level of hygiene is far below expectations, and I do not recommend this hotel. i try to ask about shorting stay from 3 nights at leas only 2 but they don't answer, lady from receptions she was cute and say she don't know we need to apply to e mail or booking.com.. and no answer.. like me another friends..

Good communication with the hotel before our arrival and precise instructions on how to check in mad

Everything was as described. Nearby are the Gare du Nord, the city center, and the Atomium. We hardly used public transportation. We spent all our free time walking. The weather was pleasant, autumnal. I paid for an early check-in of 11:00 AM and a late check-out of 7:00 PM, and I was very pleased with this service. If I ever need to return to Brussels, I would stay at this hotel again.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who isn't looking for faults. The room wasn't very well cleaned, but that didn't ruin our stay in Brussels. I give this hotel top marks.

I wouldn't receommend this property

Location wise its nice and within the city

Access Code we received through the mail didn't work and had to call emergency number to collect keys and get in. Rooms were nasty and smelling horribly. Could not open the winodws and curtain properly or they were not working. It was a hot day and staying without a Fan in unimaginable. Guest App link provided in the booking didn't work either.

The best advice I can give is: Run away from this place!!!! I've never stayed in a place as dirty as this one. The experience was horrible; the entire apartment was filthy and smelled terrible. The walls, doors, bath towels, shower, and toilet were deplorable. The toilet was broken, the shower kept running and spraying water everywhere, and the shower drain was so clogged that it filled up to my ankles. It was disgusting incomparably. Thank God it was only one night because if it had been longer, I would have gone elsewhere. The best experience we had was when we checked out, never to return to this place again. I'm giving it 1 star because unfortunately you can't give less, but it's a -10. It's not even worth the value because I paid a lot for such disappointment.

Anytime I enter a place and we find cockroaches it’s an automatic fail in my book! The neighborhood was dreadfully awful! A block away were prostitutes selling themselves in store windows and criminals trying to sell them and other things. I didn’t feel safe! The price was slightly high. The room was clean and tidy when we walked in. The cockroaches tell a different story. The apartment itself was quiet. The streets outside were loud and noisy. If you are looking for a cheaper place in a rotten neighborhood…go for it. It’s a several block walk to the closest train.

I paid extra for the early check-in, and still there is no one at the reception. The code provided for the main door was working, as main door sensor was broken. I have to wait for an one and a half hour and several mails to all available mail id, to get someone come and handover the keys.

it was close to the train station and tram stops were also close by.

The bathroom door lock was broken, the Faucets were leaking in the toilet, No kitchen tissues were provided, No shampoo or soap was provided, the towels that were given were dirty, and kitchen utensils were dirty

Excellent and recommendable.

Friendly and pleasant attitude from the staff. My arrival was late in the midnight, but I had no discomfort. Everything was already arranged and I just had to pick up my key and papers from the secured box. Even they allowed me to park the car in the private parking lot the next day without charging additional fee.

close to tram stop. on-site parking. staff willing to help with a problem regarding room which arose upon check in. the kitchen had most things needed to prepare a meal.

Very tired building. Grimy, needs a thoroughly spring clean. lots of minor maintenance needs completing, like cracked light in bathroom, patching on walls etc. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The hallways smelt damp and the rooms were dusty. These apartments have a lot of potential.

Very close, nice neighborhood, property needs some care and repair.

It is very close to downtown and someone helped us finding the keys and gave us enough information to get in and out.

The room was not clean, the furniture had not been moved for a long time and it was dirty behind. The bathroom was not clean. The shower had many spots with mold. The toilet was dark and unclean underneath. There were some fixtures that were loose or broken.

Not worth the money we paid.

Mattresses were old and soft, you were essentially lying on the bed frame. The tiles were coming off the walls, our kettle did not work and neither did my parents TV (even after mentioning it to the staff). There were stains on the wall, rusted wall mounted cabinets and generally the apartments looked dated and dirty.
