This is by far the best host I have had in 20 years using booking.com. He goes the extra mile for absolutely everything. Flexibility for check in and check out. Loads of information on the city to ensure we have a wonderful stay. Flat fully equipped should you wish to cook, spices, coffee, welcome drinks, toiletries etc available. The place is located 20 mn walk to the city center and a mn walk to the train station. Merci Karim for your kindness and attention.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained.
The owner, Karim, was extremely helpful and in contact with us throughout our stay.
The balcony was a great advantage and something we really appreciated.
Having the option to use a parking space was an additional plus.
The bed was super comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped.

Great view from the balcony overlooking the Atomium and the non-central part of Brussels.
Easy access to trams, buses, and trains.
Localized instructions and TV channels.
All essential supplies for the stay were provided.
The host was late: he said he would arrive in “5–10 minutes (maximum)” but actually came after 40 minutes.
The listing description is inaccurate: there is no washing machine, dishwasher, or dryer in the kitchen.
At check-in, the apartment had already been without hot water for 4 days, which the host did not inform us about (he claimed he didn’t know). Unfortunately, hot water never appeared during the entire stay.
