It was clean, we felt safe in the apartment.

The host wouldn’t answer in the chat. If you want to reach him - call him. Also oven wasn’t working and there wasn’t a pan to cook in.

Beautiful apartment right by the train station

The apartment was a renovated property in what looked to be a historical building. I loved the architecture and the fact that it was really close to Brussels Midi (South) station. The apartment featured a spacious room which doubled as the living and bed room, a kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with very nice modern furnishings.

The neighbourhood where the property was located was a bit of a walk away from the center (about 35-45 minute walk). I did not particularly mind, but I can see how this might be a problem for other tourists.

Good location for railway station

Great location just 5 minutes walk from Midi/Zuid station. Some previous comments about the lack of cleanliness were ill founded, it was very clean. It did what I needed, which was a simple bed for the night whilst travelling to Germany on the train. Plenty of space.

The main issue was communication. I confirmed my arrival time, and sent a message a month in advance. Two days before I phoned booking.com to find out if it was all ok and ask for details of how I enter the room, and they said I would get info. On the day, I got a note to say that the booking was confirmed! and when I turned up at the door entrance I still had nothing. I phoned the owner, who then opened the door but I didn’t know even which floor it was on. The stairs are narrow, I got to the 2nd floor before calling again, to be told it was on the 1st floor, and the key was in the door. Just a bit of communication in advance and confirmation of how to get in etc would have been good and avoided this stress. The place is a bit soulless, lighting in the bedroom is a very bright central light, with a switch remote from the bed, would have been nice to have a little bed side light. I didn’t need kitchen equipment, but previous comments about scarcity of cutlery etc were right, two plates, one mug and one glass (but there were 6 condoms!) There was a TV, but I couldn’t get it to show any live channels, it did have apps but you will need your Netflix and Prime log in details.

a very dirty apartment, with nothing in the kitchen, only one frying pan and that is from the war, except that there are no bathtubs or glasses, insects in the room, smelly bathroom, I do not recommend

Avoid this scammer

I did not get any instructions on how to get into the property. The phone was off. He wasted my time and late in the evening i had to look for an expensive hotel. In the end he refused to refund me the money and Booking.com did not help at all. Horrible experience...

Étape à la gare du midi.

L'emplacement, la bonne propreté générale, la grande chambre. Bonnes explications pour l'arrivée et l'entrée.

L'appartement, récemment rénové (donc assez propre) mériterait d'être terminé et entretenu. Un essuie et une carpette trempées dans la petite salle de bain ne donnaient pas envie d'y entrer (odeur). Aucun accueil. Mais on nous a ouvert 😅.

La chambre bien propre mais un problème de wifi qui capte mal , le toilettes ça va , pas de fer à repasser

La cuisine vraiment zéro,pas de micro-ondes, pas des marmites, pas des tasses pas des assiettes , ni café ni thé ni sucre, vraiment catastrophique pas de rideau pour l’intimité, le voisin vous regarde tout ce que vous faites dans la cuisine

Prijs/kwaliteit uitstekend enkele voor 1 overnachting.

We bleven een nacht slapen omdat we 's morgens vroeg de trein naar Marseille moesten halen. Er was geen ontbijt voorzien, was ook niet nodig. We hebben er 's avonds niet hoeven te eten, dus geen keuken nodig. Als je er echt enkele dagen zou verblijven is het materiaal in de keuken hier niet op voorzien. Bed was heel goed, lawaai van buiten viel ook goed mee.

Voor enkel een nacht te verblijven is het uitstekend voor die prijs. Voor meerdere dagen is het appartement niet voorzien van voldoende keukengerei.

Een frustrerende en misleidende ervaring door een frauduleuze reservering.

De reservering was een oplichting. Er is geen huisnummer bij het adres. Ik heb meer dan 40 minuten gezocht naar de locatie maar kon het niet vinden, omdat het een fraude is. Toen ik boekte, werd mij gevraagd een borg van 500 euro te betalen voor een verblijf van één nacht. Ze gaven aan dat inchecken tussen 23.00 en middernacht is en uitchecken om 7.00 uur. Wat een oplichterij!

Kein Mikrowelle in der Wohnung. Die Verwaltung versprach ein mitzubringen, ist aber nicht gekommen. Nur zwei Gabeln, ein einziges Glas und Tasse. In Inserat stand dass ein Klimaanlage gibt, gibt es aber nicht. Zwei nächte waren kalt, die Heizung funktioniert aber nicht.......
