Home comfort and great proximity for the city!

Love the location as the neighbourhood seems so nice! As a tourist, I felt it was great to navigate for our needs from Flat Moliere; blending some home comfort with city proximity, which is a lovely mix. The concierge and caretaker/cleaner were also super helpful, friendly and polite, which was a cherry on top!

Great apartment in a good location

The property was very good, and the location was extremely convenient. It was easy to reach by tram — line 92 from the city and lines 4 and 10 from Midi Station — and there were several shops within walking distance. The host was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated being allowed an early check-in at 3:30 pm. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.

The only minor issue we noticed was a slight unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom. It may have been related to the wet shower area and the large open drain used for water drainage.

Bright, spacious comfy studio in a very nice area!

A very comfortable flat: spacious, bright, with a nice kitchen area and a desk with a chair if you need to work. The location is also great - safe with beautiful architecture around. Be sure to grab a croissant and a coffee in the morning at a nearby Brood Boulangerie :) I would definitely stay at this property again!

We liked the quiet area, the architecture of the buildings. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including coffee. The tram station is in the immediate vicinity of the building.

Flat Moliare Brussels

Great place, having most of the key locations like grand place, royale, manekken pi, rue nueve, du burkcer, borse etc. Easily accessible from the location. Have a tram station right at the doorstep of the building. Metro berkendaal and vanderkindera less than 400 mts from here.

Clean, comfortable and great location with lovely host

Clean and comfortable, close to good transport links to both the city and the train station. Host was extremely helpful throughout, including when we accidentally left a bag at the place and they went out of there way to get it back to us

A wonderful place to stay while visiting Brussels and its surrounding towns.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect – right in Brussels, close to public transport and only about 5 minutes by tram from the train station. Everything we needed was nearby. The owner was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’d happily stay here again!

Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this clean and cozy studio. The location is excellent, in a quiet residential area but still very close to the tram, making it easy to get around Brussels. A real highlight is the amazing bakery Brood just around the corner, perfect for fresh pastries in the morning. Highly recommended!

The comfort of a modern boutique hotel room but with a sense of home and space

A place where you naturally feel good, and where everything is done to make you feel good. Well-equipped, with all modern amenities, nothing to complain about. More than just an ideally located place in a great neighborhood with excellent access to all amenities, it's a pleasure to be there. I would have happily stayed ;-) I highly recommend it. In addition, the little touches —a bottle of fresh water, a few coffee capsules, and a base of condiments— show the extra pleasure to share a way of making at ease, and the importance of conveying the idea of also sharing something pleasant. Furthermore, the communication with the host is clear, efficient, professional, and pleasant.

Nice conviniently located flat in Brussels

It was in a convenient location, easily accessible by tram with local shops and restaurants practically on the door step. The flat is well furnished, clean and comfortable, we asked for an extra bed and one was provided. There is someone to welcome you on arrival which was great as we arrived late in the evening. There was complimentary water, hand wash , dish soap, washing powder and all the little bits that you would immediately require but not necessarily have with you. The owner was on holiday but was really courteous , frequently checking to make sure we were alright. TV, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, bedding, towels all provided and all food delivery companies service the area so you can order in if you like. Don’t forget to bring your electrical socket adapters as all outlets are EU two prong types.

A flat with great location and potential, but some work to do still.

A nicely organised and located flat. Good communication with David prior and during the stay.

It wasn’t clean. Refrained from using the couch. The linen had spots on it and is worn. Bathroom had a bad smell, which was partially solved during our stay.

Stay in the picturesque Avenue Brugman

The room has everything you need for long stays. Very clean, with a large bath and a great heating system. The height of the bathroom fixtures is good, which is not always satisfactory in tourist facilities. Great location: the streetcar stop is very close and Avenue Brugman is full of beautiful buildings. The owner is also really nice and helpful. Full marks.

I would only change the additional blankets that are placed in the closet, as they seem a bit small.

Great studio in convenient location.

Light and airy studio apartment with nice outlook and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tram ride to and from city centre was convenient. Several grocery and restaurants nearby. David was a helpful and responsive host.

Parking a mid size car took a strong nerve due to narrow parking ramp to garage!

The apartment was so clean and its space design made it really comfortable. Everything was luxurious and top notch. Located in a quiet beautiful area with accessibility towards the city centre on foot or by tram (the tram stop is right outside the door). It will be the first accomodation I will look for the next time I visit the city.

This is a well outfitted apt. Of modern design and conveniences. The location is extremely convenient to public transportation. There is on premise parking. Our host was extremely engaging and responsive. Very highly recommend this unit.

Shower room and toilet are separated. There can be quite some noise from the apartment upstairs (the ceiling is apparently not made out of concrete.

The flat was clean, comfortable, close to public transport. Having a washing machine was super convenient.

The owner was too attentive. He stopped by the flat to try to meet me and messaged me to ask when I’d be around. As a solo woman traveler, it made me uncomfortable.
