Home away from home.

A peaceful and safe neighborhood, and truly wonderful hosts - thank you for giving me a real “home away from home.” Although you make it clear you’re not a hotel, the room was better than a hotel: spotless, tidy, spacious, and very private. It’s also easy to reach by public transport, and all the essential shops and services I needed were just a few minutes away. One tiny “complaint”: the bathroom scale insists I weigh more than I should - clearly it's broken or has a good sense of humour! 😊 Warmly recommended—fantastic people and a great stay.

Amazing stay

The host, Leila, is really nice and accomodating. Furthermore the host is a very heartwarming sweet person that makes you feel at home immediately. Her (I think) son was at home and helped us with luggage which we did not expect at all and was very nice. The check in was easy and a good experience. She showed us to our room, explained some things and let us be on our way. Leila speaks multiple languages, including good English, which was great for us personally. We did accidentally come across someone in the room next to ours (resident of the household) which I found a little awkward because the bathroom is outside of the room and I had to walk passed that door in my PJs haha. But that was more of a personal issue and had nothing to do with them. I hope we did not disturb him too much. The bed is really comfortable and the cleanliness is the best we've ever had in a vacation appartment. The shower is great and the bathroom is cozy but spacious. The waterpressure is just right. You get plenty of towels. The bathroom is outside of the room, but completely private as the host will explain. I saw another review that it was shared but that is absolutely not the case, it is a private bathroom. The view from the room is really nice. You can get a good look at the city from the window. You should really watch the sunset or sunrise if you can from the window! The TV was also a big plus. You can watch for example Netflix or play a game on the Playstation. The WiFi had good reception. We also loved that we could park the car safely in their private garage for a small fee per day. There aren't many spots to park on the street so this was really good and we appreciated that service. Last but not least the surrounding area is really safe and pretty quiet at night. You can escape the chaos and the busy streets of Brussel's centre in this appartment for sure. I saw some other reviews that it did not feel safe at night but we do not agree with this at all.

The stairs not having railing was scary for someone with a big fear of heights. The stairs was so incredibly clean (not complaining ofcourse) which made it scary for me personally because it almost seemed like mirrors. My partner had no issues with the stairs. I want to make clear that we knew it was on the fourth floor and I do not have any issue with that! I'm just stating it can be a little scary for some people. I would recommend booking the room on the second floor if this is an issue for you.

Very nice room

The room was really nice and clean with a big bathroom. The host was very friendly and the location was convenient and quiet.

The room was in the 4th floor with no elevator, but we already knew that, so that was not really a problem. The bathroom was in a separate room, but really close, so it didn't bother us.

very good and modern accomodation - we enjojed our stay

Pros: -Nearby Atomium - we came late to Bruxxeles and it only took us only ~10 mins to get to the Atomium -Big modern room with big bed and big bathroom -Really nice Roof Terrace -Ability to use whirlpool and sauna if needed (needs to be booked seperatley) -Parking garage - nice personell

- no air condition (ventilator and open window was ok) - staircase hopfully gets upgraded with a stair railing seemed to us like a temporaly construction condition.

Simply fantastic and exceptional

Wowww... simple wowww.... It was one of the best stays I ever booked. I was completely surprised. The room was more beautiful than in the photos. Comfortable beds, carpets everywhere, 65 inches tv with netflix and Prime, PLAYSTATION 5, a spacious bathroom and in a very nice location with nice bus and metro connectivity to all the important places.

Super FAN stay

a great place to stay, huge comfortable bed, huge tv with Netflix and stuff, playstation full of games, AMAZING FAN ON THE CEILING, big shower, calm and quiet neighbourhood, Aldi and Lidl relatively close (cheap chorizo), board games

Nice stay in a vivid neighbourhood.

Very nice, friendly and responsive hosts, who run their B&B with passion. Little details make you feel at home. "De gustibus et coloribus non disputandum est", but although it wasn't our "style" of interior design, you can feel they did gave everything to make it nice and impressive. Very clean and comfortable.

Such a lovely place to stay

The host was lovely and flexible with timings which meant a lot, the rugs on the floor were so soft, the shower was amazing, the TV was huge and had netflix so you could chill and watch movies in bed, the breakfast was really nice and affordable and brought to you. We had such a nice time staying here :-)

the property wasn’t great. the toilet was a shared toilet. the pillow cases and sheets were not clean. the stairs were horrible, had to climb up to the top which was tiring. the owner or landlord should I say barley spoke a word of English. it wasn’t great to be honest and not value for money at all.

+ Room/bathroom size and interior + Cleanliness + Location with nearby public transport + Perfect host Also, I suggest you to take their car transport back to airport for 25€, especially if you are traveling with someone else to split that cost. If you take bus + train to airport instead, it will cost you ~12€ per person, which makes no sense to choose instead of their car transport for nearly the same price split to two people.

If you arrive at the Noord station, maybe walking it's not a good idea, because you can find a shady neighborhood. But near the house, the neighborhood was ok.

- no fridge in the room - very steep stairs and no handrail - I noticed many Arab people in the area, and not so many local people.
