Would come again, if I have something to do in Brussel.

Parking situation is complicated, but it’s not a problem of the owner or appartment. It’s a problem in the whole city. There is a parking garage 600 meters away, not very cheap but same price as everywhere in Brussels.

It was an amazing stay

I liked the place: it's spacious, clean and has everytning even for a long stay.

A very comfortable bed, lots of appliances including a steam iron and the power shower. The place is spacious and clean. The bathroom is newly refurbished with a really cool shower.

The house itself is old hence there are few power sockets and not very good soundproofing, luckily the neighbours are quiet.

Short holiday in Belgium

The location was good, 5 min to the railway station and 1 min to the supermarket (Delhaize). The apartment was clean and well equiped. We hahd everything we need. The host was very friendly and supportive. They accepted us for early check-in which was very useful.

I have nothing to comment. Maybe missing the air conditioner would be unconfortable during the very hot summer.

Handy for Jette station. Supermarket a short walk away. Stairs to apartment are quite steep. Ok for us but need to be aware of this if you have mobility issues. Nice clean apartment and host responds quickly.

Toilet door is frosted glass with no door lock

The location is very central, super market right in front of the door, laundry shops at 1-2min walk, restaurants etc. Parking possible in the streets (could be a little hard to find). Train station is at walking distance where paid parking is available for over night.

Toilet door is of frosted glass with no lock and slight gap. So suitable for couples only. Neighbours were noisy after mid night for some time (could be a one time thing). Overall it was quiet.

Nice apartment in a good location. Some suggestions for enhancement.

Conveniently situated by a bus stop, the apartment was spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and communication with the host was highly effective.

The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, making it challenging to carry our suitcases inside. Despite the outside temperature being 30 degrees, there was no air conditioning, only a single fan. We anticipated basic amenities like coffee and tea, similar to what one would find in a standard motel, but they were lacking. Additionally, the bathroom did not have shampoo or soap.

Great apartment for a company

Owner is really nice and try to accommodate you upon arrival time, apartment has a lot of space, you have everything to wash and dry your clothes, to make food. Beds are very comfy, you have a lot of space in living room for 4 people.

It would be nice to have a bit more cosmetic toiletries in the apartment, like cotton buds and pads. No shower curtain. Also there was only 4 tea bags in the kitchen, so if that could be improved - it would make this apartment even more exceptional.

Lovely flat and friendly owner

Very large, nicely renovated apartment, super clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and responsive, accommodating our late arrival. He also came back to solve a little problem with the smoke alarm. The flat is 11 min by foot from Gare de L'Ouest.

Wifi costs extra. Lamps shades in the bedroom are missing. A couple of toiletries and a bottle of water or some coffee in the kitchen would be nice. The neighbourhood was not as central as we thought, and it's difficult to find a place that serves breakfast walking distance.

Apartamento espacioso y muy bien equipado. Mucho menaje. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Hay que tener en cuenta que la finca no tiene ascensor y es una segunda altura. Sobre todo para personas mayores es un inconveniente.

Les prestations et équipements très corrects à très bons.

Rien de spécial. Peut être que le qualificatif de luxueux est exagéré car le luxe exigerait d être au dessus des normes sur tous les aspects de la location. Plus de meubles dans la petite chambre.
