Not very hygenic, but comfortable

Alright but with a strange encounter

Very well situated and an electric charger at the doorstep. It was the second time we rented this apartment but this time it was deceiving.

When we arrived there was someone in the apartment. He was in the living room and a big dog came along when we opened the door. The young man apologized packed his things and the frisby with which the dog was playing in the living room. The trash in the kitchen was completely filled. A cockatoo or another small beast ran through the kitchen late in the evening. The lights in the bathroom near the mirror did not work. The bathroom was very clean. We also had the impression that someone had lain on the left side of the bed standing next to the window. In the living room the couch was arranged for watching TV. The guy had no time to put everything right when he left but we must say he was very polite. We called our host, and he told us a story of somebody he had sent fir a repair, but we do not believe in tales for the young man had a bagpack and no tools with him and did not speak of any repair.

All the essentials a little out of the way.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds provided a good night sleep and neighborhood was quiet at night. Internet was fast

The building's condition could be better. Broken windows on the dark staircase when going to apartment gives an impression of a questionable neighborhood. A bit out of the way but not too bad.

Alle comfort van een eigen appartement, schoon en dichtbij Metro.

ontbijt niet van toepassing.Verblijf was uitstekend voor een kort verblijf in Brussel. goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer, Metro vlakbij en naast een park.

Niet van toepassing, was een één nacht verblijf. Zodoende uitstekend. Niets op aan te merken.

Una experiencia muy decepcionante

La estancia fue muy decepcionante. El alojamiento no se correspondía en absoluto con las fotos del anuncio: las sábanas estaban en mal estado, los sofás sucios, había mal olor y presencia de insectos. Las camas eran muy incómodas y el lugar, en general, estaba descuidado. No recibimos ayuda por parte del anfitrión y la compensación ofrecida por Booking ha sido totalmente irrisoria. No recomendaría este alojamiento ni repetiría la experiencia.

Bien situé non loin d'une station de métro et de tram, près d'un parc. Stationnement aisé. Suffisamment grand pour 6.

Schöne, leider viel zu ungepflegt Wohnung

Der Schnitt der Wohnung war sehr schön und es kam eine warme entspannte Atmosphäre auf.

Bäder ließen sich nicht abschließen, unterirdische Küchenausstattung. Flecken auf den Möbeln und Schimmel in manchen Ecken!

Bardzo dużo miejsc parkingowych w okolicy, co w Brukseli jest rzadkością.

Bardzo duży apartament. Spokojnie zmieści się 6 lub nawet 8 osób, jeżeli gospodarze pozwolą. Dwie sypialnie z 3 łóżkami małżeńskimi i sofa w salonie. Łazienka i WC oddzielnie. Kuchnia wyposażona.

Brak uwag.

De ligging, de ruimte en de toegankelijkheid! En het was schoon en fris.

Weinig klachten, de wc bril was alleen kapot en de bedlampjes konden niet aan. Ik zou een waterkoker aanschaffen!

Gut und günstig aber.....

Es ist sehr zentral zu den Dingen die wir gemacht haben und sehr günstig für diese Lage. Man kommt überall super hin. Die Strassenbahn hält direkt vor der Haustür. Der TV funktioniert super.gut für die Kinder.es war schlechtes Wetter an einem Tag.

Die Klobrille war gebrochen und die Spülung funktionierte nicht richtig. Es war auch keine Toilettenbürste da. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer war dauerhaft an und man konnte sie nirgends regeln oder abschalten.Es war überall etwas staubig und der Teppich im Wohnzimmer könnte mal so langsam entsorgt werden. Schlüssel von der Toilette und vom Schlafzimmer haben gefehlt. Das Babybett ist sehr dreckig gewesen.

-porte d’entrée à moitié cassée -certains meubles cassés -fenêtres manquantes et fenêtre dans le couloir cassée au 2e étage -saleté sur les murs et au sol -moquette très sale -taches sur les fauteuils -poussières et bouteille de bière au coin de la fenêtre de cuisine -poils par terre salle de bain -odeur de tabac froid dans l’appartement -clou apparents -insecte mort rebord fenêtre -saleté par terre dans wc -saleté poussière en dessous du sofa dans la grande chambre -traces humidité sur certains murs

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement

Appartement lumineux et spacieux. Très bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun, lignes du métro 2 et 6 qui permettent de visiter les points intéressants. Proche gare Bruxelles Midi pour une escapade à Bruges.

ECONÓMICO ALOJAMIENTO ALEJADO DEL CENTRO

ZONA TRANQUILA, muy alejada del centro, SIN RUIDOS, MUY CERCA DE UN GRAN PARQUE Y DE LA BASÍLICA DEL SACRE COEUR. LAS CAMAS SON MUY CÓMODAS. NO TUVIMOS FRÍO DENTRO DE LA CASA aunque casi no conectamos la calefacción.

No hay tostadora, ni gel ni champú aunque lo pone en Booking (sólo un bote de champú totalmente vacío). No entendemos que no haya una taza en el baño grande lo cual haría más cómodo al apartamento (o sea, que el baño grande no tiene taza, y el aseo solo tiene una taza y un lavabo diminuto). La descalzadora de la habitación pequeña está a punto de romperse. Esa habitación pequeña no tiene mesilla para dejar el móvil, y no se puede abrir la ventana puesto que choca con el cabecero (tampoco tiene armario para ropa). Las habitaciones tienen espejo, solo hay un espejo en el baño grande. Es una vivienda mejorable en pequeños detalles que la convertirían en más cómoda."

Parfait pour un weekend à Bruxelles !

Le logement était parfait pour ma famille qui venait d'Espagne pour assister à mon mariage. C'était juste ce qu'il fallait avec l'accès au métro pas très loin pour qu'ils puissent se rendre en ville.

'Spacieux et Accueillant'

L'appartement est spacieux et propre, conforme aux photos. Il était proche du lieu où nous allions voir un spectacle et proche du centre ville. Nous pouvions facilement y cuisiner et prendre nos repas. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

L'immeuble est un peu vieillot et l'appartement peu insonorisé, mais nous y étions peu présents, donc ça ne nous a pas genés.
