A spacious if spare apartment convenient to Koekelberg with nearby transit options

The apartment is open and spacious, with plenty of room for our family of four. The location worked well for us, as we have family nearby but could still get downtown via the nearby metro station in about 25 minutes. When there was an issue with the washing machine, the host was communicative and came by that day to fix it.

We stay in many vacation rentals, and this was one of our more spare accommodations. The walls are mostly bare, and some extra touches would have made our stay more comfortable (ie. more than four towels for four people staying a week, hand towels or washcloths, pint or wine glasses, etc.). We also missed a guide to the apartment and surrounding area, with information on how things work (or don’t work, in the case of a couple of blinds), parking, recommendations, and such. There is some street noise, so we were happy to have sound machines on hand to soften that a bit. Of note for people with mobility concerns, the bath/tub require a bit of a step up to enter.

Would suggest bins in each room and rugs on each toilet to improve the facilities

Excellent stay for a family of four

The apartment is very large and clean. The kitchen had most of what is needed for cooking meals, though a pair of scissors would be helpful, as well as some aluminum foil. The amount of toilet paper was generous compared to other rentals from our three week trip. Public transport was close by.

The wifi is very slow.

Very comfy apartament in quiet location

The apartment was very comfortable, with a lot of equipment. The host was communicative and answered all of our questions. The location is great, easily accessible by public transportation, several small shops are located nearby. Definitely a place to recommend.

Appartement pratique à Bruxelles

Appartement spacieux, bien placé en face d’un parc et à 6 stations de metro en direct de la gare du Midi. Matelas confortables, machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle, tres appréciable quand on se déplace en famille.

Aménagement tres sommaire. La porte de la salle de bain se ferme tres difficilement. Quartier pas hyper sécurisant le soir

Correcta

El sitio estaba a tren del centro, relativamente cerca,no pasamos frio y estuvimos agusto sincerament, aunque mejorando algunos pequeños detalles hubiese sido perfecto.

Hay que hacer un poco de mantenimiento, el agua de la ducha caia muy poco , las fundas de las almogadas un poco amarillas, los fogones no terminaban de ir bien y algunas persianas no Subian.

Der var meget rummeligt og plads til en gruppe venner.

Radiatorerne virkede ikke særligt godt, vandtrykket i brusebadet blev forværret efter 30min. og sengene var virkelig på den bløde side.

Estaba cerca del metro. El apartamento era amplio y luminoso.Las habitaciones eran tranquilas.

La limpieza un poco justa.El sofá del comedor era grande pero un poco incomodo.En el comedor al estar a pie de calle se oían los ruidos de la circulación.

Qualité-prix parfait.

Bien situé, tram juste devant. Appartement très grand et bien chauffé.

Matelas à ressorts, confort moyen. Baignoire très haute, attention à l'accessibilité pour certaines personnes, débit d'eau très faible dans la douche. Peu de vaisselle et surtout pas de casserole.
