We were satisfied with our stay and it suited our needs perfectly at a very competitive price.
The location was good for us although there was some noise from trams and other guests. The apartment was very basic but that wasn't unexpected with the price we paid. It was generally clean enough and the beds were comfortable.
There was nowhere comfortable to sit and we thought there was room for a sofa in the dining area. The curtains didn't completely block out the light. The shower didn't have a fixing on the wall so you could stand under it. (I understand this is common in Belgium) The stairs were quite steep and not easy to negotiate with luggage.

We were really impressed with the amount of space. The property has two good-sized rooms.
There are a few things that could be improved. The entrance to the building doesn’t give the best first impression, and while the bathrooms are spacious, neither the toilets nor bathrooms have locks, which can be inconvenient. The toilets themselves are quite small and cramped. In the lounge, there are no curtains, which means there’s little privacy at night when the lights are on. The rooms also get very warm, so having a fan in each room would make a big difference.

Avevo chiesto un anticipo sull'orario check in, ma mi hanno risposto negativamente. Ci sta , ho pensato devono pulire. Quando siamo arrivati alle 16.30 era freddo , termosifoni spenti, freddo tale causato da non utilizzo da giorni. Nella toilette e nel bagno così come in cucina i termosifoni non sono presenti. Non esistono armadi in nessuna camera da letto così come in tutto l'appartamento. Nei bagni non esiste un portasciugamano , un chiodo qualsiasi per appendere un accappatoio. In cucina il.bollitore era pieno d'acqua, segno che nessuno aveva pulito. Abbiamo chiesto coperte e una stufa elettrica x il bagno. La stufa è arrivata il venerdì pomeriggio. Ma al.posto delle coperte sono arrivate le lenzuola. Anche 2 rotoli di carta igienica che avevo chiesto visto che in tutto l'appartamento ne abbiamo trovati solo 2. Nessun cuscino aggiuntivo e nessuna coperta...Alcuni amici ci hanno imprestato le coperte per i letti. Dopo 30 ore dall'ingresso nella struttura abbiamo potuto fare una doccia e stare al caldo. Bruxelles in quei giorni era piovosa ventosa e sotto la neve quindi le temperature erano molto rigide. La toilette è rimasta sempre al freddo, lo spazio così esiguo non permette nemmeno una piccola stufetta elettrica, dopo aver usato la toilette bisogna andare altrove per asciugarsi le mani a meno di tenere un asciugamano con i denti.
Sono una persona non abituata ai lussi, mai stata in un 5 stelle ne' 4 stelle quindi non ho bisogno di nulla oltre il.necessario, però....con me mia mamma di quasi 90 anni, mio figlio e il mio compagno...come definire questo soggiorno? Mi auguro che booking cancelli questa struttura dall'app, affinché nessuno più debba subire quello che è capitato a noi.
Abbiamo dei video della struttura per testimoniare quanto su scritto, ma vedo che posso qui caricare solo foto, le quali non rendono l'idea della situazione. Datemi la possibilità di inviarveli

Les équipements étaient assez complet, la fonctionnalité, mais aussi le parking aisé.
L'hôte ne répond pas au téléphone malgré plusieurs appels. Il faudrait installer un rideaux ou un volet dans la pièce principale, on est en vue par les voisins d'en face. Vérifier l'évacuation de l'évier de la salle de bain.

La toilette trop petite, pas de climatisation, les portes se ferment difficilement à cause de la peinture, du bruits en marchant, absence des clés porte toilette et douche, il chaud les enfants n'ont pas supporté,
