This magnificent and newly refurbished apartment in a charming townhouse, overlooking Elisabeth Parc.
We guarantee a comfortable stay with a quality service including bed linen, towels, cleaning, free coffee and tea.

Parc Brussels Apartment is located in the North of Brussels. Bus stop in front of the house. Metro Simonis is a 3 minutes’ walk, taking you in a few minutes to EU, WTC, Center of the city, Brussels Expo and the main railway stations (North, Central, Midi)
In a few minutes you are downtown Brussels, WTC, EU, Avenue Louise, Brussels expo or any main railway station. Parking is free.

* Two living rooms (each with cable TV / internet) and a dining room.
The stylish and warm rooms offer stunning high ceilings, parquet wood floors and high quality fixtures and fittings, in conjunction with comfortable contemporary furniture and modern technology. The dining room offers space for entertaining and a cosy office in the corner.

* King size bed & very comfortable sofa bed & fold out bed.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and offers extensive storage space. The curtains and stores help you to have a good night’s sleep. It opens to a large outside terrace and garden where you can relax. One of the two living rooms has a very comfortable sofa bed from DN Dienne. We can add a fold out bed and a baby bed.

This is a particularly outstanding housing choice. The apartment is fantastic: clean, beautiful,modern decor, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (there was even an immersion blender!) and bathroom (wonderful walk-in shower); spacious, lovely outdoor garden. Gorgeous and enormous park across the street, 7 minute walk to major metro transit hub (then 10 minutes to major tourist sights); proximity to excellent groceries.The host, Jolanda and her husband, Simon, live upstairs and it was like having family nearby. They were helpful, responsive, warm and accommodating. We got together with them for wine, Jolanda even drove me to the grocery store after we first arrived so I did not have to carry home heavy shopping bags. They are extraordinary people, not just extraordinary hosts.

Yolanda and Simone were great to work with. Yolanda was very responsive and helped us out a lot. The apartment is beautiful and large; the pictures were very accurate. There is a washer in the apartment, but no dryer; however, Yolanda offered to dry our clothes in her own apartment. The apartment is located right next to a beautiful and very large park, but is a bit far from the city center. It is about a 7 minute walk to the main train station.

A beautifully decorated apartment with nice amenities. The location is great with a lovely park that runs the length of the street. The metro is just a 5 minute walk and then about 15 minutes to Brussels city center. There’s a great patisserie on the opposite side of the park. And also some very nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. The metro is so close it gives you the best of both worlds. Our host was so sweet they even gave great food, pastry, and sites to see recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our host was very gracious and attentive. Very nice and modern accommodations. Roll-out couch was very firm and comfy. Quiet flat. Easy check-in and checkout. Though the winter temps outside were below 3C, the heating available in the flat was exceptional. Public transportation was very convenient. Godiva outlet in walking distance. We had a rental car and host worked with us to avoid parking tickets. Waterloo was 30 mins away. Int; airport was 25 mins away. We'd like to stay another time and revisit Brussels in a warmer season!

What a fabulous apartment! I have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never found one so well furnished with the largest shower yet! This was a home away from home! The location is wonderful with bus service right out the front door and Metro service just a couple blocks away. I never minded walking to the Metro station because it gave me the chance to walk by, and maybe shop at, the Godiva outlet store. Be sure to have room in your suitcase for a visit there. :-) Just a couple blocks in the other direction is a great street market with general merchandise as well as baked goods, meat, cheese and beautiful produce. We only had the opportunity to visit with our host, Yolanda on the first night. What a shame...she is a lovely, charming host that shared loads of suggestions and insights with us. I will absolutely check the availability of this apartment on my next visit to Brussels.

Very clean, fresh and comfortable apartment with everything we needed and so close to the metro and bus/tram stops. We particularly enjoyed looking out on the lovely park and walking across it to a fabulous bakery, butchery, French restaurant, cafes and local shops. We stayed in the apartment for a month and loved it and the neighborhood, which was convenient to everything but not touristy. The hosts, who live just upstairs, could not be more helpful. We even invited them to "our place" for wine and a chat. The photos are accurate and the space is even bigger than it looks.

Johanna could not have been nicer. My friends arrived from the States relatively early on our arrival date. They were able to at least drop off their bags and explore the neighborhood. The "how to" book was great and the added info we received from Johanna filled in the blanks not in the book. The neighborhood is super quiet and positioned very close to the Simonis Metro station. There is a lovely park across the street. We recommend this location highly.

Very nicely appointed apartment conveniently located in Brussels near transportation hubs, restaurants and grocery stores within easy distance by walking or car. Parking is a bit different but with a little experience it’s easy to navigate. The Park is just across the street and is a very relaxing walk through and ends at the Basilica. The neighborhood is quiet and our host Jolanda was a real pleasure to meet and interact with. If we go back to Brussels, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The place was in a beautiful little neighborhood minutes from public transport and across from a lovely park - which made for great views from the home. Communication with the host before and during our trip was great and check in was a breeze. We loved the kitchen and were able to make several meals during our stay. It great that the metro was so close and we were easily able to head into town and get around to all the sights while also having a quiet place to retreat! Thanks Jolanda!!

Jolanda was an amazing host, keeping in contact with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything went well. The apartment is situated in a residential area next to a park and a 5-minute walk to the metro station. A nearby supermarket provides all the staples you'll need for your trip, though you'll probably only be home for breakfast if you're exploring the city. My only complaint is that we didn't want to leave the apartment to visit the city! We'll definitely return. Great place, great location and a great host. Amazing!

We stayed at this apartment for 7 nights and it was just as advertised - right next to a good park, near a metro stop, and with a nice patio. The pictures accurately show what it looks like inside. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jolanda is a great host and is easy to reach. She lives in the same building so there are no problems with contacting her about anything that comes up. I would recommend this place to others planning to stay in Brussels.

We stayed at Jolanda and Simon's rental apartment for 12 days and loved the apartment. The apartment is very clean, well appointed and appears exactly like in the pictures. Booking the apartment and communicating with Jolanda before our arrival was very easy. Upon our arrival, we were met by Jolanda's friend who walked us through the apartment and answered all our questions. Jolanda was out of town but made every effort to meet us when she arrived back. This apartment is located about a 5 minute walk away from the subway station. There are bakeries, meat stores, grocery stores all within walking distance from the apartment. We did not have to rely on Uber or taxis. There is a huge park right in front of the apartment which is great for joggers. The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Jolanda and Simon's apartment. They are very kind and accommodating hosts. To make our stay comfortable during the holiday season, they even put up a Christmas tree in the dining room to make our stay a little more festive. We would easily return to this apartment and highly recommend it.

My wife, daughter and I spent 4 nights at Jolandas property to see the sights of Belgium. This property was perfect for the 3 of us, the fold out couch was comfortable for my daughter and the master bedroom was just right for my wife and I. Jolanda couldn't be there to greet us, so she send a friend instead. He walked us through the apartment and even drove us to dinner that evening as well as arranged a taxi for our departure. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the train or bus, Brussels has a very efficient transportation system, it was no trouble to get to all the sights, or to Midi station where the trains to other Belgium cities depart from. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to others.

Jolanda and Simon were wonderful hosts. Our experience began days before our visit when we emailed our concern of an impending heat wave (42 centigrade/108 Fahrenheit). Jolanda rushed out to get fans and they were ready before we got there. Despite the heat, the apartment proved comfortable and we all slept well. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the shower luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities, kitchenware and high quality appliances. There was a quiet backyard terrace which was a bonus. The unit is located outside central Brussels but near a main metro station connecting you directly to the Atomium and the Grand Place. There is a large beautiful park across the street with bakeries and restaurants nearby. This unit is great for families and couples. Thank you Jolanda and Simon for a wonderful stay!
