Good value for the price

Good location, clean rooms. Comfy bed. Free coffe, tea and biscuits were nice bonus 😊

No elevator, so we had to climb 75 stairs to our room every time. Small room with no wardrobe, just a small shelf and hooks for clothes. Shared toilet on the third floor was really tiny.

Not much sound proofing, but the neighborhood and our neighbours were quiet so not a problem.

A pretty spiffy place for the price, and very well located.

Roomy, comfortable, with a great shared kitchen area with coffee, tea and cookies available. Shower was great, and the host was very friendly. Since it has a separate one-person bedroom, it works for 3 people or a couple with kids.

Being in a basement it can get a bit stuffy with the windows closed, but being in the city it can get a bit loud overnight; so one can't sleep with the windows open.

Nice check in, coffee service. Really beautiful common areas. Too rainy to enjoy the backyard. The room and bed were excellent. Really pleasant staff. Excellent value.

Lovely guesthouse in the Center of Brussels

Central location, easy to walk into city Center, good options for food around. Very nice staff at reception. Rooms was great, too, with modern furniture, comfortable beds and a great open space concept

There was a constant sort of sewage smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom

Pleasant stay close to the city center

Everything clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. When the guests noticed that my loft room was cold, they brought an old radiator.

Easy Walk to attractions

Great location, we walked to most of the major attractions. The staff were great and helpful. Full use of the lovely kitchen upstairs was nice.

The bathroom is below par, broken shower controls, was difficult to sort out. Fortunately we found a setup we could use for our duration. That’s all

Okay but disappointed about not getting some symbolic reimbursement for the water issue!

Good location and reasonably okay room for the price.

I reported that upon my arrival late in the evening I discoved a water problem in the kitchen: the coffe maker seemed to be leaking so there was water all over the the counter, in the cutlery drawer, the tea box etc. I started by cleaning this mess - not a nice surprise to be greeted by late in the evening after a long (and delayed!) flight. The soap by the sink in the bathroom was empty (I guess the cleaning process could be questioned). There was also this outdated automatic fragrance dispenser in the bathroom that was VERY LOUD and kept waking me at night (and startling during daytime). There were issues with the TV, so I could not watch any e.g. news channels. The host DID NOT OFFER ANY SYMBOLIC REIMBURSEMENT for the water chaos, even if I reported it at once and we were mailing back-and-forth several times. They just should have deducted some very symbolic sum, because normally the guest do not need to handle water issues in their appartments!

Nice enough complex and staff unfortunately currently in a very loud neighborhood!

Front lobby n walls are nicely decorated, staff was very informative and helpful, even letting me check in early! Enjoyed the upper patio with a park view! A couple of nice kitchen facilities (bring your own food) although didn’t get a chance to use them.

Stayed in one of their smaller rooms on a very hot day/night. Not much space between the door and the bed so unfortunately kept hitting the foot of the bed with my bare foot! There was loud construction going on in the building while I was trying to rest in the afternoon ! And although out of their hands, there’s a very large construction site just down the street that starts their very loud day at 7am!

Cozy, nice place to stay in the EU area of Brussels

Perfect location, the whole place is spotlessly clean and I loved the interior design of the whole place. My room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big and clean. There is a common kitchen, which is huge and has everything you need, plus there's a nice garden to sit at.

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to get to, well located in the European Quarter, had good facilities with the shared kitchen and multiple bathrooms inside and outside of the room. The rooms were clean and well presented.

The doors in our shared room, which slept 3 people, had glass (see through) doors throughout the room. This meant for privacy, we had to get dressed in the small bathroom which was a mild inconvenience. It also meant if the person in room 2 had their light on, we could see it and were disturbed.

We loved our stay!

The kitchen was always clean. We could cook easy dinner there and also use the coffee machine. Tea was also provided. There was also a dining table. Our room was clean and small air-conditioner was provided. The location of the guesthouse was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 20 minute walk to the train station Brussel-Central.

We don't have one negative thing to say.

Clean. Great common area. Full size fridge, micro wave , TV. Small room and toilet. Great location. Walk to train station.

It was a nice place to stay, close to center and transport. Everything was good.

I really liked the ambience of the place. It was very cosy and clean. It even had a cute balcony off my room and my room was more like a duplex so very big for me.

It was super hot in Brussels when i got there in the evening and there was not a fan in the room and no one to ask for a fan. I had to open the windows and it was very noisy at night in the garden next door so it was hard to sleep. The fridge door also fell off, but i didn't really need to use the fridge. Things like that could be repaired. There were also no screens on the windows, but luckily i didn't get bit by mosquitos.

The location is excellent and the staff are nice. In addition, it is a quiet place and everything was clean.

There are a lot of stairs and there is not any lift, but that was not a problem for me.

Good

Nice traditional old city house, very well located by the centre, next door to some of EU agencies. Accomodation was really clean and tidy. The reception is open long, and check-in/out was flexible. (Very) good price/value ratio.

No air condition and window could not be set to ventilation mode, either close, or wide open, which makes the room hot e.g. during rain. Although the room was quite new renovated, and everything worked, some items are a bit strangely finished, which does not make very good feeling. Internet connection did not work for me, but that was probably temporary problem.
