Spazioso, luminoso, pulito, tranquillo. Doccia di grandi dimensioni. Cucina ben attrezzata. C'è l'ascensore. Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal parco e dalla stazione metro che con due linee ti porta in centro città in poco tempo. Bar, locali e supermercato vicini.

La posizione è strategica. A 70 MT dalla stazione metro e dai palazzi delle Istituzioni europee

The location is very strategic if you come for EU affairs. Nearby park perfect for jogging.

The place is managed by the agency. They require 300 eur deposit in advance online. This creates inconvenience that you need to take pictures of the apartment when you move in and move out.
