Buona posizione in quanto a 5 minuti dal Parlamento Europeo e con un parcheggio abbastanza comodo nelle vicinanze (consiglio parcheggil Forte dei Marmi a 9 minuti a piedi).
Buon wi-fi.
Host sempre disponibile via messaggio (avevamo un bicchiere e un piatto fondo in meno e il giorno dopo ce l'hanno fatto trovare fuori dalla porta).
Portone di ingresso del palazzo che non rimaneva chiuso in quanto bastava spingere la porta per farlo aprire, il che non da troppa sicurezza.
Scale ripidissime e strette.
Cucina molto piccola con pochissimi utensili con frigo piccolissimo e freezer non sbrinato per nulla.
