Clean and incredibly organized staff. I didn't have to call or worry about anything - they informed me of everything prior to arrival. and the apartment was incredibly clean and had everything I needed.

The cleaning lady was there 45 minutes before I checked out and waiting for me right by my door to leave - it wa bizarre and I felt very rushed. But everything else was great

The Apartment did just fine

Stayed here for 1 night – apartment is basic but has everything you need. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the place was clean. Nothing particularly outstanding, but it does the job if you’re just passing through Brussels.

My partner and I recently stayed at this apartment and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, recently renovated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The self-check-in process was straightforward, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to access the apartment with a code. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of the europarlement. The apartment had a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient for making meals. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, ensuring we had a good night's rest. Additionally, the bathroom was clean and modern, with all necessary toiletries provided. Although there was no host, the communication with the property management was excellent, and they provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and we appreciated the flexibility provided. Overall, we highly recommend this aparthotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Brussels.

NEW MODERN APPARTAMENT .Was really nice and qauint, close to Europarlament and Train staition Luxembourg. Square Luxembourg , there all restaurant and ashop 300 m frome appartament . Very easy accez to check with cod to bulding . Everything was avalable / wifi, towels , etc / Very clean and modern

Super udany pobyt i zwiedzanie miasta oraz okolic.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, stacja kolejowa Brussels Luxemburg na pieszo w 3-4 minuty. Mieszkanie czyste, wszystko co niezbędne na kilka dni pobytu jest na wyposażeniu.

Limpio , y agua caliente . Cerca de la estación y autobuses para ir al centro .

Tuvimos una mala experiencia . Entraron a robar , a nosotros y justo a los otros inquilinos españoles . El dueño nos dejó la noche del domingo durmiendo con la puerta rota y un bebé . Habiéndole avisado a las 18:30 no podían venir a arreglarlo . Nos dijo que vendrían al día siguiente a las 9. Pero realmente se presentaron a las 11:30!!! Encima la cerradura que traían no era correcta así que , se fue … y apareció a las 14! Toda la mañana en casa y sin hacer nada en nuestro último día ! No recibimos nada a cambio . Está a 30 min del centro , y el barrio es regular .

Le falto una lavadora para estancias mas largas y mejores almohadas, lastimosamente sali con torticulis, y deberían colocar una puerta con códigos asi no tiene uno que estar pendiente de no perder la llave

Alojamiento economico en Belgica cerca del Parlamento.

Habitación con cama de matrimonio y salón con un sofá para poder alojarse 4 personas. Cocina equipada aunque no la utilizamos, pero es interesante saber que dispones de cafetera con capsulas de café. Muy buena localización.

Algunos desperfectos y las instrucciones para ver la TV no estaban.

Quartier du Parlement : calme Arrêt de bus juste en bas de l'appartement et station de métro à 12mm à pied Superette aux alentours Proche d'une ligne de chemin de fer mais la chambre est bien insonorisée

Il serait utile de disposer d'un grill pain L'odeur de poisson émanant des poubelles de la poissonnerie juste dessous est particulièrement gênante : pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres sans avoir l'odeur de poisson qui envahit l'appartement Les couettes et oreillers du lit canapé ne semblaient pas propres

Prenotato per 4 adulti, abbiamo trovato un divano letto che non era un vero e proprio letto. Si spostavano i cuscini del divano e si dormiva su questi. Davvero scomodo. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto cercare le lenzuola e prepararcelo, a dufferenza del letto in camera che era già pronto. La biancheria per il bagno non era sufficiente per 4 persone e abbiamo dovuto chiederne altra. Nel bagno, microscopico, non ci si muoveva e c'era una costante puzza di fogna.
