Not a hotel in booking.com BE CAREFUL

Dirtiest place I have ever seen 4 stars??? Hotel? This was not a hotel. This was a private place. I entered the floor, smelled drugs.. opened the door of apartment and saw a used toilet paper on the floor. Everywhere looking was so dirty and dusty.

Convenient spot for a good rate

It was in a great area and very convenient and easy check in. Good for the price of the hotel. A basic set up with the location it’s good to be right in the city with easy transportation close by

The shower didn’t have a drain which created pooling. The pillows are probably due for a change

I don’t like anything about this property

The bathroom was splitting to separate locations. That drinks were falling from the walls and I have enough balls. All I know was very sad and depressing place.

Good

The location was perfect, very convenient and easy to get around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, well equipped. Ayoub was always very responsive, and helpful throughout my stay.

Everything was fine overall, but there was ongoing construction outside the apartment, which woke me up in the morning due to the noise. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance, as it seems to have been going on for some time.

It is not ‘luxury’ - you’re raising expectations with this title. The shower leaked all over the floor of the bathroom and beyond. Outdated decor.

The studio flat is very lovely, spacious and clean Big TV, very nice decorating with a beautiful ambience of lighting. Very pleased with the location and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for everything! Definitely, I will book again next time.

Not really I didn't like it but I did observe that it would be nice to have the tours for the shower at least better and some more hangers for clothes In rest, everything is in excellent condition.

Don't be misled by the description

The location was good. The comfort of the bed was good.

The whole place was very plain, and on the scruffy side. Certainly not 'luxury'. The cuttlery and crockery were not clean on arrival and we needed to wash up before using the items. The heating was not on until our final day so we were cold on occasions. The items of cuttlery and crockery were limited. The operating instructions for things like the cooker were not out on display and we did not find them (in a drawer) until our final morning when we were checking to ensure we had all our belongibgs packed..

- Great location - Comfortable bed.

- Not even close to luxury ( misleading name ). - Bad cleaning. - Entrance door needs to be changed, big gap on the bottom, keys not always work correctly. - Shower floor not build correctly, the water floods out easy. The bathroom door and the floor outside are swollen and broken because of this.

A comfortable small flat for an easy stay in Bruxelles

Wide space provided of a kitchen, placed in a central position near a Metro station (Troon), with a wide TV screen and evrything needed. Host is very kind and available to collaborate for check-in. Clean and friendly

Pillows are a little too small and soft, for a longer stay wardrobe shelves and coat hangers should be better

I spent a nice couple of nights in the European Quarter of Brussels.

The apartment is spacious for one or two people, and the walk-in shower is lovely!

It was still a good and reasonable place to stay in Belgium.

The owner is very attentive. The location is near bus and metro station. The coffee machine is wonderful!

The toilet room is too narrow. The bathroom floor is not good so water overflows outside when having shower.

Very good studio with all modern amenities and Ayoub is very helpful!!!

1. Location is near to Troon Metro station just 10 mins walking , this is great as somebody with 20 kg luggages. 2. Studio is full of amenities especially entertainment system which is great if somebody is spending lot of time in studio. 3. Apartment is well lighted with night light with remote control which is great. 4. There is all amenties for preparing your own food with dishes , owen , induction , chimney , complimentry coffee , coffee maker , water heater etc. Floor is heated and bed is extremely comfortable. Cupboard was big and tidy. 5. Locality is peaceful and surroundings have offices , government establishements and embassies. Just outside aprtmnet building there is a caffe "Snack Angela" which is very convenient. 6. Grand central is walking distance of 25 mins from studio which is convenient. 7. Bus, tram connectivity is good. 8. Manneken Pis , Grand Place is aways walking distance away (25 mins). 9. Royal Palace is nearby this studio (15 mins).

Staircase is very narrow and low lighted in the apratment building , lobby to reach room needs to well lighted. There is a light with sensors however for a few seconds there is complete darkness which is little unfriendly. Area of Improvement : Ensure communication with guests before room servicing. Below points are only for area : 1. Early morning communte is hard , there was almost no transportations available as metro is not operated in early morning (5 AM) , and troon metro is shaddy as lots shaddy people (alcoholic) was seen at metro station which was a disappointment. 2. As a couple, there was constant fear of compromised security during these hour. 3. Taxis are not available easily at this time. Its better to book in advance. 4. One must have e-bike ready if required readily communtation. E-bikes are savior for this locality. 5. Place du luxumberg is only nearest place where one can find restaurants , cafes and hangout places post evening (5.30 PM).As most of the nearby shops will close ealry. One must plan accrodingly. This is 10 mins aways from this studio.

Comfortable, clean and convenient studio apartment in the EU area of Brussels

Steps from Troon metro with a well equipped kitchen and coffee maker, comfortable bed and opening windows. Perfect for a short to medium stay in Brussels and very convenient to EU institutions. The host provided very clear instructions for accessing the keys and working everything in the apartment. The apartment was quiet and functional.

The apartment was very warm on arrival, but very easily solved since the windows open!

A very comfortable accommodation near the central area of Brussels

The studio is large, bright, clean and located near the central area of Brussels. I really appreciated the kitchen, the audio video system, the large shower, the free Wifi and the soft lights. The building in which it is located is very quiet and the owner is kind and always available 😃👍

Nice and quiet

The apartment was conveniently close to the library where we had work. It was clean, well equipped, quiet and smelled nice of coffee :-) we enjoyed watching films at night. The host was friendly and considerate. I would definitely recommend!

There is not much to improve, I would perhaps only suggest to mend the toilet flapper, it has a tendency to come out.

Clean and neat, comfortable

The shower didn’t work well.There was no dish towel for drying the dishes, only paper towels. The location was not ideal for tourists.

The location is fantastic, no complaints there. Checkin experience was good (contactless, keys in the lockbox). The bed was comfy, facilities good.

It was really hot (~35 degrees) when we were in Brussels. The apartment has no AC, but we appreciate that the owner brought a compact AC before we arrived. But while the AC made it cool enough, it was also really noisy. When you turn it off for the night and open the windows (which was not very easy to do), there are tens of ACs from the building across right outside the window making low noice all the time. I'd say this was still good value for money for Brussels, but wouldn't pick this apartment in a hot weather again.

Comfortable, clean studio

The property is very clean and everything is organized, it’s not too difficult to get in to, located in a very nice place close to a WeWork office and many good restaurants, Ayoub was very helpful giving us clear details about every question we ask

Superb

The room was wonderful! Very comfortable and cozy. Ayoub was great at communicating and have excellent instructions on finding/getting into the place. It's close to the EU parliament but about a 20 minute or so walk from downtown.

Perfect for a couple!

The host Ayoub was super kind and helpful, replying us in every moment (even at 01:00am more or less)! The check in was very easy and fast thank to the indication provided by the host - we really appreciated it! The studio was 10/10 clean and with a lots of services. Also the location is strategic if you want to visit the city center without taking any transports. In the end, nothing else to add.. Extremely recommend!! :)

Very comfortable and very good deal. Would be very handy for longer work stays. It was very clean and quiet. Very good location if you are working near EU parliament. Loved the coffee that was available. The kitchen was fully functional and very nice shower. The apartment was warm and the bathroom floors heated. Very comfortable bed too.

The check-in instructions can improve. They weren't straightforward and was hard to find them. We usually look for them under check-in instructions and these were at the end of the confirmation email which not everyone reads. Also, the light at the locked box was very dim and it was not easy to open the box. Other than that the place was all that is described and very comfortable.

Tidy, functional, self-check in, calm, warm. I was just sad I stayed only one night and I couldn't watch the HUGE television. Particularly good if you are in Brussels to work for the EU, all the institutions are really nearby.

Not Worth It

The apartment had plenty of space, and the host provided detailed instructions for check-in.

The heat in the apartment was turned up as high as it could go when I arrived, despite being over 60°F (16°C) outside at the time. Even after turning off the heat, it was so hot that I got a headache and had to open the window for several hours, which the wind kept loudly blowing shut. There was also a terribly strong mildew smell, which I could not find the source of until the next morning when I took a shower. The shower does not have a barrier that is large enough to keep water from flowing out into the rest of the bathroom and subsequently into the rest of the apartment. I did not notice this until I tried to leave the shower and nearly the entire apartment was flooded in water after a shower that took less than 10 minutes. I then had to spend 30 minutes on my hands and knees trying to soak up the water with the few small towels that were provided (all of which, incidentally, also smelled like mildew). The floor throughout the apartment is quite soft in spots, which must be because the boards are rotting from water damage and causing the smell. As for masking the smell, I found two candles in a drawer but no way to light them, and there were no other air fresheners or anything, no fans to help with drying the floor and cooling off the apartment, etc. As if that all was not enough, the sheets and comforter were stained, and only two small, flat pillows were provided, which made it difficult for me to sleep. Considering all of that, I could not justify paying what I did to stay there again, and I would not recommend that others stay here until some improvements are made.
