If there is no were else to go, you may find a last minute bed here.

Altough we stayed on the 5th floor without stairs, it is a spacious apartment, so the first impression was alright. Good points: hot water worked (almost to my surprise). Beds are ok.

Then we found out there is no working TV. The host did not care at all. - In the shower hangs a dangerous defect hair dryer - Lights in the kitchen do not work - There is a random hole in the wall Generally a total lack of care for the place. - There is an iron board, but no iron to be found - The water pressure is low in the heating system - No water cooker in the kitchen - Not enough kitchen utensils to host the 4-6 people - Malfuctioning induction plate (scary sound of sizling electricity) - No shampoo Parking was paid. We found out it was somewhere on the booking page, but just the small dollar sign next to the parking logo indicates it is paid. An unpleasant $25 surprise, because for the rate we paid we assumed it included parking. We selected the hotel based on parking facilities.

Don't go there.

Generally the room did not meet the expectations: The room was not clean, mold bathroom, terrible smell, stains on the wall, holes in the wall, room damaged, broken bed, and so forth. The garage was ferry small and full of building equipment and construction waste. No room to manoeuvre. Damaged the mirror of the car. The first day, as I asked the receptionist to change the room, I was told he was new and could not help us. After some persuasion he showed as 2 room which were to small and not in a better state than the first room. Without any alternative I made a formal complaint which would be enter into the "system" We cut out visited short by one day, one of the reasons was the room. When checking out a mentioning the formal complaint the first reaction was: Go to Booking.com, you must complain go to them. No question about what happened or how to solve the problem. Could not upload the short film to support the state of the bathroom.

Lots of space and close to the city center

Fix the shower. Broken tiles and leaking shower. Change the front door locks (to old and difficult to open if you are not a strong person). Have paper towels

Location was good, the bathroom has a jet in the toilet 😀 full marks for that. Overall value for money. Had a table fan and iron box too..kitchen was also ok. Had restaurants and grocery and night shops very close by.

Had wifi issues for the first couple of days with no proper response from the staff. Considering it was a long stay there should be some arrangement to get the apartment cleaned as cleaning charges were applied. The shower force was very low. But i think overall it was a good deal and a good place for a budget stay

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Great space. Near to metro station.

We received a huge room with bedroom and living room, great space but it seemed they were renovating it, so we could spot a lot of unfinished remodeling. Hitting was partially working. We had to stand in front of hotel for about ten minutes waiting for staff to open the door.

le lit est bon, la douche est bonne.

le logement situé dans une maison vieille et délabrée; accès par escalier étroit et difficile ; photos trompeuses sur le site; donne à penser qu'il s'agit d'un bien dans un immeuble moderne/actualisé. Peu de points de lumière, pour lire p.ex. Kitchenette très peu fournie/équipée Casseroles limite, très usées. Télévision seulement accessible avec WIFI.

L'appartamento sembrava sporco e trascurato, c'era un buco sulla parete, mancavano battiscopa, i divani erano vecchi e spellati con un copridivano dove non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di sederci, ci l'avevamo i denti e la faccia in cucina per quanto è piccolo il lavabo del bagno, dopo ogni doccia saliva una puzza di fogna. Foto non corrispondono alla realtà. L'unica cosa buona è la fermata del bus di fronte

Formation - loger sur place me dispensait de trajets pénibles. Peu d'attentes excessives

Accueil gentil. Mauvaise clé donnée à la reception, le réceptionniste a été facile à mobiliser pour venir vérifier que la clé ne fonctionnait pas et a vite trouvé une solution. Caution récupérée sans souci. Quartier bien situé et calme. Linge de lit et de toilette mis à disposition en suffisance et propre. Frigo propre.

Pas de TV possible, elle ne fonctionnait pas. Deux lampes HS dans la chambre et la salle de bains, douche défectueuse (cornet de douche HS), morceaux de murs et de tapisserie tombés sur appui de fenêtre.

Mala experiencia

La habitación contaba con calefacción y agua caliente, y los problemas que encontramos fueron solucionados por el personal de recepción de manera rápida.

El apartamento se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del centro, pero se trata de una zona que genera bastante inseguridad debido a la gente que la transita. A nuestra llegada, y tras recibir las llaves y explicaciones por parte de la recepción del hotel (en todo momento muy amables), llegamos al apartamento designado, en el cual nos encontramos la puerta abierta y el marco roto (con trozos de madera por el suelo) como si alguien hubiese pegado una patada desde fuera para entrar. Una de las camas estaba deshecha. Volvimos a la recepción para comunicarlo y no nos pusieron ningún problema, nos asignaron rápidamente un nuevo apartamento (aunque no parecieron extrañarse por la situación). Al llegar al nuevo apartamento nos encontramos con una habitación qué, si bien tenía las camas hechas y la calefacción puesta, dejaba mucho que desear respecto a la limpieza (suelo con manchas de pisadas, baño sin papel higiénico, basura sin tirar, utensilios de cocina sucios). Además, las fotos que se muestran en el anuncio no muestran la realidad del alojamiento. Seguimos con la estancia, pero sin la seguridad/tranquilidad que esperábamos tener.
