Location the best possible,
one big minus is the smell in the building from the two adjacent restaurants. It is extremely unpleasant. Not unexpectely the noice from the straat is loud, but not too bad.

Wonderful location in the very centre of Brussels. Spacious for one person, fine for two. Essential facilities and equipment available. Shops, restaurants, transport in the neighborhood. A very reasonable price considering the location and Brussels prices. Good value
It is a rather basic setting, no complaints. One has to accept the life dynamics related to the touristy centre. A staircase might be demanding with larger luggage. But these are minor issues.

Location good
It is impossible to climb the stairs with elderly people and big luggage, we had a hard time, and there is no wifi, I stayed for four nights, but I did not get wifi, and the room is small. This room is not for long stays.
