Our stay was comfortable and the owner was very helpful. The amenities were useful. The location is great.

Only downside of our stay was that there was so much food smell coming from the restaurant under the apartment.

I really liked the location of the property and the room's decoration. The room was generally clean, although I felt that the bed and sofa could have been cleaner. Because I stayed during the summer, the room became quite warm. I think this property would be much more comfortable to stay in during a cooler season. Overall, the location and the room's design were great, and with a few improvements to the check-in process, cleanliness of the bed and sofa, and guest instructions, this could be an even better place to stay.

Thank you for providing detailed check-in information before our arrival. However, the check-in process was more difficult than expected. It was hard to find both the room and the key, and there was no elevator, making it very challenging to carry our luggage up the stairs. Fortunately, I was traveling with my family, who were able to contact the owner through another communication channel and were young enough to carry our heavy luggage upstairs. If I had been traveling alone or with elderly family members, it would have been much more difficult. In addition, there were no signs or instructions about where to dispose of garbage, which was confusing during our stay. Overall, I hope these points can be addressed to make the experience more convenient for future guests.

Bed was comfortable. Room was a nice size. It was nice to have fresh air with the windows open.

There was no air conditioning or fans. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs so our room smelled strongly of Italian sauce the whole time. Noisy street and what you look out at was junky. We were there for two nights and there was only one very rough shower towel each. The comforter was also very rough. There was no hand soap, shampoo, body soap, conditioner. No coffee. No instructions on using the TV. Very sparse!
