Central Hub

L'host anche se non presente sul posto è stato disponibile e attento a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Alloggio funzionale e pulito con posizione centralissima (a pochi minuti dalla Grand-Place) e con fermata bus e metro a pochi minuti di cammino.

Peccato per la macchietta del caffè (cialde espresso italiano) che l'host ha gentilmente reso disponibile ma che non ha funzionato, per il resto la cucina è dotata da tutti i confort e accessori.

Un logement spacieux et lumineux dans un quartier très animé et dynamique, à deux pas de nombreux sites historiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour !

Perfect location and very spacious apartments. Everything is simple, but you'll find everything you need, even an iron. :) A special thank you for the coffee, tea, and a bottle of cold water in the fridge—it was exactly what we needed after a long and exhausting journey. If it's helpful to future guests, the kitchen also has salt, sugar, and cooking oil, so you can easily prepare breakfast, for example. :) I'd also like to thank Aldo, who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. That was really appreciated and made us feel well taken care of. Thank you for your kindness, Aldo! :)

The only minor downside was a slightly unpleasant smell in the building's hallway. However, considering the age of the building and its proximity to a restaurant, it's understandable. The apartment itself was perfectly fine and had no such issue.

ロケーションは抜群。グランパレスにも徒歩数分、周囲には美味しいレストランも沢山あり、またスーパーも近くにあり必要な品々の購入には便利でした。ブリュッセル中央駅も徒歩圏。タクシーブースも近くにあり観光に抜群のロケーションでした。

鍵の受渡しはアパートから数百メートル離れた雑貨屋で受取り部屋にたどり着くまで苦労しました。湯舟はあるがお湯を溜める栓が無く、シャワートップを止める場所も無く手で持ったまま体を洗いました。街の中心部に位置しているために特に週末は夜遅くまで騒がしく寝入るのに時間がかかりました。
