Wij werden ontvangen door een zeer vriendelijke host. Hij stond al op ons te wachten bij het eerste appartement La Bourse. Wij hadden de keuze uit twee accommodaties. We kozen voor het appartement van 150 m2 tegenover het beursgebouw aan de Zuidstraat. Betekent dus dat wij NIET zaten in het appartement La Bourse! Die ruimte bleek voor ons gezelschap niet geschikt omdat er teveel trappen waren. Het appartement aan de Zuidstraat was groot, ruim en zo konden wij, groep van 5 personen, makkelijk met de twee logeerbedden een hoekje vinden. Geweldige locatie met veel wat Brussel te bieden heeft op loopafstand. Grote markt rechts om de hoek! De host was erg voorkomend. Hij hielp ons met de koffers en bracht later ook nog koffiecups. Wij hadden gerekend op een filterkoffieapparaat. Nogmaals dank daarvoor!
Weinig. De badkamer is vochtig en daardoor is er aanslag op de muren. Dus een verfbeurt is wel nodig en iets doen aan een betere ventilatie kan ook helpen. Dan het kraantje in het toilet lekt een beetje.

Host was super helpful. I arrived by car. He arranged parking for me and met me there to take me to the apartment. He then gave me a free upgrade to a larger apartment. Given my schedule, I didn't get to enjoy the difference but was much appreciated. Also, I was able to store my luggage at the key return place (the cafe bar below the apartment).

Amazing price/quality, staying in the absolute center of Brussels for just a very humble sum. The owner was kind and let us stay an afternoon longer since there were no bookings that day. Plenty of necessities, for the price at least.
The only thing is that there was a lot of noise from the streets, and specifically the nightclubs downstairs. This was no problem for me and my partner since we sleep sound and stayed out quite late ourselves. I can imagine this is a dealbreaker for some, but not for us.

Host was nice. Always is contact before coming.
The location address is reception one which very close to Grand palace. But actual apartment was 1 KM away which was surprise to me.
