Warm recommendation

Very central, convenient and vibrant location in the heart of Brussels - main sights and metro stations nearby. Plenty of nice cafés and restaurants in the area. Comfortable soft bed and large pillow. The apartment was a bit cold, as it was also cold and rainy outside so I recommend to wear warm clothes. Easy and fast check-in in London Bar.

Host was nice. Always is contact before coming.

The location address is reception one which very close to Grand palace. But actual apartment was 1 KM away which was surprise to me.

Disappointing. Could have been a lot nicer

It was spacious

Not very clean . Loud music playing till 1 am from bar below. Wet towels hanging over heaters on arrival. Heater in bathroom not working. Bin not emptied. Cup of mouldy cream in fridge on arrival

Perfect location, spacious, great hosts but could be hot if you need to close up to block out street

Location was perfect on the edge of Bourse Place, the Grand Place and with easy access to the old quarter. Space within apartment was great. Comfortable and we’ll stocked. Hosts were just wonderful - could not have been more hopeful and we had a few drinks and great chats with them in their bar downstairs.

Like most accomm in Europe, no aircon or ceiling fans and being in close proximity to the old quarter could be noisy. Apartment was very hot if you needed to close windows because of noise.

cheap and best in city

Best thing about the property is location, it’s just close to every popular attractions in Brussels. Metro is in the door steps, that we used to reach atomium. We stayed in the twinroom apartment for 2 nights, the room was also spacious enough for night sleep and was also clean.

Nothing much, there could have been some toiletries like Shower gel in the bathrooms. I had brought few with me while travelling, so that was not an issue for me. If the purpose of stay is just sleep over night, this is a very good place and cheap.

Great location and I was able to check in at around lunchtime so that was very nice and the shower and bed were reasonably comfortable

The bottle of water supplied was half empty and had been used by the previous guest and the Internet wasn’t working nor was the heating

Huge apartment located in the city centre

The best part of this apartment is the location - it is right beside the Bourse. All of central Brussels is easily accessible by foot, and the train stations are nearby if needed. The apartment is massive and has lots of space; it easily sleeps four or five people (one bedroom has a full bed, and the other room has a full bed and a single bed). The keys were easy to pick up from the friendly staff in the café below the apartment. The big, beautiful balcony is a lovely feature (I didn’t sit on it, but it has great views). The apartment is on the second floor and there are a number of stairs to climb, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage (there is a lift but I didn’t try it). I’d happily return to this apartment and recommend it to friends visiting Brussels.

The apartment could use a deep cleaning; there was dust and debris under the furniture and in the corners of the rooms. The dishes in the kitchen didn’t seem clean, and hand and dish soap was in short supply. The apartment is older and dated; the furniture is a bit eclectic. I’d recommend booking this apartment if location is a top priority and you’re not too concerned about being somewhere fancy (or doing much cooking).

Nice apartment perfectly located in city centrum

The apartment has perfect location in the city centre, lots of sights is available by foot, lots of shops and restaurants in surrounding. The apartment is nice, large, the bedrooms are quiet. The owner is very helpful. Next time we´ll book the same apartment.

Just little details: the equipment of the kitchen should be better - we have missed the cups for tea, wine glasses and toaster for the Belgian bread

Average apartment stay

Location was superb. Middle of the town. everything almost within walking distance. The host was nice and responded every time to my query. He even dropped us to Atomium on the last day. Very nice gesture of him.

The cleanliness was poor. Most of the kitchen utensils were not clean. The sink looked like never have been cleaned with soap. The kitchen cupboard had dirty towels in it which were stinking. Baths were average too. The shower over the tub was not fixed, so couldn't use it. There was no microwave. The bedroom cupboard has dirty linen in it and it was giving bad odour. SO we couldn't use the cupboards to keep our personal belongings. Not sure if the floor was mopped but it was not very clean. there were no kitchen towels.

Superb

A large spacious apartment which was warm and homely with comfortable beds for a good night sleep and the bonus of a central location. A good level of soundproofing with the bedrooms at the rear kept the city centre noise to a minimum. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, appartement was clean, well-equipped and spatious. Both bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Would recommend also for family trips, the rennovated Anspach Blvd is a game-changer for city center.

Woundefful experience

Location and location which is paramount. Even otherwise everything was fine. Very very spacious apartment. The owner and the manager both are very cooperative and tourist friendly. Had a wonderful time. Will definitely come back again.

Though it was clean, yet a bit more in cooking utensils is desirable. A microwave is something which was missing.

Location great, apartment very basic

The location was superb, right next to a Metro and around the corner from a good supermarket. Loads of bars and restaurants close. We enjoyed Spago for beer and pizzas. Short walk to all the main attractions in the city centre. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. It was roomy for us with 2 kids. Wash machine was helpful. Although the owner was a man of few words in messages, he was nice enough to give us a late checkout which was appreciated with kids, and we were able to store bags in the downstairs bar until we left for the airport. There is a lift to help bring heavy suitcases upstairs.

The apartment was not very clean. Dust on surfaces and floor, this affected my allergies and I had to take medication to help. The bathrooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard. The apartment is very basic, no decorations or extra comforts. The curtains were too small for the windows and partly hanging off the rails, so rooms were not dark. Someone else's razor in the shower and random bottles of old shampoo and opened packets in kitchen! No toaster, kitchen very ill-equipped. Only 1 wine glass, no decent knives or cooking utensils. Sheets were very scratchy and old, towels the same, some had bleach marks. No instructions for our stay or wifi. TV was literally just the TV so only way to watch was with a laptop plugged into an HDMI cable. The apartment can get noisy with bars etc but this is to be expected. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Everything you need for a good stay in the city centre of Brussels. Great value is obviously the location: right in the middle of Brussels, within walking distance of the shopping streets and the historical centre, Great Market, etc. Highly recommended !

The nasty draft coming from the bedroom window. Also, heating goes off at night. Unclean apartment. Dirty cutlery and plates. Dated furniture. And perhaps I should’ve led with this, rather unfriendly host.
