We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very big and clean and they had everything you would have at home.
They had really nice bath, but they didn’t have a plug to use the bath.

Wasn’t far from centre and lovely staff.
That reception closed at 5, the room doors were really hard to open and the key card into the room was very temperamental.

The apartment was lovely! Everything in working order! The apartment met my expectations, a bed to sleep in and a kitchen to cook.
In other reviews, people have complained about no wi-fi. However Smartflats does make it very clear that they don't/can't provide it.
Communication between Smartflats and myself was responsive! I recieved important information such as Building Code Access and Key Card Instructions in adequate timing
Unfortunately a fault, that Smartflats isn't responsible for, (hence the neutral rating) the building is located in a 'rough' area of Brussels
But this 'rough area' is only a 15 minute walk from the center of Brussels.

I liked the localisation and the staff! The design of the rooms was quite nice too and I had a nice window view.
It was dirty - it urgently needs some refurbishment.
