Nice but...too many hoops to jump through

I loved how detailed the instructions were. I loved how close it is to everything. Super clean and safe. Very cozy.

Too many rules! So many rules. So many emails, messages. Everything happens on their platform and systems so you are left feeling like you have no rights and are not protected I had a Friday check out a d on Wednesday I already got an email that I should do my check out recording check. Too much. There's a closet that has a locked door. When I asked about it they said it was for an emergency fire exit. But it's locked with a key I didn't have. So you lied. And my door to that closet does not lock on my side. So it was not reassuring. They need to but a lock inside the apartment for that to solve that problem.

Superb

Lovely location and the house

There should be free cleaning service provided for longer stays as we do pay tariff on daily basis. We stayed for 5 days and the least could be done was to replace towels once maybe and stock of coffee/tea/sugar that lasts based on number of days the guest is staying

Great location and lovely apartment

So well positioned right in the city area, which is great for dining and sight seeing and easy walk to central train station. The Kitchen was well appointed and it was great to have a pod coffee machine. The large living dining space and large bedroom was a welcome break from hotel rooms for me. It was clean and very comfortable and i loved the high ceilings. Very secure entry with easy access and clear instructions.

Air-conditioning was not working properly, so had to have windows open and then it was noisy. The addition of microwave would be useful.

Nice clean modern and secure apartment located in the heart of Brussels.

It was a nice modern secure apartment located in the heart of downtown Brussels. Check in and check out were easy. The owner was responsive to my communications. Had a convenient elevator that made it so much easier to manage my luggage.

I stayed for six weeks at this location and they did nothing to change the linens or clean the apartment. Those responsibilities were all left up to me. I have stayed at other similar apartments and the owners came through and cleaned every three days. The area is very noisy at night, but the bedroom for my apartment was situated in the back and the noise was much less there than in the living areas.

Fabulous apartment with a stunning view.

Absolutely beautifully decorated flat. The real star was the view over the rooftops to the church. Fabulous! I hope to stay there again some time soon!

A great spacious apartment, excellent location near the Grand Place.

the location was excellent, a few minutes' walk to the Grand Place. I could not believe how large the apartment was. It was super spacious, Great balcony with a great view. A nice way to rewind when we got back from touring. The apartment was nice, had 2 bathrooms, 2 hairdryers which was nice, also had Towel warmers. Nice bonus. 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds. Full kitchen that seemed to have everything you needed.

Would have loved some coffee in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and a shelf in the shower to place your shampoo and soap. But other than that, we would definitely stay again. It was amazing.

Simply could not fault this wonderful apartment.

Very tasteful, cool apartment in an excellent location very close to the Grand Place/Bourse area. Easy to travel by Metro from Midi/Zuid. Lovely shops and cafes in the area. Hosts gave very clear instructions for check in and responded to queries quickly and helpfully.

if you are in a city for a few night to party - the place is perfect. otherwise be prepared not to get any sleep :)

the flat is very stylish and clean! has everything you might need except for some cleaning supplies it looks like a perfect flat from the Pinterest

it is located right above the noisy bar and you feel like you are at a party until 3 or 4 am it was fine for one night, since we came to Brussels to party, but got very annoying during the third night in a row also no one met us and no one came to check us out. we felt a bit lost. we also asked for the blanket, but we were told we had to contact someone else. and during the first morning, when we were sleeping, someone started unlocking the door. turned out that was a cleaning company, that misplaced the dates. weird :)

Bitter experience

It was in a central location and spotless clean

Although it was nearly fully equipped it has an essential flaw. It has no airconditioning and in summer it was like hell. It was written in description there is a fan and when we asked the host, he didn't even bother to answer and the only response from him is to delete that option on booking.com so we were obliged to open all windows to get some fresh air only to have an army of mosquitos and spent all the five nights there scratching our skin. It was the worst apartment in my life. I hope no one book it for summmer and only come in cold weather and it should be clearly written that it has no AC on its description

Large, clean, modern apartment at an affordable price. Great location. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well decorated. Hotel type toiletries were a nice touch.

Wifi in the back bedroom was spotty, but was fine in the front part of the apartment. Would have been nice to have basic spices for when we cooked at home. Extra kitchen towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent are needed for longer stays - we requested some extra and they were delivered same day.

L'appartamento é molto carino,confortevole, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale di Bruxelles, dalle gallerie reali e dalla stazione centrale. Si affaccia su un vicolo cieco dove si trova il famoso locale delirium, e la statua della bambina che fa la pipi. Super consigliato.

Perfect flat for exploring Brussels

L'emplacement est parfait pour profiter de Bruxelles. L'appartement est meublé simplement mais avec goût, tout est fonctionnel et pratique.

On entend assez fortement le métro mais cela ne l'a pas dérangé. A savoir si on a le sommeil léger.
