The perfectest (if I may say so) location :)

Everything was great! The location - perfect, right in the center of the city, close to everything (restaurants, stores, tram station, Gare de Midi; the apartment - clean, well maintained, even with coffee, sugar, tea, toiletries etc.; the staff - friendly and available.

Centric location and lot of space

Very centric location, 3 min from Grand Place, easy reach from airport with tram station Bourse just across the street. Comfortable and spacious, easily fits 5-6 persons. Good WiFi.

Great Value for a Great Location

Perfect location in the centre of Brussels. Surprisingly good value compared to other places nearby. Easy to access with full details (codes etc) sent before arrival. Quite basic but clean and comfortable. 2 rooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Good location and comfy

Amazing location, open the window to beer museum, exceptionally good, all attractions were just 10 min walk. Very clean and cozy.

Just couldn't connect our netflix to television, and the owner wasn't helping to solve it as well.

Great location, easy access, bad lighting and not enough hot water for the shower

The apartment was really well located, right in the heart of the city center, very close to Grand Place. It’s a comfortable apartment for 4, 5 people (2 rooms with double beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room), so ideal for 2 couples and 1 extra person. It was well equipped for cooking. There were a few coffee capsules and sugar available, no tea. Bathroom had a hair dryer which is essential for winter. Heating in the apartment was good too, comfy beds and pillows. Only a few things to improve.

The light bulbs were too dim in the kitchen and dining room and what we didn’t like at all was that the hot water runs very fast so if it’s winter you end up showering yourself with cold water. You need to rush for showering and that was awful. Also, the heater in the shower bathroom was super noisy, and since it was next to one of the bedrooms we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. Finally, a few more toiletries (shampoo, soap) would be appreciated. Overall it was an enjoyable 2 night stay.

The location is very walkable distance from the central station of Brussels. If it’s your first time in Brussels then I would definitely recommend this place. It’s easy to locate but if you have already figured out the public transportation in Brussels much better since it’s also near a metro station. In terms of the place very spacious lots of rooms and very clean in my opinion and definitely would book this place again. I have no complaints regarding the place hopefully we can stay again for our next visit.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to access.

It was not as expected from the photographs. Not clean. Dingy and uncomfortable.

A perfect location in a brilliant city

The location could not be better, easy to get too and felt super safe. Getting in the property was easy. there was plenty of space to hang clothes and put luggage. The kitchen was ideal for coockimg etc, even though we did not use it. Adrien made everything very easy and was a great communicator.

The bed rooms had a slight smell of smoke, this is due to it being above a smokers courtyard. It did mean that the window had to be kept shut and the room not feeling as fresh as it could. Even at this, its not the fault of the owner who was brilliant.

The apartment was lovely, a good size for a group of 5. In a busy area but blocked out the outside noise well.

The property was in a lovely location. Was bigger than it looked in pictures and was easy accessible.

The bathroom bin wasn’t emptied from the previous visitors and caused many flies to gather in the bathroom

Best location apartment in Brussels

Location is right in the center of the city, 1min walking from the train station, and 2 mins walking distance from Grand Place.

As we stayed in this facility during the summer, we had to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. But there were attractions and street performances just right below up till late night. We had to ask for air fans but no response from the property management.

Céntrico y confortable

Ubicación muy céntrica. Apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto y como en casa. Tiene una pequeña cocina bastante equipada aunque no la usamos. Zona de sofá comedor muy amplia y con televisor. Buena calefacción, se estaba muy calentito. Muy bien para 5 personas. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

Como mejora cambiaría la bañera por un plato de ducha y renovaría un par de colchones que no son del todo cómodos aunque se puede dormir bien.

Bruxelles

La posizione centralissima, vi permetterà di girare la città comodamente. La Grand Place è a due minuti a piedi. La stazione ferroviaria a 10 minuti. Wifi gratis e funzionante. Salone ampio con divano letto. Televisione grande e funzionante anche se non l'abbiamo praticamente accesa. Piccola cucina dotata del necessario e con piccoli elettrodomestici. Palazzo retrò, non recentemente ristrutturato, ma tranquillo. Comoda l'entrata coi codici e chiave nella cassetta di sicurezza alla porta. (solo un paio, con due stanze sarebbe stato più comodo due)

l'indicazione di due bagni era fuorviante, in quanto uno era dotato solo di gabinetto e di un lavamani minuscolo senza specchio, il secondo aveva vasca da bagno, lavandino (dove l'acqua defluiva molto lentamente) e specchio ma niente gabinetto figurarsi il bidet. Almeno la doccia era mobile. La seconda stanza, che pure dalle foto si vedeva piccola, era priva di qualsiasi appoggio vicino al letto, quindi tutto messo per terra. Per spegnere la luce bisognava alzarsi e tornare a letto al buio, Nessuna abat-jour o lucetta per leggere, una unica presa elettrica in stanza. Portatevi uno sdoppiatore. I letti sono da una piazza e mezzo

Appartement bien placé et calme

L’emplacement est central, mais les chambres sont d’un côté calme. Le balcon permet d’avoir une vue sur la place de la bourse. Au top!

Les lits sont pas très larges, et la deuxième chambre vraiment petite. Nous n’avons pas apprécié une odeur de tabac froid persistante. Une douche plutôt qu’une baignoire serait plus pratique mais c’est un détail pour quelques jours

Gran ubicación

El apartamento se ubica en una zona preciosa, el restaurante que está abajo tiene muy buen servicio. No se escuchan ruidos al interior del apartamento a pesar de estar en zona muy transitada y turística. El edificio es antiguo y está muy bonito.

Pudiera mejorarse la limpieza de pasillos y del apartamento así como en equiparlo mejor (papel higiénico, kleenex, jabón, shampoo, cesto para basura en baño, detalles que hacen más cómoda la estancia).

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación en pleno corazón de Bruselas.

La ubicación es excepcional y el apartamento en sí es amplio y cómodo. Tienes todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Las indicaciones para la llegada muy fáciles. Volvería a repetir.

Appartement agréable et trés bien situé.

L'appartement est agréable, propre et très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la Grand Place, dans une zone piétonne avec de nombreux restaurants et des magasins à proximité immédiate. L'accès est commode quand on arrive en train à Bruxelles(Tramway souterrain direct depuis la gare du midi et trois stations seulement). Pas de probleme pour entrer dans l'appartement, les digicodes et la boite à clefs fonctionnant bien L'isolation phonique est satisfaisante, les bruits venant de la place de la Bourse(manifestations, musiciens) étant bien atténués quand les fenêtres du séjour sont fermées. Les deux chambres sont calmes car à l'arrière. Le propriétaire a répondu à nos questions par messagerie.

Une des deux chambres est très petite, le lit occupant tout l'espace. Les parties communes de l'immeuble mériteraient une bonne rénovation, mais cela ne concerne pas l'appartement lui même. L"obligation d'emprunter l'escalier avant d"atteindre l'ascenseur est un inconvénient si on a des difficultés de déplacement.

Magnífica ubicación en la calle de la Bolsa. Cómodo y espacioso.

La entrada y la escalera tienen mal aspecto, moqueta sucia y con mal olor.

La propiedad lo único bueno que tiene el la ubicación aunque hay mucho ruido toda la noche

Sábanas sucias , olor feo dentro del apartamento . Solo contaba un ventilador por lo cual hacía mucho calor en los demás ambientes . La cama y almohadas no son cómodas

Situation géographique exceptionnelle au cœur de la ville historique. Appartement spacieux, très propre, très calme malgré l'animation permanente sur la place.

Très bonne isolation phonique ; un peu moins bien pour l'isolation thermique. Il faisait en effet très chaud en rentrant le soir même en ayant laissé tous les rideaux fermés.

Les serviettes de salle de bain trop petites et méritent à être remplacées Il faudrait une table de chevet et une lampe dans le living pour la personne qui y dormirait Problème avec le code de la porte d’entrée à la rue, nous avons été bloqué dehors avec les enfants, on a attendu que quelqu’un sorte de l’immeuble pour pouvoir entrer : remplacer le système !!!

Toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt Brüssel zu erkunden

Ganz tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt gegenüber dem sehr schönen Gebäude der ehemaligen Brüsseler Börse. Der Marktplatz ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Metro-Station und Fussgängerzone direkt vor der Haustür. Gemütliches und helles Wohnzimmer. Küche mit allem eingerichtet, was es braucht.

Man muss mindestens eine Etage über eine steile Treppe seine schweren Koffer nach oben schleppen. Lift erst in der ersten Etage. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist eher eng und das Doppelbett passt gerade rein.
