The location was really good. The staff were friendly.

The layout of the apartment was not good as to get to the bathroom you have to walk past two beds. The staff didn't respond and check in time is really late. Alot of stuff in the room wasn't up to standard. The shower leaks and the towel smell so bad. 80% of the review although do over react and if u don't mind with a bit of uncomfortness for a good location it's good.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely filthy — everything was dirty: the walls, rooms, beds, pillows, and blankets. The bathroom and shower were disgusting, and the heating didn’t work at all. It honestly felt like a real scam. Please, don’t stay here — you’ll regret it.

Location but that’s it’s only redeeming feature.

Steep stairs and lots of them, no hot water, no soap, shampoo or even a hand-towel. No blankets for the beds (sheets only). No instructions or communication from the staff/owner. No coffee or tea. Cheap broken furniture and dollar store decor. Don’t stay here!

The bedspread is old. And the windows and door handles need fixing but aside that everything was okay. Hood location for tourist. Internet was good. Heater and kitchen was functional

Inside city center, close to site seeing locations, cafe , shopping. Host was very supportive we arrived very late as our bus broke down on our way from paris to Brussels but check-in was handled in a smooth way even at 12pm. He also allowed us to checkout late. Apartment had beds enough for 6 adults and 1 sofa bed. It was clean with all basic accessories.

Apartment is hard to locate initially as it is in between restaurants. Very noisy location as pub was 50m away and you can hear loud voices till morning. Beds were very uncomfortable, comforters were having stains. There was a smell in the whole apartment like some cats have been living here before. Apartment is on 2nd floor without elevator and staircase is extremely narrow and scary to climb.

The apartment is conveniently located in the town centre however it is very dated.

The beds including the sofa bed were not comfortable at all (the slats on the beds were broken!) very hard to get a good night sleep due to it being in the centre of the town! We felt lot of vibrations as well.

Location is central

No Internet. It is so unconvinient that the apartment has no Internet. That is like not having one of the basic necessities of the tourist. Really got disappointed with this fact.

The worst service I have ever paid money for. I wouldn't stay in the flat, even it is free.

I like the location at Town Center.

The flat is substandard for a rental. The towels are colored, so are the bedspreads. Only substandard daily rentals will use fabrics that cannot be bleached. This is woefully inadequate; we left the flat without taking a bath/shower. Also, the lock was broken, and the host refused to pick up my calls. I sent text to his phone number, and he did not reply. These was within mins of getting the key directly from him. The flat was also pricy, for over $200 per day. I will not recommend this flat for anyone wanting a decent place to stay with family. I had to keep my kids in the same room with me, because I felt unsafe with unlocked doors and windows.

I would not let this appartment to someone in the current state!

The only positive point is the location. Situated right in the centre.

The whole appartment really smell of human excrement. Totally unhygenic! The appartment was freshly sprayed with air freshner when we took over, 10min later, it was unbreatheable. The toilet door was kept shut, still the smell is very very bad. on top of that, the shower head is broken, there is no door handle in the main door, broken lock in the toilet/shower door, broken sofa, broken coffee table, shelves head height by the bed,... just to name a few. My child and pregnant wife was not able to stay in more than an hour and we had to go to another place to stay the night.

The property has a great location.

But I can't say the same about comfort. Because there wasn't enough bedding for us, we felt cold. A window was broken and didn't close properly. The heater didn't work either. In the bathroom, the shower is very low and ends up wetting the entire floor. It's very bad.

Scam, far away from luxury. not worth the money

the location was central

It’s a really horrible and unsafe place. first of all we were shocked that we won’t get the apartment we booked rather another one. the building is deserted. staircase was very old, whilst building doors were whether broken into or half open. the apartment was on the 4th floor, door doesn’t close, must be locked with an object. Apartment stunk badly so we’re the sheets. there was almost no furniture. Windows don’t close so we froze accordingly. There were almost 3 functioning lights in the whole apartment. We were afraid we might get robbed or broken into. Moreover I have to pay for parking even though it states that it’s included. not worth the money we paid. we could have stayed literally anywhere else. Far away from being luxurious.

The owner of the property never replied through booking (once I got to Brussels I called him and it seemed like he didn’t know the property was booked); the girl that did the check in didn’t speak a word in English so she didn’t tell us anything about the house, not even about the Wi-Fi; the mattress of one of the beds was broken; they only left us half of a toilet paper; the access to the bathroom is through a room so it gets noisy for the ones staying in the room.

Great location but six floors up

Large spacious accommodation. Despite lacking creature comforts it was a very good functional apartment thankfully as the flight of stairs were a killer.

Property management were hard to get hold of. We notified them of our eta and intention to park but at no time were given directions to car park adjacent to the apartments. This would have made our arrival so much easier as it turned out the car park entrance was right into the lobby of the apartments. We only found this out after an ordeal parking underground in Brussels centre. There were also no towels as described.

The location was just perfect! Right in the middle of the centre, close to everything. You can reach the main attractions on foot without any problem.

The appartment looked nice and clean, but the main problem was the essentials that we didn't get (like the toilet paper, towels, soap, sheets and also wifi password). We were 6 people and 2 of us didn't have pillows, sheets and duvet. We were sharing beding with each other - which is impossible if you sleep on 3 different beds! The towels and TP were provided by the owner at the end, but there was a problem with the wifi also. It wasn't working at all, even after 2 types of connections provided. It's a bit unpleasant especially when you want to plan sightseeing for the next day and also your mobile data doesn't work.. The owner looked like a nice smiley guy, just the things weren't given to us completely from the beginning and then the communication with him failed.

Ubicado en el centro de Bruselas.

Las fotografías no se corresponden con la realidad. El alojamiento está muy viejo, el mobiliario roto, y la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. No tiene ascensor, la escalera no cumple con ningún criterio de accesibilidad, y el acceso al portal es por el túnel de un aparcamiento, lo que genera sensación de inseguridad. Tuvimos que esperar varias horas para que nos trajeran la llave del apartamento. No atienden al teléfono al que llamas y que figura en Booking. La persona que nos entregó las llaves no hablaba inglés, ni Español, y con mucha dificultad algo de Francés. La calefacción calienta poco, y como es abuhardillado, todo apunta a que en verano el calor tiene que ser insoportable (porque hay varios ventiladores sobre los armarios). Las sábanas y edredones estaban sucios. La bañera es inaccesible por estar en la parte más baja del abuhardillado. No puedes ducharte de pie. Y la instalación eléctrica es precaria, lo que puede inducir a cortocircuitos que pudieran ocasionar un incendio. Es la primera vez que me encuentro algo así en Booking, pero me estoy planteando no volver a utilizar esta plataforma.

Son demasiadas escaleras , no hay ascensor, no se puede recibir visitas , la señora que está encargada hace problemas por todo ! La verdad aparte de tener problemas con la seguridad de la puerta porque no abre por sí sola si o si tiene que tener la llave y si tu pareja o compañera está durmiendo tienes que bajar abrir y volver a subir y las escaleras son muy malas , pésimo , y no puedes recibir a nadie en el alojamiento que estás pagando , ojo no por motivo de fiesta no por motivo de nada solo amigos no se recibe nada ! La verdad para mí ha sido el peor alojamiento donde me he quedado , se ha quedado mi anillo en el baño ya que salí súper rápido por temas del mismo alojamiento y nunca me devolvieron mi anillo de compromiso !
