Host was very responsive to our needs.

Location was excellent and the apartment was very roomy.

Unfortunately the lift was not working during our stay and we had to walk 8 flights off stairs to get to the apartment on the 4th floor. One of the beds was found to be broken, however we were offered a room on the 5th floor. We managed to temporary repair the bed, as we couldn't face into an extra two flights of stairs during our stay.

The faucet in the shared toilet is difficult to use. The shared bathroom cannot be locked.

Large and well positioned, I would book again for sure.

The place was larger than expected and very well-located. We had a late flight and asked for a late check-in. The host waited for us to arrive, explained everything, was very kind and fun to talk to. One of the bedrooms had a big bed, a bathtub, 2 sinks and a toilet; the other bedroom had one big bed and a single bed, and was close to the apartment's bathroom and toilet. Between the two bedrooms, there was a large living room with an adjacent kitchen and a dining table. It is a few minutes walk from the Gare Centrale, very easy to get to from the Brussels Airport.

Since it was located right in the city centre, it was a bit noisy at night. Nothing else I can think of.

Very good deal for a laid-back short vacation

Staff was very kind. They let us leave the bags inside before the regular check-in time while the housekeeper was cleaning the apartment. The apartment was ok. The kitchen, the bathroom and bedsheets were clean, the floor and sofas could've been better, but still ok. Excellent position, we were able to save some money on transportation and stroll around the city centre. You will be surprised by how convenient it is, you won't need to walk for more than 10 minutes to reach your destination (whether it is the mannekin pis, the delirium village, the train or metro station). The toilet was in a separate bathroom, very useful and incredibly nice.

There is no bidet, since we're italian, we felt quite betrayed. We were lucky because the weather was chilly, but the apartment tends to get hot. If you want to turn on AC, the window must be open, which is not pleasant since from 21 to 2am the space surrounding the Bourse is incredibly noisy (quite fun if you're not the one sleeping in the living room). Also, if you sleep in the living room, get ready to wake up at 7am max!!

Extraordinary place to stay while in Brussels!

The location was in the center of all the shops and restaurants. It was one block off the Grand Place. We had the metro stations all around us.

The shower and toilet are located in the one bedroom.

Fantastic value for such a brilliant location

Host was amazing We got lost looking for property he came and found us then showed us the property then Took us to the parking which is secure and close by He helped us carry our bags from car park to apartment . Brilliant location right in centre and Christmas markets right outside Can be noisey late at night but we expected that due to excellent location so didn’t bother us Large apartment with lots of space

The shower room is in need of updating due to some damp and mould but this didn’t impact our stay

Great central location but noisy at night

Couldn't get more central, just behind grand place. Very large and spacious apartment with great view. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Fount the beds extremely comfy. Staff very friendly. Description states balcony/terrace though this doesn't have one. Though we didn't need one so not an issue. Apartment is on the 4th floor but does have a lift

The apartment could do with a few minor fixes. Few door handles were loose. The hot water kept swithing off. We worked out how to switch it back on, but maybe you could leave instructions on how to do this. The location is amazing but as you are so central it is also very noisy at night.

The location was excellent the apartment was super clean and it was easy to collect keys. The view from the large apartment windows of beautiful buildings is breath taking. There are coffee shops nearby, it is very central.

Die to the apartments central location is not suitable if you need absolute silence to sleep

A well located but badly serviced apartment

The location and size of property only. Brought a third bed when asked, as we were three women and ine man

Poor cleaning, lack of dish detergent, no shower gel, linen not ironed giving the sense of being unclean. Although it said it had three beds it had only two double beds.

Great location, very close to the famous attractions and lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The host was very helpful and checked up on us to make sure everything was ok during our stay.

The elevator was tiny and sometimes stopped in between floors.

L'emplacement face à un monument et être en plein centre ville.

L'avantage d'être en plein centre devient un inconvénient la nuit, le bruit des fêtards dans les nombreux bars et les camions qui livrent les bars tôt le matin.

Bien ubicado pero sucio

La ubicación es perfecta y el señor que nos dió la bienvenida encantador.

El piso estaba sucio, la ducha también, la pila de la cocina atascada, el polvo, … no había secador de pelo y los armarios estaban llenos de sábanas tendidas. La cama extra era un colchón finísimo muy incómodo.

La ubicacion

Apartamento MUY sucio. ( adjunto fotos) Cama individual sin cambiar sabanas del alquiler anterior, tenia muchos pelos largos de mujer. Electrodomesticos sucios. Muchisimo polvo acumulado de no limpiar. ( fatal para las personas alergicas y con asma como fue nuestro caso) Secador daba asco, lleno de polvo y pegajoso. Cama individual no esta en habitacion, esta en el dalon. Hay fotos en la publicacion que no pertenecen al apartamento.

Escapade enchantée au coeur de Bruxelles

Situation exceptionnelle en plein cœur de la ville. Tous les restaurants, musées, magasins (même alimentaire) juste à côté. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, très réactif à nos sollicitations. Parking sécurisé compris. On ne peut pas être plus au centre de Bruxelles. Belle vu. Joli appartement spacieux. Nous avons pu faire quasiment tous à pied. La Grand Place illuminée tard le soir à 5 minutes à pied. Magnifique!!!!

Dans le coeur de Bruxelles

Très bon contact avec Mostafa, qui s'est rendu disponible pour la remise des clefs et l'accès au parking, à l'arrivée comme au départ. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, juste en face de la Bourse, en plein cœur de Bruxelles. Spacieux, bien agencé, équipé et confortable.

Soucis de propreté, uniquement dans les points d'eau (cuisine et salles de bain). Aucun soucis dans le reste de l'appartement, y compris la literie, propre et confortable.

Gastgeber Mustafa war sofort der Stelle und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment liegt in der ersten Reihe. Für partybegeisterte Menschen die ideale Location.

Ottima posizione, potenzialmente valido

Posizione assolutamente centrale, appartamento incredibilmente spazioso e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche più lunghi (stoviglie di vario genere, padelle in perfetto stato, ferro e asse da stiro, lavastoviglie, frigo spazioso, armadi spaziosi)

Comunicazione scarsa con l'host, che è poi arrivato in ritardo per il check in. Doveva inviarmi i codici via messaggio e non mi è arrivato nessun messaggio. Le finestre hanno un pessimo isolamento acustico e per tutte le 3 notti c'è stato un enorme e continuo baccano infernale che ha reso molto difficile dormire. Persino con i tappi alle orecchie si sentivano le persone urlare nel cuore della notte. Davvero fastidioso. L'appartamento ha un ottimo potenziale, sia per posizione che per organizzazione degli spazi, ma è un peccato il fatto che sia poco curato (arredo rovinato o non riparato: ad esempio un rubinetto con il manico staccato, tende alcune funzionanti, altre rotte e fissate in modo instabile). Nel complesso il voto è sufficiente per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, ma da parte nostra riceve un voto basso per i rumori notturni incredibilmente fastidiosi. Gli infissi dovrebbero essere cambiati per isolare meglio l'appartamento.

Departamento muy bién ubicado. Céntrico!

La ubicación excelente!. Está a un paso de los atractivos principales del centro histórico. Si bien es cierto que la ubicación céntrica implica algunos ruidos los mismos son tolerables. El Departamento es cómodo para 3 personas.

Había solo un rollo empezado de papel higiénico, insuficiente para 3 personas durante 3 días. Tambien poco jabón para el lavarropas. Entiendo que son detalles que deben controlarse antes de la llegada de los huéspedes.

La posizione della casa a due passi dalla Grand Plaza e la vicinanza a tutti i servizi.

È un po' rumoroso di notte in quanto sotto ci sono molto locali e la zona è molto animata ma è il compromesso che si deve affrontare per stare in un posto fantastico!

La climatisation ne fonctionnait qu’à un seul endroit donc où il fallait ouvrir les fenêtres et il y avait trop de bruit où nous avions vraiment trop chaud. Le lit une personne était vraiment trop dur.

La ubicación era inmejorable. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario, tanto en la cocina como en el baño.

Aunque, una de las ventanas estaba rota, y al abrirla se soltaba. Espero que lo arreglen pronto.
