A well-deserved 10. While the apartment itself wasn't perfect, two things made our stay exceptional: The location – just a few steps from the main square. The host – we had several special requests, including some at the last minute, and he was incredibly accommodating and handled everything perfectly.
The apartment obviously needs some minor renovation. The furniture is a bit worn, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved, but nothing too serious.

Appartement spacieux dans zone piétonne. Partie nuit bien distincte, très calme. Garage sécurisé proche. Proximité immédiate avec la Grand Place. Possibilité de découvrir Bruxelles à pied. Nombreux restaurants et commerces aux alentours.
Ménage dans l'appartement, par trop superficiel. Vaisselle relavée avant usage, cafetière non vidée, capsule encore présente... Une poubelle de tri serait la bienvenue. Bel appartement qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu.

L’emplacement et la communication avec le propriétaire qui était très réactif dans ses réponses. La place de parking dans le centre.
Appartement très bruyant la nuit, ne pas oublier les boules Quies . Une des chambres est ouverte sur le séjour, la porte de séparation est cassée.

L’organisation de l’appartement . Passer par les parties communes de l’immeuble pour accéder aux 2 chambres. Salle de bain très petite.Manque un lit dans chambre 2 , contrairement à ce qui était annoncé.linge de lit hors d’âge,pas de torchon, pas de liquide vaisselle. Très mal insonorisé.
