I like that it’s separated from the rest of renters. I like the locking system

The stairs is a safety risks . No working electric fan . It would be great if there is at least 3 seater sofa or if the dining chairs are comfortable.

Central location, spacious apartment, very clean

No soap in the bathroom

Spacious, fully equipped, responsive host (host responded quickly to our request).

The apartment was at 3rd floor and without elevator. Very challenging for my 80 years old mother with mobility issues. Plus we brought some luggages. It might be ok for young/healthy people and no baggages. There was only one toilette shower. Plus, as we came during hot summer, there was amusement park nearby. we could hear the screams of people at the rides when we opened the windows, until late night.

I was given a spacious and well renovated appartment conveniently located very close to Gare du Midi. A problem is that you dont know which appartment you will end up with. Mine was the Harry Potter appartment which was in the basement but nicely decorated with many relevant items all over the place.

The apartment was in the basement with a window exactly on street level, which means that you did not have any privacy with the curtain open. The time I visited was June with a heat wave, which made it very difficult not having air-conditioning but only a fan. I also killed more than 15 mosqitoes which were ruthlessly attacking me all night. Sound insulation was also non-existent as it was an old building and when a couple of persons entered their appartment in the middle of the night I could hear and feel their voices and footsteps as if they were in mine.
