We stayed in this appartment just few days but our experience was good. The appartment is very big and clean. There are different supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also public transport and the centre of the city not far from the house. It was easy to find this place when we arrived. There is all necessary staff inside: plates, cups, spoons, knives, forks... The landlord answered fast if we had some questions. There is the storage luggage room that is very good for early arrival or late departure. Our family liked this appartment. If you are looking the comfortable place to stay in Brussels I can recommend this appartment.

The fridge door doesn't close very well. But we don't have lots of food in the fridge that's why it wasn't the problem for us. But if you are going to cook a lot and you want to store food in the fridge it probably could be problematic.

Excellent property, excellent location, immaculately clean. The property has teo floors. On the upper floor, you have an extra large bed, two wardrobes, a high ceiling, and soothing minimal decoration for a relaxed bedtime. Next to the bedroom, there's both a bathroom and a separate shower cubicle, On both floors, there's a flat screen TV. On the lower floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen with a tall fridge freezer, hob and oven, cutlery and crockery, pans and pots - shortly everything you'll need in a kitchen. There's also a kettle and coffee machine with complimentary teabags and coffee capsules. If you cook in the flat, you can enjoy your meal on the dining table, and then relax on one of the two very comfortable sofas in the lounge of the open plan kitchen. Access to the building and to the flat is very secure with the numeric passwords supplied via online messages prior to the arrival. This is the best property I have ever stayed in in Brussels. I look forward to staying there again in the future!

The cleaning fee could be a bit lower or, if possible, on a sliding scale, as every guest has different levels of using the facilities. I didn't cook there, I just prepared some cold sandwiches, and I left the whole ground floor immaculately clean, tsking my waste bag with me. I left only used bedsheets and towels on the upper floor. But this is just a guest's feedback and recommendation. It's not a negative remark on this wonderful property. :-)

The apartment is very well located in a safe area, close to Louise, which made it convenient to get around. The instructions for accessing the building and apartment were clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean, with good amenities. The view from the fifth floor was great. The bed was large and comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and felt it offered good value for money. I would consider staying here again.
