Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment; very well located for shops, restaurants and public transport. Fifteen minutes walk to Grand Place and other attractions.

This review has the sole intention of citing some plus and minus points objectively to keep the visitors better-informed. What I liked: 1. Precise directions for entering the premises, for the locker room and for the room. 2. Happening place. Many shops and restaurants in the area. 3. Louise metro at 8min walking distance. Trams 92, 93 at 2min walking distance. 4. Comfortable main bed. 5. Toilet separate from shower area so they can be simultaneously occupied. 6. Very clean room, toilet and shower areas. 7. Enough kitchenware. 8. Luggage locker available for those arriving early or departing late. 9. Almost equidistant from Brussels Midi or Brussels Central. Uber charges are about EUR10. 10. Indian restaurant Arya Bhavan within 5-7min walking distance (South Indian dishes better than North Indian). I may as well mention that Masala n Spice in Brussels is the best for North Indian food.

1. Check-in at 4pm. Our early check-in request could not be satisfied. However, we got to use the luggage locker. 2. Dangerous lift. No internal door. 3. Aging sofa. Sinks uncomfortably when you sit. 4. No door for shower area, so no privacy. Very slippery, no grab handles, no place to hang clothes. 5. Narrow toilet. May be a problem for a bulky person. The door does not lock properly. 6. Road noise at night, of ambulance and police sirens. 7. Microwave present but no oven. You can't cook a frozen pizza. This is just an observation. The accommodation has not falsely claimed any oven. 8. Loud alarm at about 3am on last night of our stay woke us up. Before we could figure out what was happening, it stopped. Almost no sleep to us that night. 9. The TV could not connect to the same wifi network to which our phones could connect easily. On enquiring about this, the management reply was that the TVs are not smart. 10. A partition in the room, with main bed on one side and TV / sofa on other side, was not to my liking. The management had made some of these points clear before. There have not been any false claims by them. While some of these issues were not rectifiable overnight during our stay, the management can consider improving upon them.

Die Lage

Die Unterkunft hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Der Teppich müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht werden, in die Ecken schaut man besser nicht so genau. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich karg und beschränkt sich auf das Allernötigste.
