Ligging van de accommodatie, dicht bij de stad en vlakbij stepjes parkeerplaats. Was schoon en netjes.

1 badkamer met 1 wc voor 10 personen is echt te weinig. Daarnaast viel er telkens een deurklink van een van de deuren. Ook een keukenkastje die niet goed sluit.

It was a beautiful apartment in a central area, very clean and big. The kitchen area is so nice and the bathroom as well.

The stairs, but it was manageable.

Great location in a buzzy area but very quiet. Spaceous and modern apartment.

Beware that to reach the apartment there are many steep steps and also that the apartment has no actual doors other than entrance to the building, so could be security and privacy issue since the below neighbours can just walk up. Also, apartment could be cleaner, walking around in socks left them shockingly dirty. Sent message to owner for more towels, got no reply in 4 day stay. There were 6 towels in 6-bed apartment. Overall feel of easy extra money for little effort from the owner, eg the many little things that can be easily fixed but are not, the lax cleaning and non responisveness...

The apartment was useful for us in that it could accommodate several team members and had an excellent space to host a team meeting. The location is good, close to Louise metro station.

While the apartment seems to have been renovated recently, it is poorly maintained. Doorknobs kept falling off, making it difficult to enter the building itself at times or to get into one of the bedrooms after the wind blew the door shut. A very important detail that we did not notice when booking is the lack of bathrooms! While the apartment can sleep 10-12 people, there is only one bathroom in which toilet, shower and tub are all located. This made it difficult to organise times and accommodate people's needs, even with four people. I cannot imagine it with 10! Finally, we received a message on the second day that we needed to leave by 11:00 -- while our booking was for three days.
