The property was lovely and the location was great. It was really clean and communication with owner was great.
There were no fans. It was extremely hot, over 30 degrees and with no fans it was impossible to sleep. Having to leave the windows open was the only option but then there was the partying from the street all night long that made sleep equally hard. I accept that the weather is a bit unusual, but adding a few fans would have made a real difference. Aside from this though, the property was exceptional and I would stay again (in cooler months).

La ubicación en pleno centro. Amplio.
Sin AA, un edificio muy viejo aunque el apartamento está bien. Para una noche se está bien, lo malo es el calor y el ruido del centro.

Emplacement idéal à côté de la Grand Place et de la gare avec possibilité de laisser les valises gratuitement en garde
La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très désuète et la cuisine ne donne pas envie de cuisines : équipement minimum. Peu de débit d’eau dans la douche.
L’appartement est proposé comme ayant deux chambres : il y a une vraie chambre fermée mais sans fenêtre et un lit dans le salon
Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur donc dans l’obligation de dormir fenêtres ouvertes mais horrible à cause du bruit dans la rue jusqu’à 2h du matin puis à partir de 5h !

Die Lage, um Brüssel zu Fuß zu entdecken perfekt.
Im Bad wackelte der Wasserhahn und in der Dusche muss der Duschkopf erneuert und die Befestigung für die Stange erneuert werden.
