Apartament duplex

The location is great, given that I was in Brussels just for a night, it was the perfect choice for being in the city center. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.

I think a little curtain for the bathroom door would help because all the light enters the bedroom in the morning.

Door het zomerweer was het erg warm onder het dak (waar de slaapkamer is), door het dakraam open te zetten kwam er bijzonder veel lawaai van de straat binnen (ook met het raam gesloten trouwens)

Единственное ,что был не полный комплект посуды,не было острого ножа(были только столовые) и не хватало глубоких тарелок,а так кухня была отличная и удобная.

No information was provided for check in, no reply to the message sent via booking. When I have arrived at the location and call the phone number indicated on the platform, my calls went straigh to the voicemail. Luckily, I have asked in the store situated at the ground floor for information and the seller proved to have the key of the apartment and the correct phone number of the owner and he called for information. In the begining I was told that my reservation is for the next day and only after showing the confirmation I was allowed to check in. I have asked in advance for an invoice, but no reply. Even after requesting it via phonecall, it was not provided. Worst client service since I use booking...
