It was a good price. Spacious with two beds.

Shower was difficult to use very low in height in a bathtub and no shower curtain. A lot of stairs to reach the room, no elevator.

Great stay

Fantastic place to stay, it was in a good location out of the main busy center so quieter but it was easy to get into the main city when needed. The apartment was a great size with everything you need even down to bottle water which is replaced daily. The beds where super comfy. Would stay here again.

Only minor things id say is more than 1 pillow on each bed would have been nice as we all normally sleep with 2 each.

It was fine, could have been better.

Nice and clean in a pleasant area.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it but just felt it could have been upgraded somewhat. Extra pillows, blankets, a toaster, rugs, some colour or pictures on the walls. When I enquired as to tea and coffee on the premises I was expecting a little more than a couple of UHT milk cartons, a couple of tea bags and a couple of coffee sticks. No handwashing basin in the toilet. The information guide about the place was not very informative.

Wrong information

The apartment was well maintained, clean and with the necessary utilities for a family.

The apartment is located in the LEZ area of Brussels and I did not know about this before, extra cost for the stay period. The parking space advertised in the ad is actually 2 hours, and then the car must be moved to another parking lot, also for a fee. I found out all this information the evening we arrived, and I couldn't cancel anything. An extra cost that wasn't planned for a family holiday

The tram stop isn’t too far away and easy to get to. The room was cleaned daily and was perfect for a long weekend trip

Clean, spacious apartment that is suitable for a family stay located in a lovely neighbourhood.

The neighbourhood was lovely - to walk through the park to the metro station was a joy. The neighbourhood was quiet at night. There are restaurants, small shops, a bread shop and carrefour nearby. It was a great residential neighbourhood for a family to stay in. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and exactly as the photos show. The kitchen was well equipped, the apartment had lovely high ceilings and was spacious and airy. It felt cosy.

These are very minor things. 1. There was no shower curtain, so it was difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry, which made it difficult to keep the apartment floor clean. A mop and shower curtain would have made a world of difference. 2. As the photos show, there is no separation between the sofa bed and the bedroom, which meant the whole family had to go to bed at the same time. A curtain divider would have been brilliant.

Large welcoming clean comfy apartment in suburban Brussels, modern kitchen/bathroom. Stay brilliant.

Apartment a welcome sight, good space for travellers. Kitchen and bathroom clean modern design. Kitchen setup with microwave, cooktop and utensils, bathroom great hot water. Separate lounge area to sit and relax, and laundry down the hall. Hosts had thought of the traveller and were great letting us come earlier than the standard time. A little out of town, near basilica, but close to transport and getting to places, just allow extra time.

One of the best experiences I have ever had

The host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Felt like a mix of an Air bnb with a hotel. the facilities were amazing in the room. The TV offered great options and also the host was really thoughtful leaving chocolates, tea, coffee and water. The apartment was really cosy and warm and I had the best sleep of my life. Really loved it and would recommend to anybody!

There is nothing I could fault the apartment or host for.

i value stays based on quality of sleep. we had little to non of this

The bed was comfortable

the information provided was all false, no proper shower (picture attached) I couldn’t stand up in the bath and had to hold the shower head, no free parking it’s 2 hours free a day so we had to park in a local car park, the windows had a banging outside, the door handle literally fell off as no maintenance has obviously been done on the property. a lot of stairs!!
