Great location near to the main station, the apartment was very simple and had everything we needed.
Essentials like tea towels, coffee pods would be helpful to have for the machine but they weren't expensive to buy. Pillows instead of thin cushions would have been nice and more homely.
We had to prompt the owner to give us the access code to the lockbox and the instructions told us the wrong lockbox.

This is a really spacious transverse flat with very nice light from big windows front and back. There's a huge living-dining room with a kitchen in a corner, a very large shower room with two basins, a big main bedroom and a separate loo, all opening off a nice wide corridor. The sofa bed was very comfy and my friend reported that the main bed was also very good. The fittings were simple and elegant. Hand towels and face towels were provided but not bath towels or teatowels. It's really close to the main Brussels South station for Eurostar and excursions to Bruges, etc. There's two evangelical churches in the street so you get a lot of people coming and going outside and the distant sound of music. We found a nice local pub/restaurant about a block away on rue Crickx Lambert.
Maintenance had been let slip: the kettle didn't work, the shower was blocked, there was only one wine glass, no coffee pot, etc. One of the chairs had a bent leg. The owner had to be prompted to send the access code.

Excellent apartment with all facilities and comfort you need for a weekend or holiday! It has even possibility for cooking, cleaning; washing machine, dish washing machine, WI-FI and even Netflix are also available. Not far away for social downtown locations where tourists go, by walking 15 minutes.
Location is not far away from the City South Train Station. Therefore, person will need to be accustomed to it. Yet, the compensatory advantage is that Metro (Subway) is close.

Es war mit parkplatz angegeben, aber war nicht vorhanden. Wir mußten in der Umgebung parken was uns zusätzlich 80 € gekostet hat.
