Séjour parfait dans un appartement moderne, calme et très bien placé.

C'est un superbe appartement, très belle organisation pour récupérer les clés sans encombre même si on ne peut pas être présent physiquement. L'hôte est très agréable, toujours là pour répondre aux questions. Le plus, c'est le parking avec un accès direct à l'ascenseur. Je recommande Sans hésiter.

Parfait appartement pour un court passage à Bxl expos

L’appartement était tout mignon, mais ce qui était top c’etait la PROPRETÉ!!!! L’hôte qui nous a accueillies ma fille et moi était très sympa. Proximité des grands axes et surtout des expos

Super consigliato

Posizione davvero comoda per chi preferisce evitare il centro città, a 15-20 min di macchina dall’aeroporto. Pulizia impeccabile e proprietario sempre disponibile. È disponibile un parcheggio privato e un supermercato nella stessa struttura. Nelle vicinanze abbiamo trovato molte opzioni per la colazione e pasti vari. Ci tornerò sicuramente per i miei prossimi soggiorni a Bruxelles.

Repos assuré dans cet appartement très agréable .J'y retournerai volontiers àn'importe quelle saison

Appartement moderne,très confortable ;aéré ,lumineux ,très bien insonorisé , décoré avec goût , cuisine impeccable avec tout le nécessaire , idem pour la salle de bains . Un rafraîchisseur a été le bienvenue lors de la canicule ! L'emplacement pour atteindre le centre de Bruxelles est assez bien situé ;à 10 min. à pied du terminus d'une ligne du métro . Le parking en sous-sol (partie privée ) est accessible avec un bip depuis l'étage desservi par ascenseur.

Attention avec le grille pain qui déclenche l'alarme au petit déjeuner ! sinon RAS

Appartement très propre et décoré avec goût. Tout y est pratique. Le balcon est très agréable et bien ensoleillé

Estudio moderno, muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Muy atento el propietario que nos informó de todo. Debajo hay un supermercado, y al lado pizzería y hamburguesería.

Der ideale Ausgangspunkt!

Das Appartement war ideal für in ausgestattet. Das es zudem eine Garage für unser Auto hatte war perfekt. So konnten wir mit Fahrrad/ Metro die Stadt für uns erobern. Und all die Kontakte die wir hatten: alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Appartement bien positionné à moins d'un kilomètre de l'Atomium et du stade Roi Baudoin.

Accueil personnalisé par l'hôte elle-même avec une flexibilité et un horaire respecté à la minute près. Un parking privé sécurisé au sous-sol et avec accès à l'appartement par un ascenseur. Tout l'appartement est très bien équipé, bien pensé et très propre. Rien à redire, c'est top.

Casa pulita e centrale

Casa molto spaziosa e con una buona posizione. Stazione della metro vicina (circa 10 min a piedi) con cui si arriva facilmente in centro.

Non sono disponibili molti ristoranti/luoghi per mangiare qualcosa vicino. Bisogna spostarsi avendo una macchina o tornando a prendere la metro.

Moderno, limpio y agradable

Apartamento moderno y muy agradable. Muy bien surtido de cosas: vajilla, cubiertos, menaje. Incluso chocolatinas y bebidas de cortesía. No se oía ningún ruido de vecinos. Limpio. Hubo un pequeño problema con un pago y lo resolvieron amable y eficientemente. Los propietarios eran accesibles por WhatsApp.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el ruido que hace un aparato de ventilación o calefacción que está dentro de un cuartito. No es muy alto pero es constante y molesta. También se oye el ruido de la autovia cercana, aunque no demasiado pues está bien aislado. Tiene una terraza amplia pero con ese ruido de tráfico no parece muy agradable estar fuera.
