In general, it was good.

Nice cozy flat. Pleasant area. Supermarket next door, lift. Fine people around. Lovely balcony!

Small things like unfitted toilet seat, and the bed was quite too soft for someone who has a problem with back. But that’s individual, I guess. Other people might prefer it this way. No hard feelings 😃

Comfortable and with a beautiful balcony

We were pretty much very satisfied with everything: the apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable, the amenities are convenient,the contactless check in was easy and the host was nice and easy to reach.Most of all, we loved the very big balcony, it's even prettier than on the pictures!

This really wasn't a problem for us, but if you are sensitive to noise, it might be difficult to sleep with the windows open as the apartment is close to a busy street, so one can hear the traffic noise in some distance.

Apartment was clean, there were things that were appropriately placed

No response from the owner. We had questions about earlier check in and garbage disposables, tried messaging in the chat window, but no response. Also there’s no dishwasher in the room

It’s the perfect stay for those who travel by car, free parking is gold in Brussels. Inside the apartment has everything you need to cook something light for every meal, a cozy couch and a big balcony for wine&talk. Everything clean, high speed internet, natural light and the owner was very helpful via booking messages. Super helpful the supermarket just below the apartment. The mattress is a little too soft, but it’s ok for a few nights. Also keep in mind that you have to complete the info in the link sent by the owner via booking messages to get access to this property.

A stylish home which is very well located to discover Brussels

A modern & stylish apartment in good location (close to Atomium, Expo, Metro...) with a nice balcony to relax. We (family of four) enjoyed our stay there and had enough space to sleep and live a few days in comfort. Kitchen is well-equipped and balcony is surely a plus during warmer days. There's a supermarket just downstairs in the same building, which is practical. Parking in front of the house was not a problem. A few minutes from Expo, Atomium and Metro station. Getting and leaving the keys was well organized and communication with the host was good (e-mail and WhatsApp). Would like to come back another time & can highly recommend this apartment!

all was fine! but if I had to list something here, maybe be aware that it is right next to the highway, so might hear the traffic when windows are open during warmer days... We were there in winter with windows closed and had no noise issues whatsoever!

Il y a lieu de revoir l’organisation.

L’appartement est bien situé.

1. Trouver la clé était une punition car il faut avoir des petites mains pour arriver à déverrouiller le système de sécurité se trouvant dans la boîte aux lettres. 2. La bonde de fond du lavabo était condamné et cela n’a pas permis à l’exploitation. 3. Le siège de la cuve n’était pas fixé. 4. Une lampe du salon non fonctionnelle.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, czystość, winda, duży sklep spożywczy w tym samym budynku. Wyposażenie apartamentu, sporych rozmiarów przestronny balkon.

Niejasna lokalizacja obiektu wskazana przy procesie zakupowym, obiekty mieszkalne w tym miejscu mają grupowy numer, słabe zabezpieczenia wejścia do apartamentu, jedynie automatyczny zamek sterowany kodem, przydałby się dodatkowy zamek na klucz.

Большая квартира. Чисто. Есть все необходимое. Хорошее местоположение. Рядом супермаркет. Безопасно. Классный балкон.

Маленький минус это высокий стол , с детьми не удобно кушать. И слабо греет печка. Но в целом это никак не повлияло на наш отдых

Lage unweit Metrostation, Einkaufs- und Parkmöglichkeit unweit entfernt.

Die Autobahn hörte man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht stark. Der Supermarkt unter den Wohnungen war klasse. Man kann kostenlos am Straßenrand in der Nähe parken. Alles da was man so braucht.

Der erste Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat mich verunsichert, da ich eine Whatsapp von einer unbekannten Nummer erhielt die mitteilte, dass ich die Zugangsdaten zum Appartment nur erhalten, wenn ich meine persönlichen Daten auf einer mit suspekten Internetseite eingebe. Erst nachdem ich Booking.com angeschrieben habe habe ich die Zugangsdaten zum Appartment vom Vermieter erhalten. Am Ende hat alles gepasst und ich würde wohl das Appartment vielleicht wieder buchen wobei ich die Matratze zwar als grundsätzlich angenehm, aber eben doch durchgelegen einschätze.

Superó nuestras expectativas

Estaba todo genial, a pesar de que solo íbamos pocos días para ir a un concierto superó nuestras expectativas, muy comodo tanto el sofá como la cama, la cocina, el baño y todo genial.

Lo único que podría decir como pega, es que personalmente no me gustan las mesas de comedor y sillas altas pero tampoco es algo que odie.

Appartement original, bien équipé et bien situé hors de la zone à trafic restreint.

La literie formidable. L’équipement très complet. L’aménagement avec goût. Le contact sympathique avec le propriétaire. L’emplacement hors de la zone à circulation automobile restreinte de Bruxelles. La place de parc dans le parking souterrain dans l’immeuble. Les boissons présentes dans le réfrigérateur furent un détail sympathique.

La plate-forme de réservation ultra-invasive. J’ai dû fournir mon numéro de téléphone portable, mon adresse courriel privée, mes données biométriques (photo) et une photo de ma pièce d’identité. Comme toutes les communications sont passées ensuite par la plate-forme Booking, qui offre de bonnes garanties, ça n’aurait pas été nécessaire. Savoir 24h à l’avance qu’il était possible de garer la voiture dans le deuxième sous-sol du parking m’aurait simplifié la vie lors de mon arrivée.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement neuf, très propre et calme, à la déco moderne et soignée. Les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend pas du tout la voie rapide qui passe non loin de là. Tout est fourni : éponge, liquide vaisselle, torchon, gel douche...tres agréable ! Plusieurs supermarchés et restaurant à côté. Métro à 5 mn a pied.

Canapé lit assez dur. Plaque électrique pas très puissante
