Perfect location, self check-in process very easy, clean apartment, close to public transport

It was a business trip. Perfect location, close to where I needed to work. Close to shops, metro, easy to move. Self check-in, clean apartment, everyhting I needed was there

The internet didn't work in the first day. Other aspect (for me wasn't a problem, but for some specific persons I think it is important), the apartment was at the last floor, without elevator and stairs a little bit difficult to climb. If this could impact you pay attention to this aspect.

Excellent location, great apartment, perfect parking and very helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful. We needed an additional bed for one night and they accommodated us free of charge. The apartment was very well kept, the kitchen had all we needed, the bathroom was clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. The parking was excellent! Locked garage less than 100m from the property. The location was also great for our purpose and the neighbourhood was safe.

Nothing important, really, but the hot water took a while to get to the top floor where we stayed; I guess this cannot be helped. Just let the water run and wait a bit until you get in the shower.

New attic apartment with light and space - and some strange details

Wonderful location and neighbourhood, recently renovated, clean, well equiped, smart small helping items provided (kitchen, bathroom), mini balcony, fan.

The Layout is really strange and provides huge kitchen space while the sofa is crunched in a corner under the roof and the bathroom door does not fully open (all planning-related avoidable nuisance), when I was there I had a terrible smell from the sink (dead animal somewhere?) - should be temporary but still reduced my rating.

Good area but stuffy in warm weather

Close to EU buildings. The area was actually nice, next to park, not far from a shopping street, not noisy. It was overall functional: hot shower, a TV with some English channels, a kitchen, a fridge.

However also some not so good features. The weather in Brussels was unusually warm, which meant that the apartment was rather hot and stuffy, not so good for sleeping. The bedroom was at a different level, with narrow stairs. The little table had a removable lid which was none too stable, but at least I spilled my hot drink on the floor and not on myself.

Good!

Easy to access as the office is onsite. The location is excellent, featuring a good local food shop and the best organic shop I've encountered in a long time. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Merode M station on the M1-5 line, Schuman for the airport train connection, and downtown Brussels. Blissfully quiet as Central is 24-7 police sirens Clean. Big opening windows and door

FYI The access stairs are very steep if anyone has hip issues The kitchen is unusual with two halves, but a large kitchen table is sufficient for prep. I value if there are two additional items – a toaster and kitchen roll.

The apartment was cozy and spacious, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It's relatively close to the metro/bus/tram stations so it was easy to move around the city. It was easy to pick up the keys (there's a reception) and the staff is kind.

Cozy and practical studio close to Parc du Cinquantenaire

Clear instructions from the hosts where and how to pick up the keys, no time limit. Good and reliable wifi connection, super comfortable bed, fully equipped (albeit tiny) kitchen. Cozy and practical for a short business stay.

It was a bit chilly when I arrived, but warmed up quickly. A blanket would be a nice touch (on top of the duvet) to wrap myself in if I wanted to read on the sofa. One morning I ran out of hot water in the shower.

I would definitely return and will recommend the location to other friends.

The location was ideal for me as I used to live around the corner when I was working in Brussels so I know the area well. The flat was very modern, spacious and well equipped. I used to stay in a hotel nearby when I visited Brussels but it was nice to have more space and the freedom to come and go as one pleased.

The was no door between the bedroom and kitchen so I got woken at night on occasions by the sound of the fridge starting up. The people staying in the flat above pulled the chain during the night which made a lot of noise.
