Comfortable place, easy to reach in the leafy East of Brussels

The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. Location is at the intersection of a subway and trams. The neighbourhood has several restaurants. Backstreets are quiet and nice. Best is the several parks that are very close by. They have playgrounds, a botanical garden, and a real forest if you go a bit further.

This is not a criticism, but be aware that this is not near the typical tourist spots of Brussels. The apartment is at an intersection, so there is some noise. It didn't bother us, but for the light sleepers among you.

Everything. The apartments (we had both of them) are very comfortable, very clean, we had everything we needed. The metro line 5 takes you directly to the city centre. Carrefour and Burger King are very close by!

Amazing apartment, with everything you need. Very clean, beautifully decorated, great location with both a metro and tram station right in front of the house. The communication with the owner was very smooth. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit the city.

A very nice property to stay that takes care of your holiday as well as business needs.

Location was one of the best possible option available in Brussels. The property had a parking slot. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view from living room was marvelous. Property is well connected by Public Transport as well. The wifi was working well.

We had a wonderful experience! Bozena and her family were very friendly and helpful, and her apartment was beautiful, and filled with everything one might need. Modern appliances, a great walk in shower, large and comfy beds, and sweet welcome gifts from Bozena. With the front windows open, for ex during the day, you do hear some traffic. But when the front windows are closed overnight, you don't hear the metro and traffic. The bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment, away from the street, so you could still leave those windows open. The apartment is situated a bit out of the way but the Metro station is right across from the house, and it takes only 20 mins or so to Gare Centrale, from which the Grand Place is only a few minutes walk. There is a large supermarket just down the road from the apartment. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Being near the metro station has its down side of actually hearing the metro every so often. The pillows were a bit hard for the main room. We did got a parking ticket for parking under the bridge (still need to check why)

Exceptional

The property is absolutely perfect: modern, fully equipped, tidy, clean. It’s right next to the metro station, which takes you directly to the city center in less than 15 minutes (10 minutes for the European quarter). The hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming. And I if you have a car, you can get to the highway in 5 minutes with hardly any traffic. I highly recommend.

very nice appartement, very confortable and the host is super nice. Easy to find parking, the kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are spacious. If sunlight bothers you in the morning bring a sleeping mask, it’s common in Belgium not to have thick curtains.
